They was fast loading but new driver beware Very tight

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY THROUGH. POOR COMMUNICATION! Jared is extremely rude and incompetent and when we tried to get a new rep we were told to go through portal and yet somehow we still end up dealing g with him. I Left messages for a supervisor to call back and still nothing! our minimum order was 12 then went to 24 and now were told 48...Now we are told we cant do 3 backbar (which we were told was the minimum) NOW we are being told we have to order gallons. Worst business dealings ever...We are withdrawing our account and taking business elsewhere!

Jason, the business development executive I have been dealing with was very unhelpful. When asking him questions he clearly could not be bothered to answer or look in to. When asking for suggested alternative products which would be EU compliant he proceed to tell me he doesn’t think they are the company for me. Very poor customer service. He also took payment straight from my card without authorization to do so or me confirming the quote. I would not be happy if I were the owner of this company and my employees were turning away customers, especially during a pandemic.

There was some miscommunication and issues with my order. Luckily Jared, the account manager, went above and beyond to help me with my order and any questions I had. Awesome customer service!

AWFUL COMPANY- FRAUDING PEOPLE.I paid a high price for a custom formula and was handed one sample of a cheap, nothing like I paid for item. I went between multiple reps who tossed me around. I should have read the other reviews as this seems like a trend at this company.

What a fantastic experience we had! I called and Harry happened to be in the area at the time and came right over. We scheduled for a couple days later. They came and did a fantastic job of getting this huge tree and I cant believe how clean they left the yard! So polite and professional. I will definitely call Leaf Tree Removal again!

Leaf Tree Removal company was recommended to us from a neighbor. They had trimmed a large number of their trees and they were very happy with the work they did. I had the same good experience with them. They trimmed some old live oaks in my backyard and the crew did an excellent job. They also did a thorough clean up of the backyard. They were friendly and made sure that I was happy with everything they did. I would definitely ask them back again in the future.

I hired a team from Leaf Tree removers to cut back a large, long, seriously overgrown privet hedge with the hope that it will regenerate later on. They provided quote with a competitive price. He sent a three man crew who arrived promptly on the scheduled day and quickly had the job done. They cleaned up extremely well. Crew were very polite and willingly shared their expertise. I have no problem recommending this company for your tree, shrub and hedge issues.

Very pleased with their service. They Came out promptly and were very skilled at what they were doing. We needed canopy cleanup. Got a very competitive estimate. Workers were very efficient and got the job done in a short amount of time. Crew was very concerned that we were happy with the job.I will definitely call them again in the future!

These guys are amazing! They showed up the same day I called for tree service and did exactly what I asked. Harry and his team were great! Very professional and showed up ready to work at short notice. The tree was down quickly and they took care of all the clean up. Price was reasonable, will definitely use Leaf Tree Removal again!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service ... all over the place. R&D sucks. Cheap custom formulas that I can make myself... in my own kitchen! Basic private label products. Would not recommend unless you enjoy terrible service.

I had this company remove a 30+ feet tall tree. They did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. They also looked at a tree with a broken branch that needed to be trimmed before cleaning the. Professional work done at a good price and quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Jack from Leaf Tree Removal company came out from and assured us that our white pines could be taken out safely and without damaging our under canopy trees. When the last pine was out there was no trace they had been out here. Weve used them on our other properties and we are ever glad their work.
