If I could give this target 0 stars or negative I would! Customer service is HORRIBLE. I felt as if I was at Walmart where the employees don’t want to help you because it’s not their department or they simply don’t want to. Not the first encounter at this target where customer service is beyond horrible starting with the manager. I will stick to the targets by me instead of traveling to this target because an item is supposedly in stock. The two targets in Coral Springs go above and beyond in customer service no matter how busy they are.

This target NEVER answers their phone. If you want to call them and ask a question, good luck getting a response. The one time they answered, they provided me with false information. I went to the store and asked about a product, and they said it would be released on a specific date. I arrived on that date, and they told me that the product would be released in about a week. It is extremely frustrating to get mixed information and waste gas countless times.

Always a pleasant shopping experience and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Clean & well located. It would have had 5 stars, but they have a lot weaker selection of hair clips, pins, & headbands than they used to. The beauty supplies redesign is glitzy but harder to shop!Plenty of free parking, &its wheelchair accessible. Also has electric drive-in carts for the mobility impaired.

Clean & mostly well stocked. Needed 2 boxes of plate sets, only 2 on shelf, but one was missing items. Ordered online, but 5 day wait for dishes in our new place....

I decided not to buy approximately two hundred dollars of stuff while I was in front of a cash register at the West Boca Raton location.I called the Target Corporation at their Minnesota headquarters two times that day: once while I was still in the store and once immediately after I had went outside.Consequently: the head of security and store director contacted law enforcement to have me trespassed from the property for one year.As a result I have had to repeatedly contact law enforcement, the Target Corporate offices, and my bank - to reissue my debit card as well as mail two years of back paperwork to verify my whereabouts for law enforcement purposes.So.Yeah.It looks like Target can keep their stuff while I keep my money in my wallet.Also?The police report states that Mrs. Katrin Blumenfeld was trespassed at three other area Target locations.However: I am not a Mrs.; I do not drive- which means that I had no way to repeatedly transport myself to Target locations which would result in my being banned from three different locations; as well as the fact that I have been primarily homebound since late 2017 after a bus crash that almost killed me.My advice.Do not let yourself become a target at Target.***Update: I have contacted local law enforcement as well as Target Corporate repeatedly via phone and email.It would be one thing if law enforcement was not involved.However being that I had to deal with two armed uniformed Deputies wearing bulletproof vests: the fictional police report will stand until Target Corporate sends a letter via the United States Postal Service explaining the situation so that the police will change the report as I was told by the Sargent working in a supervisory capacity over the Deputies in question.I was also told that if the police report is full of lies- it is not the fault of the Deputy who wrote the report- but the Target employee(s) in question who came up with a pack of lies.

Merchandise was ready on time for a fair price

The layout of the store is wonderful. Very easy to navigate and find the departments that Im looking for. Theres a huge food section on the right side of the store with great prices and selections. Fresh, frozen and dry goods. The products are generally designed for people who want more than ordinary stuff for their home. Reasonably priced and very affordable. The staff was very helpful and professional and friendly.

This location has a wide selection of products and the customer service at this store is top notch. When I need a wide selection of items this is the place that I will be coming to due to how the employees treat customers. Not many places give this level of service.

Often find prices higher than competitors and today your online price was less than your store price. Also one of your associates was clearly bothered about assisting me, pretty rude in fact.

I feel as though Target makes an effort to provide a more safe, clean and well-stocked store in my area. It is our preferred chain to shop.

There are better Target locations to go to in this area. The shelves are usually low on inventory and there are expired food products being displayed. Not slightly expired, expired by like 5 to 7 days. Not my first Target location choice.

This target was recently redone and is very clean. It is very easy to find items and the staff are chill.

I drove 30 minutes to this target after being told by another target that they had 12 AirPod pros in stock. After waiting for about 15 minutes someone comes up and tell me they can’t find them. How do you mislocate a shipment of 12 AirPod pros?!

I went to Target today in Boca Raton. I finished shopping and went to the register. There was no one there. They wanted everyone to check out by themselves. Are they going to pay me to do that? Very rude staff. Will not go back.

The gentleman that assisted me was friendly, helpful, and fast.

I am fascinated by this Target in particular. It is certainly a fine establishment. Its marketing strategy is unique as it caters to a certain demographic just above Walmart. They have quality brands at inexpensive prices.Today I was assisted by a gentleman named Armando who works in the electronics department who was accommodating and responsive. He was very helpful when I chose to select a PS4 game for purchase. We talked about our similar heritage and I was curious to know if we shared the same bloodline.I also was assisted by Rachel, a girl who was stocking in the mens clothing department. She answered all my questions very politely and had a cheerful disposition. She helped me select the perfect set of Hanes socks, as I had difficulty deciding.In the return department, there was Alexandria who, despite having to deal with technological issues, was warm and receptive when I decided to exchange an item.These three employees deserve credit where credit is due. I highly urge management to recognize their achievements and appreciate them for all the hard work they do.Overall, I love Target because Im a nerd at heart and love their comic book t-shirts. They also have an excellent selection online and its never a problem if you have to return an item.My only qualm is the self-checkout, as it blatantly disregards the meaningful personal interaction you can have with a real person at the register.

This is my go to store, but today I actually had the best service in over years there. Linda in the make up area was well beyond helpful encouraging and made me walk away with a feeling like I never normally feel in a store. I work in a spa so know products very well, this type stuff not so well. Hands down she is the best person I have ever met in that store!

I am a happy new shopper at Target. The only large inexpensive store closed near me. I drive much further to get to you but I am so satisfied with the quality of your products, the store is neat and clean. In this purchase we needed draperies for new huge impact french doors and sidelights. I found everything I wanted but one box was previously opened so I was afraid components might be missing. An employee walking by already on some mission stopped when I called and he went into the storeroom and found me a perfect box, never opened, so the entire purchase would work. His name was FRANK. Please will you find some special way to thank him. I am elderly and he was more than gracious.

Target is always welcoming, clean, just an overall comforting environment!

The lids attached to the tubs I ordered most were broken! I am using them for moving and do not want to enter store to return so I will keep them but I am disappointed. I wish they were better inspected before I picked them up.

I go here all the time. Store smelled weird though, and lines were kinda long but I think its just cause its the holidays.

The Target employees really helped us find what we need. When it was time to checkout the cashier was probably the worst part of the whole experience. Did not understand a single thing me or my friend were saying about that we only wanted one pillow but she scanned it twice. It took us about 10 minutes at checkout for the woman to finally understand what we needed.

I shop at this Target store all the time and truly enjoy it, its very clean, I can find what I need easily, newly redone and all the target employees are extremely helpful and nice.

The cashiers and customer service employees are THE BEST! The ONLY complaint I have is wjen u ask someone in the cosmetic dept (any dept) to help u find an item..they cant understand the English language! How did they get hired?

They lie saying they have one thing over the phone or internet. You get to the store and they dont have it in stock when customer service said they did.

A nice place to shop. The employees seem friendly and courteous. The store is clean and well lit. This is not a new store, but it does seem well taken care of. It is a fairly large store. You can order Harrys Shave products online and pick them up in customer service, but if you are not prompt to pick them up, you start getting testy emails threatening to cancel the order. My wife pointed out that you can usually find a very good selection of Harrys products on the shelf in the health and beauty section.

In store pickup was fast and easy.

Came to buy some shampoo and soap which they had what I wanted. Store smelled odd when I walked in and the line was longer than expected. Cashier was a bit rude but I got what I needed.

This is a great Target full of awesome clearance awesome!My only problem was there werent enough cashiers. All of the self check out lanes were open I normally use those but the lines were long there as well.The store was very tidy and everything was in its place.

This Target in West Boca, Off of State Road 7 has good customer service. Anytime I needed Assistance, I was able to find an employee willing to help me out. They have gotten better quality household items as well as clothing. They also have great prices on many items such as cleaning supplies, bathroom products, even food. If you have their app, you can save even more money. When they have sales, I save even more money. I enjoy shopping here because Im always able to find a great buy on items which I need. Also, I never had a problem with returning an item whether with or without my receipt. They have handicapped parking right in front of the Store which is perfect for me. I think its a great store. The only thing I think they need to do is to have more registers open especially on the weekends. Otherwise, its a great store with a great staff

There was only one person at the customer service desk when I arrived. Several minutes passed when another employee - Mike - appeared and offered to do the return I brought in. I told him that I also had an online order to pick up and he said hed take care of that as well. Within maybe 5 minutes, my transactions were completed and I was out the door to my car!

Everything was simple....we showed ID and signed and were out in under 5 minutes. Since it was a mini-fridge, someone walked us out and helped put it in the car. Thank you!

One of the best targets I have ever visited!!! The staff is amazing and try to help any way they can. The staff is very professional even with some of the customers being extremely rude to them, seen this first hand. Some customers think they are privileged and feel like they can treat the employees with disrespect. Other then that the store in amazing. Thank you guys for all your help... simply Amazing.

I arrived at the store at around 12AM for the new Switch stock and proceeded to wait outside till 3am. The nicest security guard stayed with me and waited with me till about 4:30AM. The security guard points out that the night manager just stepped out and approached him for me in case he could give me ticket to let me go home. The night manager thinking I was not in hearing distance proceeds to say I hate customers like her, brushes off the security guard and makes me wait 4 more hours till opening. Will never come here again.

This target is garbage! I’ve called to talk to a staff for a stock check on a face cream. Her accent was so strong and her English is very poor. I told her i was looking for a face cream and she kept on saying ice cream. I began to go in depth what type of cream. She told me they don’t sell those ice cream. I told her she’s not listening. Than she ask me for a product number, I told her I don’t have it but have the name of the product. She told me to call her back when I have a sku number... Are you kidding me? Who the hell hire this person and why is she answering the phone. I mean it’s hard enough to understand her but for her not to understand me... I’m lost in word. I, soon after called the pharmacy and left me on a hold for 30 min! I hung up and called back to find out she forgot about me. I mean for real!? Worst Customer service! I drove over there and ask a person who was working the floor for help and they say “we don’t carry that” Sure enough I went looking and there it is! THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

I was Just at Target 2 Days Ago Purchasing the Movie Chips. I was also Looking Around. If Your Interested on Getting Some Good Deals. U-have to Look Because Sometimes Target has Them. But, U Have to Keep up on Checking those Ads. I Like Target Cause I Always Find what Iam Looking For. Sometimes Interesting Items Pop-Up. So, Always Keep a Lookout. The pharmacy in the West boca location is absolutely terrible!! I walked in there with my 2 year old who has the flu and they wouldn’t fill the prescription. I was standing there well before the time they closed. The girl behind the counter was too busy talking to some guy that was in front of me. By the time the girl decided to acknowledge me, they told me they couldn’t fill it till the next day because now they’re closed!!!!! Are you serious. Terrible. CVS you should be disappointed

Ive been shopping at our West Boca Target for many years now, mostly buying Waterpik Dental Irrigators. Now made in China this product has a pretty high failure rate. Target has always and without hesitation replaced the failed units. I once had a unit that failed outside the replacement window and customer service told me to call corporate. Corporate doing absolutely everything they possibly could to take care of the customer said they would authorize a return without a receipt. They contacted my local store, and set up the return. WOW THATS OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Thanks Target for taking care of me.

My girl and I went in to buy some sprinkler toys for the school that she works for. On the way to the back where the toys are she stopped by the lipstick aisle. She picked out 2 lipsticks and so we moved on to what we where there for. We noticed that we where being followed at first we brushed it off but when we got to the register with our merchandise, after we paid the lady at the register made it obvious that they had been following us by yelling to someone else They have two. This made us feel uncomfortable. We are well dressed with no reason to doubt that we are there to make a purchase and any other intentions. We find that to be rude. Its bad enough they have no business. But the few people that walk in you are going to make them feel uncomfortable for no reason. I guarantee you we will not return to that target again. We will go to the super Target on powerline and Hillsboro.

Will definitely have everything youre looking for and everything youre not looking for at pretty good quality in a low price. But it might take you awhile. Target is absolutely massive.
