I have found that the people who work at this location have always been very courteous & helpful. I been there along with my daughter for the last 10 years.If you need some help finding what you are looking for, just ask them.I highly recommend this location.
Tonight I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Carmen. She took her time and looked up several accounts for me. She helped me with a return and helped me find just what I came in for! She was very patient and considerate of other customers in the store. Her co-worker Maria Claudia was quick to grab the phone while Carmen was busy helping me! It is always refreshing when you get great customer service!
My daughter is getting into cosplay and needed some things to help style and care for her first wig. When I told the employee what we were looking for, she not only got us everything we’d need, but she directed all her advice and tips directly to my 11 year old daughter. It was a very sweet interaction, and everything we needed was under $20 total. I definitely would have spent more on amazon!
I had a great experience! As mother-of-the-bride I was given specialized treatment with a personal shopper helping me to pick out my hair, make-up and nail necessities. I got the impression that they would offer that individualized treatment to anyone. Great advisors! Clean, safe, social distancing, masks, organized and well-stocked!

I visited Sally today. I attempted to make a $100 purchase. When I approached the register a woman was making an exchange ahead of me so I waited. Then she went to the back to select the item she preferred so I moved ahead. “Oh no,” said the cashiers (yup, two of them) “we’re completing an exchange.”So we stood there, one customer with money in her hand and two cashiers (only one of whom had a cash register - but not enough sense to hold an exchange until the customer was prepared.)And we waited....................................................... ................................................................................................................................................................ I eventually put my purchases on the counter and left. I ordered the same items on Amazon at 37% less than Sally - it will be delivered to my door Wednesday. I’m done with Sally and every other retail store that hasn’t bothered to teach basic customer service skills.

For someone new for Sallys team I think she handled the situation very well and professional for someone new.i spoke withr the manager Carmen being there was a glitch with the new systems.To speak to a client or a customer in astore on a cell phone and threatened to be leave because she didnt want to help with a glitch for my return being there is new systems put in so I was told by her.she advised for me to be kicked out of the store even though I was very niceTo kick out a customer with a receipt making a simple return is very disturbing unprofessional for Sallys team. She has violated corporate terms.She threatened a customer to be kicked out customer of a store that had a receipt to a simple exchange of cash for a simple return and also violated rights of the customer and threatened to kick the customer out and call the cops. The customer called the cops.Since Lindsay: cashier was so professional I called corporate myself. I also told the cops that there was a misunderstanding. think Sallys team needs a new management system.Carmen should not be on this Sallys team. Corporate will be notified once again with the confirmation number.As for this message keep it going Sallys team. Ladies keep doing a great job. Im speaking only towards the cashiers not Carmen.

Extremely unprofessional. Ive never written a review before but I was so appalled by the behavior of the employees. Especially the older woman with short blonde hair. She was reprimanding a new employee in front of the whole store. I felt so sorry for this young girl.
Rude service by older women. Not friendly at all when I approached the register. She asked if the comb I was buying was all I could afford in front of my children and then rushed me out of the store!!! I was so upset by her behaviour that I decided not to buy anything and left. Cannot understand why a mean miserable woman is working with the public!!
