While we are blessed with myriad competent shops, all pale in comparison to Tune. I have shopped and received service from every bike store between Ft Lauderdale and Boca Raton, and this store and this staff is BY FAR the most knowledgeable and friendly shop around.Their experience and expertise is unmatched by anyone around, and without the pretense found in other places. Come here for just a tube or upgrade your bike, but this place is incredible. Go there for a bike fit, and you will definitely see what I mean.After 3 fits from everywhere around (including racer’s edge) these guys got it right.It’s tucked away, but worth the find.

They truly live up to a RARE 5 star rating! They really for out of their way to make it happen for you. The only guys I trust with gluing a tubular tire in South Florida. The best mechanics for race bikes, especially complex racing mountain bikes. If you have nice equipment I would bring it here and not just anywhere. Vince is widely regarded as the BEST bike mechanic in the State of Florida by the cycling community.

Went in for a yearly tune up. I returned two days later to pick my bike up and the mechanic commented on how clean my bike was and that it was ready to go. I went out on my bike the next day and my crank snapped. I took it to another shop where they removed the crank and showed me it was stripped and they fixed it. Also I went in to just pick up some gels and I had to wait almost 10 minutes while both people behind the counter were talking to someone. Poor mechanic work and poor customer service.

What a great bike shop to have in Boca. The nicest guys run this place. I brought in my old Specialized Langster that I stopped riding 2 years ago because it got so uncomfortable and they completely reconditioned the bike with more comfortable flat bars and cushy grips, new brake calipers and new slightly bigger tires. They did all this in record time and for $160. No upselling, no price gouging, very fair pricing and now I really enjoy riding again and I can’t recommend this shop enough. This shop deserves a huge following in the bike community and we’re lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
