Extremely poor communications I had to call three times over the last few weeks just to check the status I can’t get a straight answer, granted I’m doing just some repairs under $1000 I do spend incredible amount of money and jewelry I was dealing with Lee I felt he was moving a little fast when he grabbed the piece and now sat on it for about three to customize weeks with no information of any kind no courtesy call I called three times still have no answer

My fiancé and I could not be happier. We went to a highly rated jewelry exchange location not far from Diamonds Direct and we dodged a major bullet. Diamonds direct has only natural diamonds that have some of the best cut and selection in the industry. Other locations sell only lab diamonds at the same or nearly the same price Diamonds Direct sells natural diamonds. We worked with Lennice and she was awesome. She took time with us and was very responsive to emails as well while the ring was being prepared. The was not pushy at all and she was respectful of our budget.

While shopping for engagement rings I heard a radio commercial for Diamonds Direct. I had previously visited other well known jewelry stores in Lighthouse Point. I stopped in DD and met Ben. Ben was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and treated me like I was there to buy the largest Diamond in the store. I felt very comfortable and not pressured one bit during the entire experience.I found almost the exact same Diamond here as the other well known jewelry store but for a significant (to me) amount less. After visiting a couple stores the DD showroom is quite impressive as well with something for everyone. Make sure if you go to ask for Ben if you wish to have as easy of a transaction as I did!

10/10 recommend going to see Elyse!!! My husband and I went in just to get my rings cleaned and while they were being cleaned, we mentioned that we wanted to upgrade my wedding band at some point in the future. We had a wonderful experience shopping at Diamonds Direct for my engagement ring. There is a huge selection, the showroom is stunning and classy, and everyone who works there is helpful and friendly, without the pushy salesmanship.I would like to personally thank Ben for helping me choose the perfect ring! He helped us from the moment we walked in until several weeks (and several visits) later when I walked out with my ring on my finger. At our first visit, I only had to select a couple of rings to try on before he understood my style and what I was liking and was able to help select bands for me to try. And being an indecisive person, we did come back more than once to look at my selection again before ultimately making a decision, without feeling any pressure to buy right away (unlike other jewelers we had been to, when I told the person helping us I wanted to think on it and come back, she said it may not be here when you come back and was so blatantly trying to get us to walk out the door with a purchase on our first visit, it just put a bad taste in my mouth). Ben helped us customize the ring to exactly what I had envisioned, and it came out absolutely stunning! I had never been to Diamonds Direct nor did I really have much knowledge on diamonds, what I should be looking for etc. From start to finish, I had to most enjoyable experience from the second I walked in. Youre instantly greeted by the team, asked if you need any sort of beverage and was then introduced to the amazing, Lennice. She provided me with a little pamphlet and explained their business model but also broke down the diamond selection process, asking whats most important to me, what Im looking for and so much more. Ive now been in touch with her for over 2 weeks and she has made this process super enjoyable. She really is great and highly recommend her! Plus Ive chatted with the owner a few times as well and she is so beyond welcoming and truly wants her customers to have the best. I can go on for days about my positive experience thus far. My fiancé bought my engagement ring back in October from the Tacori section at Diamonds Direct (the most beautiful engagement ring ever!), and today, we went and purchased our wedding bands (mine from Tacori, his from Furrer Jacot) and i couldn’t have been happier with what we picked out. Not only was the jewelry selection absolutely stunning, but the staff was so compassionate and really cares about helping you find the right piece of jewelry. My fiance and I love Diamonds Direct! From start to finish you are treated like royalty. Water, beer, wine and champagne are offered to guest while they peruse their large selection. I had so many bands to pick from. They cleaned my engagement ring while I shopped and even asked my bridesmaids if they needed their rings cleaned too. My consultant, Lennice, was so sweet and not pushy at all. She gave me space to look around and see if there was anything I was interested in. My band had to be sized but it only took a few days. Had an amazing experience today! Benjamin was beyond helpful and made my dream ring happen. We came in with a trade in (my parents gifted us with a DD ring to trade in @110% by back that they bought in Charlotte NC in 2009) and our own diamond, which made me nervous, I didnt think they would be able to fit my size 11 finger or use our diamond. So we came in with the expectation of not being fully happy or being given a hard time. I already had the ring I wanted picked out from their website. They were able to help us with the trade in and place the diamond that we already had into the ring I found. I couldnt be more happy with the ring, the price, how quick it was or how kind & helpful Benjamin was. What made this even better was that this will be my 1st wedding ring. My husband and I got married @ 18, so we could not afford rings then. We are now celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and bit the bullet. I cant thank Diamonds Direct or Benjamin enough for making our 10 years look so beautiful.

After 20 years of being a costumer from Kay Jewelers I had a bad experience. I went to Kay to get my wedding rings they told me that they was going to call me 2 weeks past and they never called me.
