Very slow and poor service, rude staff. Food is solid but not worth the $. Mask mandates for vaccinated customers. There’s much better bagels in Boca, go elsewhere.

Way Beyond Bagels on Clint Moore Road in Boca was great. Large selection of menu items to satisfy everyone in your party. Many options for vegans. We had ten in our most recent visit and they were very accommodating. Food came out quickly and no errors were made.Staff was super nice and efficient.

This is not related to the dine in experience. The walk up counter is in total disarray. The right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. Was told menu items dont exist. Had to change order. Then they got it wrong anyways. Forgot a menu item. Not a great experience. Food was good but service and missing items not so much.

I ate at this restaurant once before based on the convenience of its location. The food was only fair at best. I went again thinking the chef might have been having a bad day. Unfortunately I never had a chance to have another meal due to the staff being completely rude and disrespectful. I actually walked out based on the rude behavior on part of the staff. There are so many great restaurants in the area that appreciate good customers. The management needs to re train the staff or replace them. In my experience and based on other reviews it appears the leadership at this place needs replacement as well..I will never attempt to eat at this establishment again

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A RESTAURANT. We sat down and waited and waited and waited for our food. We watched every table in the restaurant that came after us receive food (even people who came in 30 minutes after us). We asked the server what the situation was and she has no explanation at all; so we asked her if she could walk 20 ft and grab two of the bagels we ordered and put them on the table so we didnt starve. Over the next 10 minutes, we watched her serving other tables and we didnt even get the bagels. I walked out and left my wife and kids behind. I had to come back in to give my wife my credit card so she could pay for their meals if they ever came. The only response we ever got regarding our meals from the owner was her admonishing me for not having put a mask on from the door to the table; about 20 ft. At that point we all left. We’ve never had to walk out of a restaurant before. The worse thing is that we never received an explanation or apology.

We love to support local businesses especially during these difficult times. Today we TRIED doing so at Way Beyond Bagels and were treated poorly! We sat down and were given the menu and thats where it began and ended! WE WERE INVISIBLE. Another family came in after us and were served immediately. We left due to the rude server who finally came over. I called the owner who talked over me and didnt want to listen tomy story! I see why the servers and staff are rude! BAGEL TWIN HERE WE COME!

I like the owner running this store and generally like the food. Today I went into the take out section and ordered a dozen bagels and asked for them to be cut. While I understand the policy to not provide this service on weekends and holidays due to the volume of customers generally in the store at these times. However, I was the only one in the store and thought with 5 people standing around, someone would cut them. No flexibility.

This establishment does NOT respect our Governor’s mask mandate lift. They require masks. They fail to realize that we are in FREE FLORIDA not NY! I would not go back there. It is astonishing that liberals want to impose the policies from failing liberal states in FL which is open and free because we believe in choice snd freedom. Masks are not a law and should be the choice of the patron.

They Owner here is the mask police. There is no sign on the door stating that people must wear masks and despite the science that clearly states that if you are vaccinated you are safe and those around you are safe...she runs around telling everyone to wear a mask. Seems like people dont actually understand the science. When will they allow us to no longer wear a mask at this place....its getting ridiculous. Do they not believe the CDC at Way Beyond Bagels? Good food so I will come back when they actually follow the science...till then I will take my business somewhere else.

Just like their big brother but they have table service and a more extensive menu.Very nice restaurant in a large strip center.Not knowing they have table service. We ordered at the counter like the other restaurant. I like their BLT on a bagel and my wife likes their low fat chicken salad on a bagel.

Great Bagels and NY Appetizing specialties. Put your game face on before entering this New York/Florida experience. A combination of aggressively Entitled customers, overwhelmed and undertrained counter staff and you are almost assured a memorable(?) experience. This appears to be a family run shop and the family is accommodating. The deli counter staff needs a manager dedicated to that function. I’ve watched two young men holding a conversation while packing my cream cheese order a foot away from both their faces. No we don’t have lite vegetable cream cheese, fortunately another employee stated we have lo fat. Like I said don’t go to be appreciated, go for a quality product and you may run into a number of the friendly people that work quite hard to run this store.

Amazing fresh food every time. Huge fan of the selection of bagels and can never go wrong with cream cheese with lox. Extremely friendly and fun staff, highly recommend and definitely be back! Best bagels in south Florida!

The worst bagel store in Boca. Every time we order to go for pick up the order is wrong. I have had so many credits because things are always wrong. People at the front counter do not know what they are doing and are very nasty. I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there anymore.

Had breakfast this morning. What a treat and all that I could eat! I’d call it breakfast of champions who were all behind the kitchen door. All in the best of taste.

This place has so much potential but the service is terrible. No one acknowledges you when you walk in and you have to wait 20 minutes to even begin to place your order. The ladies who work here move so slow and are always angry. I wish this place had better staff there is only one good worker there.

The owner was rude and very unapologetic about prices advertised. I gave one star for the bagels but got very sick on a $9.99 egg salad sandwich. Another lost patron. They will never see my face in this establishment again.

Great bagels but horrible service and customer service, called this morning to place a pick order, placed on hold for 30 minutes! I knew after waiting 20 minutes I wasn’t going to place an order. I let the girl know who picked up they lost my business, this situation has happened multiple times and I have given benefit of doubt being busy. I calculated I spend about $25 a week here $25x52 weeks a year, not a lot of lost business but people will catch on if your not putting out a consistent product

Service is beyond terrible and rude. Besides that, my husband got sick with the bagel sandwich and I mine I gave to a dog that was outside the store. Well at least the golden retriever enjoyed it!! (I have to say that the only nice person in the store is one of the cashier.)

This place has great food, but everyone is soooo rude. We had a terrible experience placing our order over the phone. The woman gave me such attitude and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. When I went into the restaurant to pick up my food, the staff was just as rude. On top of this, we get home and we are missing a lot of items from our order. Extremely disappointing. I called to at least get a credit for our missing items but no one even answered the phone.

Went in for the first time in months.. due to covid19 restaurant closures. Several tables open and well spaced. Breakfast was good. Ample food served. Staff very helpful. Pricing is fair.

Best bagel place in Boca. Fresh bagels, coffee, and desert. Love their nova lox sandwich with chive cream cheese on a sesame bagel. The banana bread is absolutely amazing. The staff and the owner are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

The Delay location is better. Staff behind the counter was so bad I walked out without paying and left my order behind. I’m sorry I don’t attach the same importance in life to unimportant things as the lady behind the counter does. Apparently if you don’t consider a plastic big the most important thing in the universe she will insult you.

Very tasty food. Really good bagels. And the staff is super nice. Owner behaves like a cool young mom feeding her kids aka customers! Love this place.

Food is mediocre, service is worse. The heavy set lady with short blonde hair is always rude, never checks up on her customers, and seems to hate her job. When we complained about the food, no apology no nothing, she just took the food and turned a blind eye. The manager needs to reevaluate their staff and who they have serving their customers.

We are fairly regular customers of this restaurant/bakery, however today my wife was there today at 3:25pm picking out some cream cheese and was going to spend some money buying bagels and whatnot. The sign on the door says open until 4pm, my wife was confronted by a man who VERY RUDELY said we are closing in 1 minute, my wife came there early on purpose because she knew they normally close at 4pm, she was so shocked by his demeanor and tone as everyone stared at her like she was a piranha trying to buy cream cheese. Even if they were closing early it could have all been handled far better then it was, we will now never be back and make sure that we do not recommend anyone else to visit either. Nevertheless the site, Google and front door all say 4pm. If the owner is reading this review, they should start reviewing their staff policies.

The customer service with this place is absolutely horrendous not only that I spoke to a woman that I’m almost certain doesn’t understand basic English or common logic they are very complicated there even though the food is pretty decent They should be monitoring who answers the phone it’s scary

People who vote anything less than five stars should spend more time sitting back, relaxing and enjoying their food instead of sticking their nose up in the air like Boca regulars are so known to do. If you want a good, NY/NJ/PA Diner experience, this is your place. The staff is PERSONAL (meaning they have a personality and wont brown nose you if youre being a Boca Bi***), and I would rather have that than anything else. Way Beyond Bagel is the only deli worth visiting in West Boca.

This place has New York bagels in Florida. Run, dont walk there if thats what youre looking for. No competition, period. Theyll also put anything you want on that bagel too.Theyve got really good breakfast dishes and Ive had only perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, and sandwiches. The salads are also delicious, and I especially like the cauliflower fried rice. Its cauliflower, so it must be healthy right? I can eat it all day long.Theres a bunch of tables here and the wait staff is very nice and gets you the food quickly and correctly. I dont typically order things that arent found on the menu, so things arent often wrong. I did ask for a side of bacon cooked well, and that came no problem. Not a tall order at a breakfast and brunch place.I visit this place every time I go to Florida now and recommend at least trying out one of your favorite dishes. Im sure it will be delicious!

Food was alright but we had the worst service ever. When I ordered my food, our server visibly rolled her eyes for asking for an iced coffee. She made rude comments all morning and even yelled at me for making a mistake on an order. I understand that it can be hectic and exhausting being a server but I have never in my life been yelled at by my waitress. Disgusting attitude and will never be going back.

This place the food is okay. The service is a hit or miss they are either too fast or too slow . Fast doesn’t it make it better . I once was sitting there didn’t even look when the lady added more coffee to my cup without even asking me first . I felt like she was rushing me to get out . When they are too slow no one comes and offers you at least water . If you’re looking for great customer service this isn’t it .

Good place for NY style bagels. Not a lot of indoor seating but they have a number of tables outside. During season parking may be hard to find. The Swiss coffee is worth getting.

There are better deli/bagel eateries in the area. The food, when fresh, is good. The staff is friendly and helpful on the whole, but I had a poor experience with management.

Staff is extremely rude to customers not only me but others. I have witnessed it on several occasions. It seems like they need some cultural diversity training in there. Manager told cashier dont pay attention to me. I was not rude. And I was very polite about the whole situation. What a shame...

Always the best Bagels this side of Coral Springs plus great delicatessen and food fro breakfast and lunch. Try them you will be satisfied I was recommended there 4 yrs ago and all I do is reccomend them. Also my mom lives in Delray beach and lots of Bagel stores like Way Beyond but when we visit she insists we bring Way Beyond Bagels and cream cheeses and when she visits here she asks me to order an extra dozen and a half for her to take home and freeze.

They didn’t give me syrup or butter with my pancakes and told me, I can’t do anything about it now. Who says that? I didn’t mind that they originally forgot my hot sauce, then this set me off.This place is straight trash.

Stopped by after awhile and was surprised that palm beach bagel wasnt there anymore. This was a good substitute, the wife and kids were happy with the options. I only wish there was a hash choice for breakfast, corned beef or otherwise.

5 stars for this place because the service sucks. On the front door theres a sign that says 3pm closed on Sundays. I walk in at 2:30pm and Im told the grill is closed. I walked straight out. Its retarded to close the grill in a restaurant and just make deli sandwiches. This place is run by freaking idiots and retards.

This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. We waited for 40 minutes before walking out after watching three other tables leave, food delivered wrong, and servers touch dirty dishes then toast bagels with their bare hands. Seriously; its making Eggs and pancakes. Management is lacking to say the least. Never going back again.

Went there with 6 friends, waitress good, after we were finished hostess asked us if we were ready to leave. Will not go there anymore.

Ordered from Uber eats a couple times and they always forget something. Ordered a nova platter with everything bagel and cream cheese and got no cream cheese.

Just closed by state inspectors for finding over 50 roaches. Inspectors visited 3 different times and issue still was not solved. I will never go back yuck..........

Ordered a toasted cinnamon & raisin bagel with an ice coffee. Heather, my server, took 15 mins. to bring the coffee. Too busy socializing with customers. Finally bagel arrives, doesnt look like cinnamon raisin & isnt toasted. She brings it back to the kitchen. Another 15 mins.to get another thats toasted. Almost no cream cheese on this one. Bagel is tasteless. I signal after another 10 mins. for her to bring the check. 15 mins. more on her cell phone showing another booth of customers her photos before she takes money & check. When I get the check with change, nothing else said. Called me sweetie & baby throughtout. I could easily be her mother & am a doctor (wearing scrubs).Lousy food, bad service, kid more interested in socializing then working. Found her disrespectful... Im not her sweetie or baby.One star is because it seemed clean. Advice... dont waste your time or money there.
