Omg! The crew at Boca Bike Shop are amazing. I was in town and got a flat on my mobility scooter. I stopped in to see if they could help me and Lewis was quick to answer, yes. I needed a new inner tube and he called Harbor Freight to see if they had my size in stock and they did. I picked it up and took it to him and he fixed me right up. It’s a horrible feeling when you depend on something and it doesn’t work. Thank you so very much. I am forever grateful for you service . It meant the world to me.

Since there are no real good bike shops on the west side of Boca I had to find one elsewhere. On the east side towards the beach on Palmetto Park Road you’ll find Boca Bike Shop. Professional, friendly, more than reasonable pricing. I recently had three of my bikes worked on at the shop, I couldn’t believe how inexpensive they were. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Definitely a results based shop. The guys are friendly and they get things done. Came in off the street and they had two new tires and tubes on in no time. This is my second time at the shop and they did not disappoint.

I usually never leave any reviews but this shop deserves it! I came in with my dad looking for a bike as a birthday present and the owner and all the employees were so extremely nice and helpful. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! If youre looking for anything bike related this is the place to go.

Visiting family from Chicago. Was searching for an apt and sterling road bike to ride whenever I am in town (which due to the newly minted Covid-19 Era, will be far more often as a symptom of my profession allowing me to work from home, or wherever I am). Hunter was a very articulate and helpful young man, and he led me to find a DREAM OF A BICYCLE. An aluminum Fuji Roubaix roadie that I just did 80 KMs on this morning, and it rode like a dream. This bike shoppe experience was one of the best Ive had ANYWHERE, and I plan to return every time Im in town. Thanks again to Hunter and Boca Bike Shop :)

The staff here has been very friendly and informative since before I was even a customer. I tried to purchase a bike at the worst possible time, a month into the pandemic when they were sold out everywhere, but they were candid about their stock and tried to find me a bike from another dealer. I ended up buying one used online, and they tuned it up and changed the pedals for me at a dirt cheap price. Will definitely come back here for any bike accessories or services I may need.

Boca Bikes has the BEST selection of colorful modification goodies in town. Fairly nice guys, awesome selection of bikes, tires, goodies. The location is superior. However, they are ALWAYS super slammed busy. I have been told this three separate times and cannot ever get work completed. I have been told to call first. Other bicycle enthusiast state they are also being told, not today, sorry.Who calls a bicycle shop to make sure a mechanic is available and has time? Is business booming so a shop can turn away customers? Must be nice. I will not be returning. This is why Amazon is kicking __ and taking names. I try and support brick/mortar stores but it is continually frustrating.

Had an awesome experience a great time buying 2 beach cruisers from the Boca Bike Shop team. Terry was the one who helped us out and cant see how the process could have been any easier and we got a great price on our new wheels! Really enjoy the energy and atmosphere of the bike shop as I have been in a lot of nice bike shops where the owners and staff are stuck up and dont care about you unless you are buying a $5,000 bike or more. Not at all like that with the Boca Bike Shop team.I will definitely be making referrals and coming back to them with all of my future biking needs.

I called all the shops in the area and i could not believe that this shop in its downtown boca location was the most economical of any i called for a service. $35.00 almost all shops were close or over $100.00. The service is wonderful and fast. New chain and service $76 bucks great value. Love these guys.

Went here with a flat tire. The guy (didn’t get a name) seemed like I was bothering him with such a trivial thing. Horrible attitude and the fix took longer then I’ve ever experienced, and no, it was not crowded. Won’t be back, even in emergency.

I purchased a set of wheels that never came. This was 11/9/17 wasn’t until I threatened to take them to small claims court 1/26/18 three months later they returned my payment five minutes after the call. The excuses where, call back he’s not in today. Steve will return your call first thing tomorrow. Dave is out of town, he’s flying from Philadelphia back to Florida, we have your wheels then need more time to get powder coated, I have them broken down and shipping to the powder coater. It’s his day off when I was told the day before he’s work schedule. I never got any calls back. This happened 9 or 10 times through the three months. I used to work at a bike shop for 3 years and this is not the way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE WEBSITE there is no product.

Great little shop. Went there a little over a month ago to price out a road bike. Spoke with Steve, who was really helpful despite my stating I wasnt probably going to buy that day. Took his time and answered a ton of my questions about everything from size to different drivetrains. Looked up a number of alternate options for models, etc to try to help find me the best bike within my budget. Never made me feel stupid for any questions I asked. Later that afternoon, I bought a bike from a different shop after feeling kinda pressured to buy....that bike was returned the next day to the shop (check out separate review Ill be posting of now CLOSED shop for details). Returned to Boca Bike shop and spoke with Steve again. He had a Cannondale Synapse that was a really great deal, so I ended up buying it. Could not be happier with my purchase. Great shop that has a little bit of everything. Sure, they have more street bikes, as theyre less than 1/2 mile from the beach, but if you need something they dont have in stock, theyre more than willing to order it for you. Would definitely buy there again.

Called in mid day in need of a Brooks saddle. Searched directly through brooks for a certified dealer however Boca Bikes had a larger stock than any of the recommended Stores. Headed there right now on my bike to go get a saddle that no other store in town had on the shelf. Thanks Boca Bikes

From the moment I walked in to boca bike shop I was greeted with a smile... Although the smile was slightly creepy, Kevin was willing to help me from the get-go. With my lack of basic knowledge of bikes, I knew what my goals were but I didnt know the right bike for me. Kevin patiently presented and let me tryout a bunch of bikes until I found the one with which I was most comfortable. He even held my wallet while I road around without stealing anything from it! He was not pushy at all, making the experience a breeze, besides the corny jokes of course. Thank you Kevin and Boca bikes for my sweet new ride!

Out of town at the Waldorf-Astoria, needed a LBS I could walk to, what a blessing to find this one.. Steven hooked me up way beyond my expectations, extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable, stayed open late, lots of carbs, just the quintessential experience and even spent time telling me where and when the top groups organize and meet. Lots of competition in the area, these guys are on their game.

Dont buy here they are crooks! I ordered a part a month ago, got no receipt whatsoever or proof of purchase, although my card was charged. I called the next day and then again after that. No one answers the phone at the online shop. Called local shop who said he emailed online shop. Then after another day I emailed to cancel my order and then called. Again no communication whatsoever. After nearly a month now and several emails and phone messages, they still have my $100+ and I have nothing. Worst service ever, and frankly theft at this point.

Really great experience I had been thinking about getting a bike to cruise around with for quite some time and am lucky to have found this place. I went in there with not much of a game plan, but wanted to stick within a budget I had planned. The owner was there and he walked around the place with me, describing all the details of each bike I was eyeing. The guy couldnt have been more knowledgeable or cooler. Really great guy! We even got to talking about the history of the bikes and things like the backgrounds of different makers. I thought it was really neat. So, I ended up getting a Sun Cruz bike and I couldnt be happier with it. I was able to stay within what I was looking to spend due to the help I got, learned some cool info, met a great guy and got an awesome bike! Definitely recommend this place. Btw Ive had an account for years with Google and this is my first review. Never felt inclined to write one until I went to this place.

Ordered online a month ago.. Still have not received merchandise. They emailed me about 2 weeks ago and said item was out of stock, but should ship in a few days. Still have not received and I have asked for a refund, but that has not happened either. Order from another online bike store!!!!

Great bike shop, came into town on a Sunday, needed my daughters bike serviced and repaired, they serviced replaced tires with in hours, very friendly customer service oriented, I would highly recommend whether local or out of town....

I had the best experience with Boca Bike Shop. I finally found a place that had fixies for me to try out and gauge what size I would need, so of course I ordered a Pure Fix India! The customer service was amazing and Ill definitely be stopping by when its time to start upgrading my India.

I live in North Florida and had visited this store a few months back. Wow! Apparently they just moved to a new location and its the prettiest bicycle store I have ever seen. Seriously. This place is like an art gallery. They carry anything and everything that is cool in bicycles and then customize them. I got home, went to my local bike store, walked out and ordered a custom fixie. I worked with their designer and we decided on painting my bike rims with polka dots. I got my bicycle in a reasonable amount of time and was in constant communication with their team. They gave me free shipping which was also a plus. I was really surprised by some of the reviews here because the store was packed when I went there and customers were really happy. Plus I follow them on instagram #bocabikeshop and you should see how much people love them. Anyway, this is my online shopping experience with them and will always be a happy customer!

I visited store on February 15, 2016 for advice and to purchase a tire pump. Kevin was very helpful and explained the difference pumps and price differences. I will go back.

I have ordered a bike that was supposedly in stock and that should have been delivered in the next few days... Ive waited more than a month!The worst part is that they make you wait nicely, telling you that your bike will be shipped in few days, every 3 days for a month...To finish, the bike was repaint because they told me it was scratched or something, so im not sure we can say its a fresh new one ... for at the end arriving anyway with scratches and 2 major bumps on the frame ...I wish i would have paid with Amex, i will have cancel right away and will not have accept the bike! Their strength is that they know how to make you wait and earn some time so no, i will really not recommend this store, and it seems other reviewers here got exactly the same problem ...

I was visiting boca with my family. we wanted a bike rental near the ocean. boca bike shop was as close as you can get. bikes were amazing. kevin fit us all with wonderful bikes. he suggested we try some fat tire bikes. my children loved it. kevin and the boca bike shop were truly amazing.

Patrick is what customer service should be about. The pedal of my exercise bike was becoming a problem, adjusted it, check the other pedal for good measure.This is the place to go for your bike needs!!!

Took them four weeks for them to come back and tell me that they already sold the bike I ordered. Then they blamed it on me for using paypal. I only used paypal because of all the security problems I saw with their web site. Do not order from these guys if you actually want a bike. They are lazy and suck.
