Love, love, love my new makeup from bareMinerals!!! Make sure to ask for Courtney Vaughan, she’s the the best. She was so knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and did a fabulous job on my makeup. She was cheerful and nice. She knows her makeup well! Bare minerals store at Boca Raton mall is a wonderful place to go if u are like me that don’t know how to place a make up on your or don’t know how to make a nice combination of colors for your type of skin! The staff is great very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and skin tons and types! I m very happy with service, products and prices! Will be back soon for more stuff! Short on staff but courteous however it seems that they are more concerned about their sales than the customers need. Rather than suggest to go online to find the basic item, I was looking for, the sales person told me and insisting that they are phasing it out and sold me something else that I told her I didnt like and now am really not happy with . Of course it was no problem to order it online. I wont go back to the store in a hurry after this for sure.

I walked into the store and there was no other customers inside. The lady said I could exchange my previous purchase and another customer walked in at the same time. She went to help the other customer and about five other customers walked inside and she helped them all ahead of me. After waiting for fifteen minutes I took my previous purchase and walked out. This is unacceptable.

What happened to customer service? I came into the store and was completely ignored it wasnt busy there were 3 people working the store not one could take a second to ask what Im looking for. To the manager of the store youre paying this people to do nothing but chat amongst themselves, Im taking my $$$ elsewhere
