I did not have a good experience... other than Aisha who greeted me and was very helpful.I proceeded to check out and ask the cashier Khorie who didnt have a name tag of they had a coupon they could give me since I had forgotten mine at home. Her response was cold and disconnected... almost like I am disturbing her... mind you I was the only person in the store with over $300 worth of merchandise to purchase. So the person next to her was Richard the manager whom I asked the same question or whether they had a promotion he told me no and and asked me not to worry about it with a hand gesture... at this point I realize that I am best to just check out and hope that I get a Google survey. I would like to be contacted by upper or other management if customer service is still important in retail. Because after my experience with Bath and Body Works I certainly doubt that the team working the day I shopped there valued it. So I am rating my experience as 1 star or less.ShopperMM

Visited during semi annual sale and found plenty of sales staff to help. The store was fully stocked, very neat and orderly. A rare site these days.

Great products and location, did score 3 out of 5 since they were 5 associates on location but with 6 customers waiting, 3 with children in strollers, only 1 (ONE) register open at 7PM? Kinda odd...

I love this store. Their Pretty In Peach collection is my favorite. I also love their seasonal Twisted Peppermint. The staff go out of there way to be as helpful as they can, and have really amazing recommendations on different scents and candles.

Don’t understand why the store won’t match their online prices. Sales online does not match the sales in the store.

Has tons of different creams, lotions, sprays in many scents. Lovely to browse but overpriced for me. (Look around for special sale items.) Two excellent qualities: Every different scent will have a sample to use, so you can try before you buy. When your sample scents get too mixed up, they have little sink wash areas in the store for your hands (which also gIves you an opportunity to try their lovely cleansers).

When the “shooting” at the boca mall happened I was at Bath & Body Works the manager Mary was awesome and opened the back door ever Sense the workers have been amazing!

This is a great store for the holiday shopping they have great deals going on so you can stock up on your favorite items or get great gifts for everyone. I love this store and the many fantastic products you can but the place is clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. 👍👍👍👍

This Bath & Body works is excellent. I have always been a fan of any Cucumber Melon hand soap and hand sanitizer for years as it reminds me of my youth.I have friend named Donna Marie who used to work here, but the new supervisor named Liberty did not recognize the name. Liberty is doing an excellent job as she pointed me in the exact direction I needed to go.This place is very lively and has a wide assortment of hand soaps and hand sanitizers, for a very minimal cost. Im a male, but for some reason unbeknownst to me, I enjoy shopping here.

The customer service there was terrible I had went to the Beth& Body Works yesterday afternoon Tuesday November 7th 2017 at 3:30 p.m. and a Caucasian young lady that was working there was very disrespectful to me and was giving me a little snap rude attitude as I was leaving the job and she was not helpful at all and she did not handle the seasonal position right also because I was black I dont know if thats why she did that and i was all by myself at that time and there was no other managers around only her and another lady was there but she was busy with the registers couldnt help and she was helping other clients at the registers and there was no manager around and she made me wait a good 20 minutes I had other places to be at the mall because I was looking for other seasonal jobs and she was wasting my time and I didnt have time all day to be waiting her all day and she said she was going to bring the hiring manager to me which the hiring manager name is Kelly and shes going to let me speak to her how about this is no jobs and I was asking her if the seasonal job it still hiring and she gave me a rude attitude and so I did not like that at all and I had a bad experience over there and and I would advise others to not shop there or even work there at all because of what I had experience and I hope others dont experience that too and thats why I gave this a bad rateing and I hope that everybody sees this very important

Going way down Hill. Did not have what I wanted in stock and very few people knew where things were kept.

If the store is closed, in town center mall, so say. Dont leave a sign saying youre located at a different store; at the opposite end of the mall.Just say CLOSED; waste of time and I missed the sale.
