I cant say enough nice things about this place. First of all the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. This is a rarity in most gun stores. The staff is incredible. Repairs, customizations done on-site. PBT offers the very best, state of the art defense tools. Period. Ive never seen a finer kept store, with finer customers, that regularly gets shipments of some of the hardest-to-find firearms and knives in the country. Where do I start? This shop has it all! Any time there is a part that is impossible to find, they somehow have stock of that part. They carry Everything you need to complete your mod light setup and while youre at it, why not get your EDC setup stippled... I came in on one occasion to just look around and ended up leaving with a new barrel and comp setup for my EDC. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed to grab a few parts to finish a build project. PBT is definitely a must visit if you are into rare arms and accessories. 10/10!!!

Stay far away from this place, the owner is the most arrogant person I have ever met. Buying a handgun should be simple enough for them not to mess it up and for you to have to end up talking to him. They had my rifle out on display as theirs for 8 months after my transfer came in. I never got a single call from them, the blond kid behind the computer said somebody in California did their calls and that he trusted him so it was my fault; if they called me from a strange number they never left a single message. I thought the ATF was taking too long, but they were handling my rifle every day for a year to put it up on display as theirs, but for some reason they wouldn’t pick up the phone and call me once in 8 months after the form was approved.

Staff was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable on the products. Guided me in the right direction to find what worked the best for me. The products that they have are very well reputable and also hard to find due to demand. Will be taking all my future purchases with them!

If you want to go somewhere who has the coolest stuff around this is the place! I followed them on instagram and saw them post about the honey badgers they have. Came in here and was very happily surprised to see they had 9mm ammo in stock it has been almost impossible to find. By far the best place around. I walked in one day to shop around and after having a genuine conversation with Manny I knew this was where I wanted to make my purchase. During my first visit, I met Manuel who was very welcoming and took the time to discuss my needs and future wants. He even wrote down my information and keeps a log of customer requests. Suffice to say, I have made numerous purchases and will continue to purchase more in the future. Also, his staff is very knowledgeable, current on trends/accessories, address you by your name if you are a repeat customer (similar to the 80s show Cheers, which is always pleasant) and will not pressure you into making an unnecessary purchase. While Palm Beach Tacticals store front appears small from the outside, do not let the size fool you. If they do not have it, then you likely do not need it! If the item is not in stock, rest assured that it will be ordered for you. Came all the way from Miami to check out the store. Found them through Instagram. They were kind enough to assist me with some of my questions. They seemed pretty busy and gave off the impression they didn’t want to be bothered. Kinda bummed I couldn’t take a closer look at a majority of things from the watches to rifles. Let me start by saying customer service is not lost in this shop. Manny is always available to answer any and all questions any time of the day. He carries top end products as well for a good price. All of my transitions with PBT have been seamless not to mention I’m located out of state. Yes I’m located in Arizona and I do most of my business if not all with PBT. Manny video chats me prior to purchase to make sure I have the option to see the product to get a good feel of what I’m purchasing. I came here 1.5 years ago and had a terrible experience. How ever I decided to give them another shot after a friend of mine recommended using them for different firearm parts and I’m glad I did. I recently took the concealed carry class a few weeks ago and man was it good. I’ve taken it 2 times before but lost both certs because of different reasons but they made the class quick and very enjoyable as well as insightful compared to almost any other class. This isn’t your fathers Gun shop. I bought a suppressor from PBT. Everything is done in house with regards to the paperwork for the ATF, which made the entire process seamless. I told the staff what I was looking to get out of a suppressor and they were incredibly knowledgeable and were able to make recommendations. One of the most professional business I’ve ever had the pleasure of shopping at. The weapons on display remind me of what I had available in a special operations arms room. Truly a unique gun shop.

You think you have walked into a boutique gunshop except that anything you could possibly be looking for is here (without the condescending one or two word answers you normally get from other stores this well stocked). There is not another store in the area that offers as much personal attention and competent advice and service. I’m glad they’re just a little out of the way for me or I would be in there every day.

It doesn’t feel like you’re trying to be sold something. The guys there are friendly, attentive, and are very professional.

Been doing business with PBT for a while now. These guys specialize and cater to the real gun enthusiasts. Their customers service is hands down the best. Always willing to educate their customers with any questions they night have. This is definitely my go to place.
