This shop is excellent!Basically every gun shop Ive been too locally is filled with arrogant, douche bags. Many shops are ran by guys who think were in the military but werent. 😆 Civilian wannabes.This shop has a friendly staff. Helpful, and prices are fair. Period.Best shop Ive seen out of the 10 or so Ive been to in the area.

Im always amazed at businesses that complain that they are losing business, customers, and revenue, yet, John and his shop do not answer e-mails, they charge exorbitant fees for FFL transfers and shipping, and they will wait 3 days or more to ship the firearm to the buyers FFL after receiving the firearm and being paid. Why do business with these characters?

Great shop. Purchased a Beretta and had my CZ stock modified. Very happy with the service and staff. They are very knowledgable and know the gun ranges in the area. Being new to Florida they were happy to give me a run down through the basics. Highly recommended.

I live in The Keys where shopping is somewhat limited and had spent many, many weeks searching for a Marlin 1894 CSBL in .357. Finally stumbled across Gun Shop Boca and spoke with John who had one in stock. Amazing customer service. They were closed for remodeling and had posted online that they would reopen in about a week. John took my call, anyway--sold me the Marlin, shipped it out Fed Ex, and I received my new rifle in a timely manner. Very pleased and very excited to check out the shop in person...

Gun shops Boca by far is the best Gun shop around ! One the customer service is amazing,personable and caring ! John the owner is the man he will spend time with you for all your questions and what will fit you . Took my concealed carry class on Sunday instructor was very knowledgeable and friendly and it doesn’t hurt that he used to be a cop. I was expecting prices to be high because it’s in Boca but to my surprise prices was great. All and all great gun shop.

This place is a hidden gem with superb costumer service! I was searching for a SIG M400 TREAD for months and couldnt find it anywhere, not online nor any stores. Somehow I found this little store online, which is also happened to be close to home and called in and John had two of them in stock! Needless to say, I was on my way immediately :)

Tried to do the right thing by supporting the local business, but this shop is bad. First off, I went to the businesses website. On the website, I filled in the area where you can contact them via email and asked a question regarding ammo. After a full week, the question about Ammo went unansweredI then called to ask if they had AR-15’s in stock. A female answered stating they were unable to tell me that information at the time... what??? How about you ask, Instead of keeping your customers in the dark about something so simple!!.Lastly, I attempted to give them business at 6:30 pm, when their hours stated they close at 7pm, Monday and Tuesday. After ringing the doorbell and knocking, nobody answered. What kind of business are you running? Glad I never you guys a penny of my money!!

Went to the store to buy a few guns, the owner (John) and employees gave me all the information needed in order to make my mind on which guns to buy. The are very knowledgeable and sincere on their recommendations. In addition, me an my wife took one of their training classes, very thorough and extremely helpful, the shooting range was also a great experience. If you dont own a gun yet, dont think twice, their prices are very reasonable and cheaper than other stores around and their service exceptional! definitely my source of shooting supplies from now on.

What a wonderful experience! John helped me select a reliable pistol for personal protection. When I pick it up, he is going to show me its basic operation. I may even take a concealed weapons class from him. This is a friendly place!

John is a fantastic person to do business with. His prices on ammunition are the lowest in the area, and he has a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. Even if you can’t afford something, he will do his best to work with you to find a mutually agreeable price. Tucked away in a quiet shopping plaza, Gun Shop Boca is West Bocas best kept secret for anyone looking for a great shopping experience. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. The selection is also enough to satisfy just about anyones needs. They had what I needed in stock and for a better price than the bigger names in the area. I highly recommend them.

Great knowledge and experience! Gun Shop Boca is a model example of what a gun shop should be. A relaxed comfortable atmosphere with people who know their stuff. John was very friendly and patient with me and the many questions I asked. John took the time to explain the different types of guns I can buy. I ended up picking up the Glock 19 Gen 5. I took Johns conceal/carry class and it was EXCELLENT. The knowledge I learned on the mechanics of a gun and shooting was and is invaluable information. I ordered a GLOCK pistol on Wednesday June 5, 2019 and received it Saturday June 8, 2019 from my local gun shop. John took care of the FFL transfer with no problems. This was the fastest time I have had with any FFL transfer. I am waiting on two other dealers for FFL transfers that I ordered before I ordered at Gun Shop Boca. I should have ordered through John at Gun Shop Boca.

I bought a gun and I had to take one from the display because they didnt have a new one from the stock . Overpriced ammo, when I wanted to return, they told me I cant because of federal regulations... Put a sign that that is saying no returns on ammunition . Next time I will go somewhere else,no thank you
