Great store with great service and great food!! Everything I took was fantastic, the pizza I even took home and rewarmed it the next day and was very good!

Phenomenal place. Beyond the food being fresh and delicious, the service is top shelf and the ambiance is great. Ethan, the owner, is a mentsch and greets everyone with a smile. He is always courteous - even when some customers are less than mentschlich. He excels at customer service and I trust that people will recognize this and patronize this wonderful establishment.

I am so disappointed in this place!We had a large bill as we included shabbat food in our order.The waitress came over at the end of our meal (after the restaurant was closed on Friday afternoon) and said since you ordered such a big order, would you like one of these two challah? We said thank you and took one of them. She then returned with a bill for $6.50 and we were shocked. We inquired how we could be charged for this given what she said and then the owner (who was sitting next to our table) said We are not a non-profit organization; of course we have to charge you. We told him what happened and he only smiled and took back the challah.No customer service nor respect.Very distasteful.(bad business practice as my whole family will not return)

From my first phone call Rachel was professional, kind, and extremely accommodating as she helped work with me on the menu for a smaller sized party. The food arrived exactly on time, it was super fresh, beautifully presented and most of all it was sooo good! We live in Manhattan and I can honestly say these are better than any Manhattan bagel Ive ever had. THANK YOU TO RACHEL AND THE LOX AND BAGEL TEAM. You made our simcha that much better! These guys do bagels right. When I saw that they were hand rolling their own bagels it warmed my heart. Im a bagel Baker from way back when, and I really appreciate the craftsmanship they put into the work. The bagels are very good, and the service is friendly. Very good service and spectacular food

I would love to leave a good review because their food is delicious but the wait time is really long, even with one or two customers in the store. I waited outside for curbside pickup once for 45 mins for 2 bagels (there was 2 customers in store) and I’ve had simple bagel orders made wrong a bunch of times. Not the end of the world, but I really wish management reads this review & know a lot of local people feel the same way. I look forward to changing this review 5 star one day.

From the minute I walked into this store, I loved it! We were greeted so nicely & asked how they could help us. We were a bit in a rush to the airport. We wanted food to eat there, & for the plane. We were accommodated to the fullest. We were served fast & our extra food was packed so neatly to go. We all ordered different foods, & every thing was delicious. I wish this bagel shop was in Brooklyn!

This site is my favorite place. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I feel like having a delicious meal, this place comes instantly to my head. Great and diverse food and a large menu.generous staff members, and great vibes. And very important, the cost is honest. I tell about this spot with great pleasure.

Came in on a Saturday morning and was surprised to see this place nearly empty. Prices are reasonable. Bagel breakfast sandwich for $6.99. Could use a little more eggs on the sandwich but it was fine. Much better quality than mcdonalds and almost the same price. Good quality, not great. Omelette was big and came with hash browns and a bagel. For $8.49 a good value in my opinion. Service was good and my food came out very quickly, less than 2 minutes. There was an error on the price that I was charged compared to the menu which they corrected but keep an eye on the receipt. All in all a fine choice for a quick good quality breakfast.

Excelent food

I went in with my fiance to get some food before we were going to run a spartan race, and were dressed for the occasion. We waited out turn and when we were the only ones left the frum woman behind the counter just ignored us and walked away... she grabbed a broom and dust pan and stood in the corner and looked directly at us. Not cleaning anything and the place was empty, just looking at us. She didnt want to help us because we didnt look Jewish enough for her. We had to wait for a different employee to come out of the bathroom to get served. Then a group of men in black hats walked in and she dropped the broom and ran to go help them. They are also constantly in violation of health codes by freezing their milk and serving questionable fish.Update: the first part of this review was about old owner and management... the new owner is making this place 100% better.... You still need to check your to go orders for small mistakes from time to time but I now giving them consistent business.

Obsessed with the bagels, i moved from NY, and it was a struggle to find good bagels.Establishment has been cleaned up and modernized since the last owners. If you want the best white tuna, lox fresh baked challah, this is your spot.Oh and new owners are amazing.

At the first moment you arrive in that place they give you a good feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a happy place to to go out with buddies or with your date. delicious cooking, specialist chef de cuisine, decent cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

The food was good, however we went in 3 people and ordered together (after around 15 minutes waiting and looking for a waiter). It took 20 minutes for them to bring an espresso and a bagel, they waited the first of us to finish the bagel (and the espresso to get cold) to tell us they did not have one of the plates we ordered, so we ordered a different plate and got it 20 minutes later, I had to ask 3 times for the third plate (a simple omelette with cheese) and say I did not want it anymore for them to bring it... (+20 minutes) . It should not take an hour to prepare an omelette. Maybe we went there in a bad day? Good food, terrible service.

Tried this bagel place first time. Bagels are really good. Tuna and the egg salad were fresh. Delivery was fast. Gonna try other items. Going to check out the restaurant.

Terrible service no communication. just for a few slices of onion and tomatos its $3. over price kosher place.

I just went to the Bagel Factory Cafe to pick up a dozen bagels. After waiting almost 15 minutes I had to ask someone to help me but they told me they were busy putting danish in the display case. Another employee offered to help me. While he was wearing a mask it was not covering his nose and and mouth. I asked him to adjust it and he just looked at me. With that reaction I left and will get my bagels somewhere else.

Just had lunch with my wife, child and Bubbe and we all loved our food and enjoyed the great service. New owner Ethan is a customer friendly owner and we are excited to come back more often!

Poor service is an understatement.how long should it take to order Whitefish salad sandwich on a bagel? 5 minutes 10 minutes 20? Well they got it wrong after 20 minutes. Very nice and food good. New owner came out to meet us. Very friendly. She said this place is healthier now. For baking, uses only almond milk and other healthier ingredients. GOOD LUCK. And see u again.

Used to enjoy the cream cheese with olives until they started adding red peppers --totally ruined it. Nice people though, I hope they get their act together

My wife had a Grilled Veggie Wrap was so yummy.Bagel factory feels like NY in Boca. This is our Breakfast place in Boca from now on. I wish I could give it 6 Stars.

I’ve been here many times. The food here is very good. Plenty of salads and spreads, a wide variety bagels and breads which makes for an endless combination of sandwiches. They also have a breakfast special here and pizza as well. They have plenty of sweet baked goods as well. There is plenary of seating available and they have 2 bathrooms that are wheelchair accessible. Service was a bit slaw but they were packed when I was there so it was understandable. The aromas coming out of the kitchen truly make for a great experience.

Enjoyed meal n the servers persona. Easy to find a breakfast meal on the,wall and ordering also easy. There were numerous folk who came in and bought takeout. Out breakfast was good and coffee fresh.

Wanted to give zero stars. One of the worst restaurant experiences Ive had, and Im not that critical. Waited 30 minutes to get help. Half the ingredients were left off my wrap. Never brought an item we ordered. Had to cut my complete with a spoon because they had no knives. I could go on....

Too noisy. Cannot enjoy a peaceful meal kids running around. Parents do not seem to want to control their children. Food King piecemeal not for all of us at the same time

Had an omelette. I asked for well done and they made it correctly. Service could be better. Had to wait too long to place order and then, no check until asked for.

I was at this restaurant today, after being told that they have Israeli food, which they do. The place was filthy! Most tables had dirty dishes on them, the floor was fill with dirty napkins and food, and the food quality was just bad. For the whole time I was there (about 30 minutes) no one bothered to attempt and clean the place. If this is how the place look in the front than I dont even want to know what is going on in the kitchen ...Will never go back, would not recommend it.

Had take-out through Delivery Dudes a few times and loved the food until I found a piece of thick stringy beard hair in it 🤮

Clean neat fresh delicious food good pricing by and large.

The staff is very friendly and really go out of their way but they forgot to process orders for our group of 10 leaving two people out one never getting their order. Most of us where very happy with food and the bagels were excellent, however, I do not recommend the pizza they are not a pizza shop. One big advantage is that they are probably the only bagel shop in Boca Raton open for dinner.

Not everybody that comes in can read Hebrew and sometimes people come with others who are not religious for both reasons I think it’s nice for there to be an English benching option. On the pricy side, and Im from NY!I came in on a Sunday morning and there was only one waitress waiting for the ENTIRE place. The poor lady seemed very stressed out all by herself.The food was ok, but the bagel was practically stale.

Missing the sufganyiot my grandma used to make on Chanukah. Random lady in hair salon tells me to go to Bagel Factory Cafe in West Boca. I call to verify they have them. The woman on the phone says of course and to call before I come bc they will make them fresh. Im so excited that I order 10 and pay $26 for them. And? They are days old chemical laden rolls with cheap filing! Im throwing them out. I will never come back to this place. Its one thing to make bad food--its a whole other level to lie to people about it.

So the food and bagels are amazing! So many reviews about the bad service made me nervous but with my experience, they are understaffed so that made things slow but manageable.

The service here is extremely slow, and the place is overcrowded. We waited close to an hour for our food, which killed an hour of our planned activities. That being said, the food is quite good. I wouldnt come back here again other than maybe do takeout.
