Please save your money and go elsewhere! I ordered custom curtains three years ago from Elaine. After paying, Elaine measured my windows and sent someone to put up the curtains but turns out she made incorrect curtain sizes and said they will redo the order. To date they have delivered nothing and and give every excuse not to not refund me. It’s three years later, they took my money and never provided me with any curtains!

Apparently this store is taking advantage of the fact that they seem to be currently the only good fabric store in the area, their attitude reflects.perhaps they will have new competition soon.

Job is two months late they dont answer the phone they dont return phone calls I had to call my credit card to get my money back after 2 months

Initial experience when selecting fabric was very pleasant....purchased fabric and they recommended their BB Workroom to have their workroom complete my cushions in early November - Said they would be done by Christmas. Called about 10 days before Christmas and they said they would be done. Called again on Dec 23rd...Robin said they would try to get them done that day - they only needed to be stuffed, and that she would call me back that afternoon. No call until yesterday, the 28th. When I complained to Bernie at BB, I was not given any kind of apology or offer of concession - only told that I only heard what I wanted to hear, and that with everything going on in the world, how could I have the audacity to complain. Really? C+ BBB rating and only 2.5 stars here.....maybe they should pay attention to their customer complaints and take some responsibility for their communications and commitments.

One of the employees was using bad language very discusting then one of the guys that was working there also started using bad language at my partner, this place is ran my discusting people who have no respect for customers. The lady was talking about the first lady of 4 years stating she was opening her legs while Donald Trump was in office.I will be going public with this and being my family works for local news paper you can bet your bottom dollar this will get attention it deserves.

The sales lady wa s using vulgar language .. i told her it was inappropriate and she said i dont care then another sales person started shouting at me and calling me names telling me to leave. These were the most unprofessional people i have come across. I dont think she understood tha she is representing the store while at work and not he r own personal viewsO reflection o

Started out good with the initial consultation in my home to do draperies for 2 windows. Went downhill from there. Got scolded in the fabric showroom for cutting a sample to big. But they gave me scissors and said cut myself some samples. So I did. Drapes took 4 months to complete. They said 6 to 8 weeks when I signed up. Installation was terrible. They had to come back 3 times because of mistakes. And the drapes are still too long and dont close properly. I gave up trying to get them perfect. Unhappy with end product.

WOW! My wife and I were looking for fabric to redo our kitchen chairs. When we went in we were met with some of the friendliest sales people and then we started our journey. I bet we could have spent 2 days in there. The fabric selection was totally amazing and fact it was so much it was hard to take in and I am sure we missed more than we saw.

Huge selection! The people that work there are very helpful. She even offered if I bring in a chair to tell me how much fabric I would need. Also they give you the scissors and let you go on your own to cut samples! There is another fabric store right next door, which I didn’t make it to this time - I already found what I was looking for . I always make 2 passes through the store as I see different things the second time!

I was helped by a very nice sales associate. Another customer was not so lucky. She was being helped by a very combative man.However, the fabric is very reasonably priced since they carry discounted high end designer fabrics. You cant buy most of these fabrics unless youre a designer like me, and then you will pay designer prices.

Boca Bargoons always has great sales on their fabrics. I have been going there for a couple of years now. The personnel is vwry helpfull.

Beautiful furniture, art, lamps, pillows, accessories and decor. Not for bargain shoppers, but you might find your hearts desire.

Unwelcoming and downright rude service this afternoon. This was my first and last visit here. Asked for 3/4 of a yard on one selection and was abruptly told Oh, I cant sell you just 3/4 of a yard! Why not? When my mother, who was visiting from out of town, brought over a partial roll of about 4 yds of sheer fabric for me to look at, she was confronted with an abrupt, Why are you carrying that around!?. Perhaps you should send the unhappy sales lady home to do her crosstitch as shes obviously not fit to deal with the public.

Ordered and paid in full for fabric...2 months elapsed with no calls or update on delivery status. Customer service and satisfaction are clearly not important to Bernie and his staff! Requested a refund and met with more excuses and rudeness.

Well someone is lying when it comes to his employment BECAUSE per the State of Michigan AAron IS still working For You! So IF he has been removed from your Business YOU (BOCA BARGOON) should have notified the state of Michigan so we would have been notified that MY kids wouldnt be getting their support, their use to it anyways he Abandoned them when they were 2/3, Do any of you have kids? You are responsible and have been responsible for employing a Felon for over 6 years! Not honoring the State of Michigans court ordered child support Sent to your Business for over years! Wheres he at now? He obviously had to submit in a resume for his past work. Id like answers and only Boca Bargoon his employer can answer.

Agree with other review. you will buy fabric (and Robyn from BB Workroom will tell you exactly how much to buy). then, you will take the fabric to BB Workroom and throw your money away because they wont make whats on your invoice. theyll make something different and youll be out the money you spent on fabric and your deposit. avoid!

Exceedingly over priced, subpar workmanship, rude management poorly operated showroom. Treat wookroom staff terribly and customers as if Boca Bargoons is the only place in town. Look elsewhere!

Fabrics are llimited. Staff was downright rude and seemed inconvenienced to cut a piece of fabric. Woman did not smile once or say thank you when we made a purchase. Sour puss ruined our day.
