We are very happy and pleased with the customer service we got from Caroline at California Closet in Fort Lauderdale. She was very professional, dedicated and went the extra mile to get the design done with perfection and within our budget. She was always available and paying full attention to every little detail. The installation was outstanding and completed in only 2 days ( for large house with more than 6 large closet spaces). The team was professional, organized and very clean. I highly recommend them! The best value and quality for our money!

Our designer, Caroline Archer, was extremely helpful. She was a great listener, made valuable and important suggestions and was supportive, patient and very attentive throughout the process from the initial meeting to installation. The product looks great, is very functional and really exceeds our expectations. Needless to say, we are very pleased with our California Closet experience.

Initially I was disappointed in my experience with CA Closets - Boca Raton, due to some installation misunderstandings, etc. but I will say that they did absolutely everything to make it right for me. The closets themselves are beautiful and I don’t think any other closet company could come close to what California Closets offers. The best part of my experience with them has been my designer, Caroline Archer. She is absolutely fabulous. Very responsive, communicative, and helpful from start to finish. Love her. I would definitely recommend them as I am on my second project with them and plan to use them for future projects.

I had 3 companies give me quotes for 3 closets and pantry shelves. California Closets bid beat the other 2 by $1000! Plus the bedroom closets were in a wood grain that matched my new floors at no upgrade charge. The 2 man installation team was professional and efficient. The job was done in 3 hours. Everything looks fabulous. Thanks to Michael for his great designs. Wish I could give this job 10 stars.

California Closets is getting 3 stars from me because their terrible customer service and all over impression. Our closets are gorgeous, however, we had them come out and install on 3 separate occasions - each time a different problem. The first time, we had pantry cabinets installed and cabinets in the laundry room - which were hanging uneven after 1 day and then we realized the wrong style doors were installed. Oddly enough we had scheduled a date to have this corrected and no one showed up. I called their number to find out what was going on - the girl who answered the phone said the installer was running late due to car trouble. When the installer finally came we asked him if he was having car trouble and he had no clue what I was talking about - he mentioned that they goofed on scheduling and had actually not scheduled us at all. The hanging issue was fixed (twice) and finally corrected with the right doors. The second time, we had our office and guest room closets installed. Not sure what happened but measurements or products being sent out from the wear house were incorrect and they had to leave to get the right heights of products - wasnt a huge mishap because it was corrected immediately, but it was just a bad impression the second time around. The third time we had our master closet installed and the drawers and mirror had not been delivered yet so we had to wait several days for someone to come back and install those. Weeks later, the shelves we had placed in our pantry are separating after a potato was sitting on top of it - I have contacted our designer for over a month now with no resolution as of yet - which is odd considering she has supposedly been in communication with the manager. Only once out of all 3 installs did we get a reminder / confirmation call before install and never a follow up call after the install to see how things were going / for feedback. Not sure how people run businesses, but these are things I expect to see with a reputable company.

There was some delay beyond the original installment date, but that was explained early, and it wasnt an inconvenience. Preliminary design was very professional and quickly agreed upon. Installation was also fast taking only about half a day. Fit and and finish were excellent reflecting the skill of the installers and shop workers. Overall the experience was excellent and well worth the cost. I am very pleased with the outcome.

My wall unit designed my California Closet exceeded my expectations.Sybil did an amazing job designing the wall unit.She was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Every step from the design to the installationwas perfect. I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend California Closet.

Drove 25 minutes here, hard to find. I needed a basic wall cabinet built in my closet for my printers about my smart house rack. Simple request.. connected on 3, on shelf with 2 doors. Employee was not helpful, acted like I was asking for some complicated thing and kept saying the they dont like to build wall cabinets and they wouldnt want to build something that deep and not connnect it to the floor? I didnt even give him the measurements, but showed him a pic that was a basic cabinet. I told him I thought you made custom closet cabinets.. and he said yes, but they dont like to do them, though he could ask. I walked out completely annoyed. So the custom closet Cabinet makers cant make a simple custom cabinet? It was this just a terrible employee who just didnt want to help?

If you are dissatisfied with any of your existing closets run, do not walk, to the nearest California Closets. We had a new master closet installed about a month ago and I still walk in regularly during the day just to admire its beauty and functionality. We were away when it was installed and our stylist, Sybil Archambault, organized everything to perfection. Seriously, I used to think spending money on closets was a waste. Now I will never use cheap closet shelving again.

My closet turned out better than I ever expected!! It was expertly designed so that the closet space was better utilized. The material used is of very good quality. It is very, very impressive! I am so, so, so happy with my closet!

Overall experience was better than expected. Michael (design) came up with a concept that others could not match. Michael (install) was an absolute professional in his client focus and communication. Both have gone above and beyond my expectations

This is the second time weve had a walk in closet done, and both experiences were polished, professional and hassle-free. The designers are top notch, great listeners who have mastered the collection and the software. the installation is done on time, exactly as planned. .

Our designer, Esther, was great. She really listened to what we needed and designed the perfect closets and garage system for us. The installation went smoothly, and we are very happy with our new closets and garage.

We ordered the closets and the sales person showed up the same day as our contractor. All good they were to work together. We had 2 small closets done for $1212.00 The order came in at the wrong measurements. No problem the installer fixed it. Then the company and the sales person who did the measurements got on each other. Both called me and asked what I did to change the measurements. Did I add sheet rock or anything. I told them the contractor and sales person were working together. Weird to put the customer in the middle. Each blamed me for making the expense on their side higher. Too me the job looks like a $100 home depot DIY. Very disappointed on the job and the lack of professionalism. I asked about the size of the shelves as I thought they looked small. The response was - You signed off on this you know what you were getting. That wasnt my point. Never again

What can I say. They showed up on time. The workers are nice. Most importantly they did a great job !

The closet is exactly the way the consultant said it would be and the work was done timely and on schedule. Love it.

This is the third major closet weve had California closets do, and every one has been wonderful. The design is always excellent, the workmanship is first rate and the installers are always careful and neat.

Professional all the way, from estimate to install. Measurements were perfect and install team exceptional.Follow ups done by management were polite and courteous.We could not be more pleased.
