Fix probably never scary experience of my lifeWarning warning I took my mazerati in my BMW here temporary took advantage of me and my son I gave him $3700 to fix both of my vehicles I have to call the cops he tried to put a lien on my cash paid mazerati to try to steal it from me he is a thief and his employees Frank the owner went to hit me I am a grown man 50 result and tell gated my 17 year old son and try to scare him and bully him To give him the title for his BMW He is a thief and a fake mechanic do not recommend him at all And witty doesnt get his way he gets violent and threatens you watched it fight

I have a Mercedes E Class and needed a B Service on my car. It was also not handling right as it felt choppy when I turned to the right side. Frank and the staff were very nice and willing to answer all my questions and explain in detail what was causing the problem (they even showed me pictures). I also paid a lot less than the dealer for the B Service and got the same exact services done. Ill definitely be returning.
Great Service at a fair prices. Very Professional and first class communication. This was my fist time using this business and the mixed reviews gave me pause. I did some more research and also went by to chat over the things I needed done on my 1999 Porsche. I was very impressed with Gil’s fast diagnosis of the cars issues. They quoted a fair price and contacted me before actioning any additional items. They noticed a few minor issues and fixed them FOC. I would highly recommended this business to anyone wanting fast,friendly and professional service at a fair price. They have gained me as a long term customer.

Took 2 days to wrongfully diagnose an issue with my BMW X1, after using their $40,000 BMW computer to assure me they had properly identified and corrected the issue, and selling me a battery and sensor I didnt need for $600, the issue was not fixed. Had to file a credit card dispute after owner refused to refund. Another shop was able to diagnose and solve the issue in 15 mins for less than $50
This guy Frank is full of surprises. Says one thing then does another. Feel bad 4 his partner who has to deal with him. Stay away from this place or find out 4 yourself.
I took my 2016 Mercedes E-class in for a service A. This was my first experience with them. It was done in a couple hours. I paid the price that was quoted which was cheaper than other competitors in the area They were very friendly. They tried to sell me a few other things as any mechanic would do and I told them no thank you. I was very hesitant at first after reading all of the negative reviews but overall it was a good experience
They are okay but not outstanding.
There is no place else i would go. Last car lasted 370k miles because of their care. All ASI certified all knowlegeable. Frank runs a tight well oiles ship.
The worst place ever!Please do not go there and taking advantage of. The owner is perhaps the biggest untruthful person that should not be in business.I just paid $700 in cash to this man for services that were not needed for my 2011 E350 with less than 60000 miles. I initially went there for an A service which includes oil change and everything else that comes with it which could have cost me less than $400 at Mercedes Dealer in West Palm. He claimed that he could have it done for $249.95. I later called him to see if the vehicle was ready, this man told me that the A service was done, however, the spark plugs needed to be replaced and I must replace them; otherwise, he will not reset the service message in the vehicle. I went along with it and later called Mercedes, and they told me that I didnt have to have it done. With a simple oil change at Mercedes currently for Holiday Special $99 and they would have reset the service message because the car is no longer under factory warranty.This guy is bad news!!!!He will create things and charge you later.HIS NAME IS FRANK WITH THE UGLIEST TOUPEE I EVER SEEN!!!
This is a bait and switch operation! Having recently moved to Boca I needed to find a place to service my Porche Macan. I brought it European fine Car with a coupon they mailed to my home. I asked if the coupon was valid for my oil change service. I was told it was. Five hours later I got a call telling me the service was not 59.99 as per the coupon but 159 dollars. Now that they had held the car all day I agreed to pay that amount just to get it done. When I went to pick up the car I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while a man I presume was the owner sat on the phone explaining to a former customer how he will get an engine from California to replace the engine he destroyed in the customers car. He just had to wait to get European Fine Cars insurance to pay for it. Not very reassuring. When he finally got off the phone with the man whose engine he destroyed, I gave him my credit card for the service and he gave me the key. I told him nicely that I have no problem paying for the service but I didnt appreciate holding the car several hours and then not accepting a coupon that they confirmed themselves was valid. He then threw my card at me and demanded cash for the service. When I told him I didnt have that much cash with me he told me if I leave with the car he will report it stolen. I had to call the police to get my car released. The person i dealt with whom I am suspect was the owner was a first class lowlife. Dont say you havent been warned.
I was the client right behind you Jay and European Fine Car Repairs did just that with me: A fine replacement of my brakes at 70% off what the dealer charges.- I heard you stating you were a police officer and you would use social media to bad mouth Frank and his business. Not only you used your cops skills to try bringing the price down after all services were performed but you also disrespected me as I had to wait until you finished complaining. Think about this: Any Mercedes Benz dealer would had charge you at least twice what you were charged at European Fine Car Repairs and thats why you brought your Benz all the way down to Boca Raton.Because I own a business, I hate to see when anyone uses reviews to destroy one with no valid reason. You were not over charged. This people stands behind their work and their mechanics deserve a Christmas as well. If you were strapped for cash all you had to do is say so, and Frank would have cut you a discount. These are honest hard working people Jay and theyd have your back if your car breaks down when out of warranty. Think again !
These guys messed over a friend of mine. My friend went there and was quoted one price, and when the job was done had to pay a much higher price and was disrespected. I agree with the comments below. Before getting any work done, do your homework, confirm the price and find someone reliable to do the work.
Frank, Gil & The Team Are The BEST!!!!I have lived in the area for 16 years and have witnessed / experienced some poor ethics.European Fine Car Repairs, everything about them are just the opposite. They take the time Over & Above to take care of my autos. Yes, I have had a VW they kept going for me long after its life. Sent my 550i e60 over because my car wouldnt start or go in neutral another shop told me it was the alternator, i got a second opinion from european fine car. Just so happens it was actually the starter. They gave me a great deal on labor and found the starter for extremely cheap. Thanks guys! Car drives like the first day i got it.

Do not go to a company that disrespects other local companies just to make a buck. Dont go to a company who says things were performed and then retracts those statements because he did not thoroughly identify work performed., i.e. most places will give you a checklist this place does not. Do not go to a company when you ask them a question and the owner tells you he is getting upset because his experience is in question.This guy is the epitome of unprofessional. I seriously doubt he performed all work he identified as being performed and will never, ever give this company any biz from myself nor any other person I know. This guy is a talker, period! And should take his fathers company back to the north from which it came.BTW, this was being nice! And super short for your reading experience.

Frank said I needed to replace the motor for my sunroof on my Mercedes C230 for $1000. I look at ebay for my part, it is only $75 BRAND NEW. Also it didnt even need to be replaced, just needed a new washer. Like really? They will screw over unknowledgeable people. Stay away. Fixed my sunroof myself for free.
BY FAR, THE WORST REPAIR SHOP I HAVE SEEN !!!DO NOT GO THERE !!!I brought my MB R320CDI to this place.I was told by Frank and his $40.000 computer /which he mentioned several times/ that my car needs a new ECM. Asked for a details, Frank told me:You are not a mechanic and you would not understand.After just a few minutes conversation with this very unfriendly and unknowledgeable guy I left. Will never, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.So, I went to Pompano Mercedes and guess what - I do not need a new computer. Oh, may be because they do not have Franks $40.000 computer...It is so sad that places like this still exist.And Frank - YES, I WAS A MECHANIC /certified and licensed/ in the near past in Europe, worked on European cars, fixing European cars, not only replacing parts .
