We hired DBK to design and build our dream kitchen, and they totally delivered! Danny and his team are talented, professional, and creative; they took our rough ideas and gave them life, helping us find precisely the right design, materials, and look for our space. The craftsmanship of the installation was exquisite, and they completed the project on deadline and on budget. We are currently looking to expand our kitchen, and we are hiring them again. We cant recommend this company more highly!

Not a good experience with this company. I placed an order for kitchen and bath cabinets. When the cabinets arrived, all the bathroom cabinets were the wrong color. The designer who took my order had left the company so they tried to put the blame on me saying I had ordered wrong. Fortunately, I took photos of the two colors for the cabinets when I ordered. Then, they asked me to pay half the cost of redoing the cabinets with the correct color and I refused since it was not my fault. It took several extra weeks to get the cabinets right. The design and quality of the materials they used are not that good either. Some of the shelves are starting to curve in the middle and those are shelves that have been empty all this time not even with weight on them. Pretty soon I will have to replace them. I would not recommend them.Yes, it was Distinguished Kitchens and Baths, not Distinctive Kitchens.

My experience working with Distinguished Kitchens was excellent, and the results in both my kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. Victoria Hessler is an expert at listening and then translating the customers thoughts into creative designs. Simultaneously, she had endless patience and was so flexible as the design and choices morphed into exactly what I wanted. And she was sensitive to my budget. Working with installers, cabinet makers, and coordinating efforts to get the job done was seamless and on time. While Victoria is busy, she always seems to be able to make time for me. It all worked out so well that now we are completing a built-in for my dining room which is equally as functional and beautiful as my other rooms. I recommend Distinguished Kitchens and Bath without reservation.

Danny and Heather from Distinguished Kitchens & Bath in Boca Raton worked closely with me on my home renovation project from start to finish. They were always responsive to my calls and requests and they never went missing in action throughout the project. This included installation of a full kitchen as well as bathroom cabinets, pantry and laundry room cabinets. I would highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! In 20 years and 5 homes this was the worst experience. The owner will not return calls or texts. The designer I used lied and denies conversations. The worst part is they did not stand by their work, do the design I agreed on. To install two cabinets from start to finish it took them 2 months and it is not the plan I signed off on! I only agreed to have the counter top installed because she promised me a refund to cover my expense to fix their mistake. There are so many companies around Boca..go anywhere else. I wish I did! If they only stood by their work and their word.....

They came to my rescue after a flood. We redid 2 full bathrooms. Victoria, in particular was at my side through the selection process and she coordinated the trades and brought the job in efficiently and beautifully. Well be back for the kitchen!!

Not sure where to begin as the whole project turned out to be a disaster. A kitchen cabinet install should normally take around 2 weeks, ours took over 4 months just to get 90% done, and one year later it is still not finished! Imagine living without a kitchen and with a construction site in your house for over 2.5 months! Initial measurements were taken incorrectly, and incorrect cabinets were ordered. For one cabinet they forced us to accept the incorrectly ordered cabinet which cost more than the one we actually wanted (we wanted a simple corner cabinet, but the “design consultant” ordered a Lazy Susan – probably more commission for her). The installer, David, was the worst. He made so made mistakes, our brand new cabinets had to have backings replaced, and they are still not acceptable. Luckily, my husband could fix some issues (for free, of course, as we paid them for the kitchen). The installer tried to cover up some mistakes which we caught. We basically could have gotten the same quality at Home Depot or IKEA – for half the price. We wanted to go through them, because we thought we would get the proper design consultation and all correct measurements, but turns out their design consultant is only a sales person who does not know how to work measurements, and the installer only uses half of his brain when working. They also told us they accept credit cards, conveniently without mentioning the 5% fee they charge you! When we had status meetings at our house, they were also always at least 30 minutes late. Due to that one kitchen project, we had to take off a total of 2 days of work. We highly regret choosing this company. They have pretty good reviews online, they must be paying other people to write those, because our experience was at best a one-star experience.

Dan and his staff at Distinquished Kitchens & Bath are a dream come true. From the instant we met to discuss our kitchen renovation, to the last touch up, it was a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to work with them and were thrilled to turn our just so-so kitchen into a beautiful and efficient working space. Compliments keep coming with every visitor.
