I shopped at the David Yurman Boca Raton location a few months back to purchase a gift for my mom, and Tiffany assisted me. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and made my shopping experience special. I went back today to repair a necklace, and specifically asked for her due to my previous experience (and also to thank her for making my moms birthday so special!). She assisted me today quickly and effortlessly with the repair. I will definitely go to this location in the future for anything and everything and will surely ask for Tiffany!!

My wife wasnt truly happy with a item that was from Bal Harbour, but we are much closer to Sawgrass than the first. I called DY corporate and was told it was fine to go to any DY location for return/exchange. Upon arriving at sawgrass, she was informed otherwise. Luckily DY Boca has the wonder employee Stephanie who was able to help her exchange for the exact item she wanted, smoothly and seemlessly. Great CR at this location.

I love David Yurman and normally I enjoy shopping in store however, this Boca location is horrendous. The staff only directs their attention to a certain type of customer and if you don’t fit that image you might as well look up another location to drive to and be better assisted. It took them 45 minutes to tell me that they were not doing any jewelry cleanings after they had seen me standing in store waiting. They were not busy at all as only me and one other person was in the store. New staff is needed in this store.

Beautiful merchandise, friendly and helpful staff. Nice display. Not a large store bu a decent selection. Pricey but not excessively. Weve bought several items here and will be back.

I love David Yurmans gold pieces. Actually I like all David Yurman pieces but prefer the gold pieces. Stephanie is an exemplary sales associate. She goes out of her way to find the exact piece you’re looking for. I’m very happy with everything my husband has purchased do far from Stephanie here, and look forward to many more beautiful Yurman pieces from this David Yurman store.

I am a big fan of David Yurman jewelry and have garnered quite a collection over the years. My first visit to the DY store in Boca Town Center Mall I went because one of my chains had “kinked” and no matter what I did I couldn’t seem to get it to lie flat again. I was hoping they would be able to fix it but they actually REPLACED IT for me! I didn’t even ask! It was several years old and used, and they simply told me that customers had been having trouble with that particular kind of chain and so they’d recently redone them in a new design/style of some sort to make them less prone to do that. I was super impressed with this, especially bc at the time they had no idea of either the facts that I had a large collection of their goods or that I would be making a purchase. In other words, great customer service to all and anyone who enters the store, which I just love! Great customer Service paired with a quality product or service equals a winning situation for all involved. I actually was not planning on making a purchase at that time, but the gentleman who handled this for me (along with taking the bagful of jewelry is brought with me to be cleaned with a genuine smile and a promise to be done by the time I left the mall!! They keep getting more and more points with me!!) and his colleagues put me in such a good mood that I did end up making a purchase! Three, in fact ... another new chain, a gorgeous black diamond covered dog tag, and a new pair of earrings. Plus, I’ll be back and will only purchase my DY directly from this store so long as they have the inventory I want. I so wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen who assisted me on that first visit - I think one was a store manager - so I could personally give them kudos, but to anyone reading this, know that the overall experience was wonderful - the store was immaculate, the merchandise sparkled enticingly, and the team working all wore genuine smiles and had kind and friendly words on their lips. If you’re looking for a great gift for yourself or a loved one, you can’t go wrong to visit here!

Terrific place. Got great service even though we were dressed a little ratty today. They offered to clean my existing Yurman ring and a small diamond popped out in the process. With no prompting they offered to send it out to have it repaired. I was so nervous that theyd say Id done it before they cleaned it but they did the right thing. Thats great customer service. They are getting my next Yurman buy!

If you like being ignored, humiliated, insulted, and treated poorly, then this is the place for you. The girlfriend and I were looking for engagement rings and Patrick McDonald helped us. She asked to see styles that resembled Tiffanys iconic engagement rings from the 1920s, and he brought out three rings that didnt not fit her (even though we asked to be seized) and they were below $2000. We asked again for something better, more sophisticated, and classic and he did not try to show us anything else and told us we could shop online or go to their Palm Beach location like we were waiting his time or couldnt afford anything there. She even mentioned the rings he was showing us were cheap and he didnt bother to shows anything better. We left very unhappy. We will never walk into another David Yurman store. This place doesnt deserve our business, especially for such an important and emotional purchase.Thanks to Patricks unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills, we decided to go to another store in the mall where we were treated with respect, and where my girlfriend found exactly what she was looking for.

Sooo disappointed with my most recent David Yurman purchase which was the Chatelaine ring with a Morganite stone and 18k Rose Gold 11mm. It was beautiful the first day or two, and I know how to take care of jewelry, but the stone remains foggy for the most part and looks like a cheap ring. Waste of $3,000. Very disappointed.

I received excellent customer service and sales from Heloisa Britto at the David Yurman store in Boca Raton, FL. I was shopping for a graduation present for my daughter and Heloisa helped me pick out the perfect gift!

I walked in looking for a gift for my wife. The employees ignored me like I was a ghost. I was never assisted. I left without buying the gift. Ended up going to another jewelry store near by.

Had an issue with this store however they resolved it.
