Ive been going to Blow-By Racing now for 16 years. They helped me build numerous cars over that time. Chris is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and tuning. The entire staff there is very welcoming. I highly recommend Blow-By Racing if youre looking for a speed shop that is fair and knowledgeable. Id say their only flaw is they are always busy... but... thats a good problem to have.You wouldnt eat at a restaurant with no customers, would you? Same applies here. Lots of happy customers that keep coming back.

Just read all of the other bad reviews and look up their BBB complaints. Stay away from this company. I left their with my car and 30 minutes later all the transmission fluid and motor oil leaked on the highway. Had to get my car towed to Westpalm

Recently upgraded my 2013 Boss mustang with a custom tune and a set lower control arms from BBR, these changes made an incredible difference in the way the car performs. The team from BBR is excellent, I highly recommend them! They are easy to get a hold of and very helpful.

Here we go again, my ac compressor just went on my 16 GT, I stop by blow by to see whats going on, chris came out right away and hooked it up to his machine, he gave it a good inspection checked everything to make sure. finally said he was sorry but im gonna need a compressor, so i agreed and the very next day they fit me in and got me all fixed up. now im cool and very happy. these people know the mustangs like no one else, they help with everything they can, they dont over charge and they do it with a smile and always make me feel like family. thanks chris thanks liz thanks scott and ryan.

These guys are nothing but frauds! I paid $175 for a turn on my crown Victoria, my car runs worse than it ever has! I call Dan and told them what problems I was having they told me they will send me a revised tune and absolutely nothing changed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS!!!

Visited the shop for a x pipe and axle back install. Didn’t really feel all that welcomed there, had the vibe that they didn’t want to talk to some random person if you weren’t part of their “crew” they didn’t care about you. I had to sit around by myself for nearly 4 hours total. Also don’t go by the prices they list online because it’s not what they charged for the product. They said something along the lines of “we don’t control the online prices” ??? Then why even have them listed online?! Found it kind of odd how they had to go get a saw blade in the middle of my installation I figured they would carry a bunch of them due to the work they do. All of that wouldn’t lead me to have such a negative outlook on this shop. The BIG problem was my axle back system was loose and I had to tighten it shortly after they installed it for me. Thankfully I checked otherwise who knows the damage it could’ve caused having my exhaust rip out.

Awesome place and big power

I began my experience with Blow By Racing five years ago as a 16 year old, High School Student, with no knowledge of cars. I had a stock 2005 V6 Mustang that I felt was super fast and fun, until Chris tuned it for me. After I got one of his tunes and an air intake I was the happiest 16yr old kid entering the car world. Liz and Chris used to let me go in the back of the shop to watch, learn, and see the real fast cars. Chris has taught me almost everything I know about cars today. Ive been through a lot since my first day grabbing a tune at BBR and Ive met many members of their staff who have been some of the best techs and people Ive met in my life and Chris has become a father figure to me.I never had any problems with my Blow By tuned V6 which has been beaten to death from 90k miles to over 150k now. I also upgraded to a 2015 GT with a Blow By tune that again has no issues (that I havent caused)In my five year relationship with BBR Ive seen many many many incredible builds and yes, there have been a few mistakes but the most honorable thing about BBR is that Chris and Liz will ALWAYS go the extra mile to take care of you, make sure your safe, find a solution to your problem, AND take credit for their mistakes.I feel that many of the unhappy reviews that were left could have been resolved if they would have just contacted Chris or Liz and tried to work out a solution.Overall, Chris does amazing work and incredible builds. Its hard for a small shop to compete with the big guys for pricing or part availability but Blow By Racing will always try their best! One thing you can always count on is Chris and Liz ALWAYS putting the safety of the customer first and not trying to use anyone for their money.The small family shop that takes care of you is something that nothing and this world can take the place of!!

Im not going in there for tuning or performance parts, for me its odd ball things I cant find at your typical parts stores.1 call to BBR, and youll get someone on the phone who will know what youre looking for and if they dont have the parts theyll bring them in quickly. Prices are excellent as well.

The female owner doesnt allow you to talk to the tuners, its a mom and son shop I gave them $430 for a tune to my 96 mustang GT and they sent me tunes which caused my car to run rich the first time, lean the second time and now there playing around and refuse to send a correct tune, they take ur money and dont do there job, the lady claiming to be the owner who doesnt know anything about tuning or race cars was very rude to my brother when he called all this in for me and when I called to check on it and told her that she was dealing with my brother she said she didnt care and that he was being rude to her...my brother being a mechanic for years and years on racecars knows more about how to run a shop and tune then her own techs do so my advice is never deal with this place they take ur money and ignore you stay away from them!!!!

I cant say enough about Blow by racing very nice people excellent staff and the mechanics are great the answer all your questions and theres no run around, Chris the mechanic the guys a genius, would I go again definitely

⚠️SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ⚠️ If you have a ford mustang DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I wouldn’t waste my time or deal with the stress. I had a better experience at steeda autosports. blowbyracing had installed a roush performance axle-back on my 2015 mustang and it de-attached from my car while I was driving on the highway and they are not taking action to any responsibility. My bumper clips were broken causing my bumper to be loose and there solution to me was to epoxy the bumper back and salvage the dented and scraped axleback that I purchase off them 2 weeks brand new before. The car is new I’m not going to resin the bumper they are crazy, aswell fix an exhaust I watched go flying on the highway and ran over. They tried blaming it on roush performance And saying it’s a manufacture problem and then they switched it up saying it was part of a incident I had on the quarter panel of my mustang that occurred 9 days before the exhaust falling. They are cheap. Trying to relieve themselves from this one. I reviewed my case with an attorney but it’s not worth the stress and days off work. I rather just not be dealing with this poorly disciplined business. They don’t pay for air conditioning and expect you to wait in there “ office “ for more than an hour with all the doors and windows open in this hot south Florida weater just for a axle- back exhaust installation . They told me I had to wait for them to run to a hardware store to buy more saws because they had ran out. One week later my buddy goes there to get his SR x pipes and axle back installed and they made him wait over 2 hour aswell because the lady needed to run and gets saws. They will rob your money if you let them. 2 hours for that type of installation? Cmon now 😂 They are just disorganized and disoriented. 0 stars ⭐️ go to blowbyracing. Tell your friends and family and your friends, friends that if you want your mustang worked on by unprofessional trolls go to blowbyracing if not Steeda Autosports is where it’s at.

I had my 2015 mustang gt serviced by them for a full cat back exhaust system, cold air intake, and performance tune. They were a huge help with helping me pick out which parts to choose as well as their proficiency. I highly recommend going here to have your mustang worked on. The part that I wanted they did not have and overnighted the exhaust. They told me it was going to come in by 2:00. At 2:08 I got a phone call to get it installed. I am going to go back to BBR for all of my mustang needs. :)

Hello everyone Im not the one that normally leaves reviews. Blow by racing tuner Chris jones and stuff thank for your service my 93 octane email tune for my 2003 mach 1 is awesome 130mph never came that fast before this tune. 4.6 4v motors love the top end now even more with this tune dont get more wrong the bottom end is strong as hell also even more now.I never spun the tires punching it from 2nd gear now it does motor screams dude. Thank you

I just wanted to say something about GT Os review. I was a frame tech for many years. Any good technician can do a perfect alignment without an alignment machine. I had to do it most of my career as the only thing adjustable on most cars is the toe. BBR, look under most the cars in their shop, from what I saw, they all had aftermarket tubular suspension, to their credit, Chris and crew all seemed to be good people and hardcore motor heads as we would say.. ..Ive had to redo alignments old school, after getting back from professional multi thousand dollar alignment racks and so called technicians! Also, many drive on four post racks have the option to make them so you can do alignments, but by appearance, you might not know that.To you GT O, with out knowing the circumstance, your review sounds as if it is coming from someone that is not qualified. You do not need an alignment rack to do an alignment!

While on my way to Tulsa, from the KC area, to attend the Shelby meet in June (2015) I stopped at the track in my 2013 Shelby to get some fuel. While there I noticed the track was actually partially operating and was able to make a couple of passes. As is a well known problem with these cars, the clutch disintegrated (the car had only 2500 miles).At first I thought I was in luck as Chris from Blow By Racing was at the track with a customer of his and took a look at my car. It was quickly discovered that the clutch was toast. Since it was Friday evening, my options were limited as to a fix to get me back on the road. Chris said that he had a clutch in stock and could ship from Florida the following day. I spoke with Liz the following morning (who is very nice...until she has collected your money) and ordered the clutch. I paid over $200 extra for shipping so I could receive it by Monday and hopefully make my return trip that same day. After the mechanic (Kurtis of Archangel Motorsports) received the clutch, he immediately started working on the car. He started experiencing problems after reassembling everything with the new clutch including a leaking throw-out bearing. He ended up taking everything in and out twice before discovering that BBR had sent the wrong clutch. The receipt clearly shows the Spec clutch was for a 2007 Shelby. After speaking with the manager at Spec (Jeremy) and the main technician (Matt) they both informed me that they WOULD NOT recommend using that clutch for a 2007 in my 2013. They said even if it would work it would require modifications, shims and bottom line they had not seen anybody doing it and why would I even want to try since it was not the one the car called for. Liz, who by this time had became quite nasty, tried to claim they knew Spec clutches better than Spec did and it would work. Bottom line is I incurred extra expenses of over $1000.00 that included paying for overnight shipping, paying my mechanic extra for taking everything apart 3 times, rental car expenses, motels, gas, etc. Blow by didnt care and basically told me too bad and continued to blame me for spending so much on replacing a clutch. I have seen the negative reviews on this company and can understand the frustrations of the other unhappy customers. I considered a small claims case against them but have to do that in Florida. Fortunately I will be in FL. in the spring and plan to pursue action against them to recoup the money they clearly are responsible for. Steer clear of this place or you are asking for trouble.

Ethics. How can BBR lower cars without an alignment machine? With a lowered car and no alignment done the tire has canted camber and half or less rubber gripping the road. If you like cutting corners to save a few bucks this might be the local shop for you. For me my life is worth a few extra bucks to have the car done right.

I really tried to give them the benefit of the dought. Besides them using push pins on my $1500 diffuser and it pretty much falling off 4 days after getting the work done. They should have used original hardware. Now Im finding out my Anderson composite spoiler was installed 2 inches further then it should have been. My car permanently looks off.. I had to stay ontop of them to order parts. At least 20 phone calls. They refused to order the parts I wanted. After giving them a $4000 deposit. Instead of coming to me like professionals and saying the part is more then they initially anticipated they just flat out told me to order it on my own. So trying to keep a smile I had to order more parts which took more time. Which made me feel like I was getting ripped off since I just gave them $4,000 dollars upfront to do the ordering for me. For a full exhaust intake pedalmax and a sct tune took 2 months! I just want you to understand what will happen to you. They arent evil people or completely trying to screw you but they are very inconsiderate and do mediocre work. Hopefully this helps them or if not them the potential customer reading these reviews wondering if this is the place for them. They misinformed me and made me pay to ship a catback exhaust back when I told them I wanted a full exhaust to begin with. Im done. Said my piece. Lessons learned.

Ive read all the reviews posted here and now im gonna tell you what i think.Ive gotten to know these people about 3 years ago. new mustang gt and i wanted to supercharge it they did it in one day. drove it in at 8:00 am and picked it up at 8:00 pm. Chris is amazing since then they have done so much for me including Airride, long tube headers, exhaust, drive shaft, subframe brace,peddle max, guages, converted to E85, hell i cant even remember so many things. and honest to God Ive never had one problem with the work theyve done. my car is 714 RWHP and 614 FTlb Torq that I drive daily every where its a beast that I drive hard and never a problem. those people treat me like family Liz is a sweet heart I call her mom she makes the best banana loaf. i compare prices on everything I do in life and they are very competitive.if i call them for questions they always answer and help out. you cant ask for a better speed shop to go to. now i know mistakes happen, no one is God so if they do something for you and something goes wrong if your not an ass about it Im 100% sure mom or Chris will take care of you till your satisfied. love them love them love them.

Quick easy and inexpensive, carlos great guy

Chris and Steve seem like nice guys and honestly seem like they try to do the right thing, however the results from the shop have been less then stellar. I went to them originally because they are a well known mustang shop and had them install a turbo kit on my mustang, but the car has had issues ever since. The custom dyno tune was not acceptable from a drivability stand point, which I emphasized with them from the beginning. I had to go back and have Chris tweak my tune just to get it home. The actual install was also sloppy; had to return to have some tubing adjusted and wiring work was terrible.My big issue with them was that they stated that with XXX parts you will be in the XXXrwhp range. After at least 5x trips to them the car never reached the rwhp range they advertised, nor was a it a driveable, reliable car anymore.Go to them for small installs and canned tunes. Nothing more. Their custom dyno tunes are ok, but Ive had other shops provide custom dyno tunes with better, reliable results.
