The young gentleman behind the cash register with reddish-brown hair was amazing. I would give him 100+ rating for his kindness. I came to the store with an oil pressure problem in my car. I dont know a lot about cars. He took time to explain the problem and offer a solution. He then came outside and checked my oil levels and told me how to fix my problem. Afterwards, he checked the oil levels again. I could tell that he wanted to make sure I had no more problems. My car runs so smoothly now, and I didnt need an expensive mechanic. I didnt know a simple fix could could save me from bigger problems. That gentlemens kindness and willingness to help me makes me want to shop at AAP for all my car needs.
Good customer service. They even have a tool loaner program, and will install parts like wiper blades while you wait. Items are a little pricey.
I would never come back to this location again because Although the staff was friendly i couldnt use the restroom before shopping. If there was an covid issue they didnt say. I had to go urgently before shopping around in the store. I had to go behind the store immediately me being a busy man. I couldnt go further. Imagine yourself in my shoes.
Had a bad battery. Guys were fast in testing, diagnosing at no charge and out of there with a new battery in around 20 mins. Super friendly and professional.

Dont go to this store. The GM will not back his own warranties, and has bad customer service skills. They installed a battery for me, broke a 5.00 terminal connector and wouldnt fix it, look at it, or order a replacement part.I did call corporate and they helped me. I do not think this problem is systemic.

I left my battery there they told me to call 35 min after so I did the first time I call the guy left me on hold for 30 min so I called back the girl answer I informed her I was on hold already she said I haven’t been here for 30 min with out me responding she put me on hold again there is no customer service in that location very RUDE!!!!!!!
5 stars for a manager dealing with me and explain the store policy. However, this store does not have same policy as the corporat. I would not shop at this store for that reason, they dont do limited life time warranty returns.
By far the best auto help in town. Alec was super helpful and efficient with replacing my car battery! Will definitely be coming back for anything else. :)
Craig and Alec were very helpful in helping me select batteries and installation. They quickly got be me the perfect mounting kit for two new batteries for my Nissan Titan XD Platinum Reserve Truck. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Store is clean and organized. Will come again.

Went to get new turn signals, employee sold me wrong product. Only one person could returns when five employees were walking around. Lost 20min waiting for return because one person knows how to; only to be sold another wrong part. Only reason two stars is because its national store. Would prefer a different location more competent staff.
Best auto parts store I have been in. Great customer service and very helpful. Went above and beyond several times in helping me resolve an issue on my sons car. Other stores should visit this location to see what exceptional customer service means.

Needed a new battery and at the store replacing old one i purchased there. Clerk noticed and looked to see if under warrantee. Alex saved me $200!!! I even got the top of the line battery instead of cheaper one i was purchasing. Thank you Alex!!
THEY FIGHT ANY WARRANTY CLAIM!! They never want to warranty anything and there is always a line. Today I was in line and a blond walked in, the only free guy behind the counter almost tripped over himself trying to help her before she even let go of the front door. I didnt bother saying anything ladies first and all, even though there is a line. I finally get to the counter and they immediately started making excuses after I called them out on it they looked up my phone # and claimed my purchase wasnt in their computer. Guess what advance, If its not in there its because you didnt put it in there. I have been in Florida 6 years and always, always bought all my parts there. I used to shop at Autozone back in Michigan and NEVER had a problem with any warranty claims ever. Here they want to argue over a 16 dollar part. Thats OK there are 2 auto parts stores that are even closer to my house and you just lost a customer with 4 cars for life I wont be back.

The battery in my Tahoe died unexpectedly with my windows down, 2 kids in the back and a big storm rolling in. I called Advanced while getting a jump from roadside service and the man on the phone confirmed they had my battery in stock. It was at least $20-50 cheaper than the other shops in town. Drove right there after getting a jump. Elliot was quick, courteous and thorough. He had me back on the road in no time. This place is wonderful. Thanks for making a stressful day so much easier.

There shouldnt be a star! Came in at 7:40 am to purchase a car battery. The guy in the counter has a terrible and very rude customer service! Since hes the only one available person to help us, that made him feel so important. Hes so demeaning and arrogant. Will never go back there! The store is located along Dixie hwy in Boca Raton.
Great customer service in large chains like advance, but these guys do it right. After having an issue with an employee earlier in the week I went in to discuss my battery warranty with another employee. Sure enough I received excellent service and assistance from Chris working behind the counter. Such a pleasant surprise and change of pace from what Im used to and I felt the need to share, and commend Chris and his manager Gray for showing an interest in the customer rather than reading off of a script like others Ive dealt with in the past
This is a very nice store with very nice people.They stand behind their products.They quickly identify and retrieve for you the items you need. They are very courteous and friendly.Thank you for your time.
The shopping experience at all Advanced Auto Parts remains the same. They have outdated software to look up parts, the staff has an attitude, they are understaffed, their prices and warranties especially on batteries are not competitive. Their return policy is super old fashioned. If you lose your paper receipt, even for a pickup order that you have not picked up you can not return it. They do not have an email option for receipts.

Excellent experience at the Advance Auto Parts store. Went in looking for a vehicle-specific part but not knowing anything other than what it was as a general part, the staff member assisted me in finding what I was looking for (in a timely matter too!) and even offered to help me install it right there! Once again excellent!
This store is fabulous. The manager there Luis is super helpful...knowledgable with parts and made my experience with the store a very pleasant one. I recommend them for any of your parts needs without hesitation.

I was at Advanced Auto Parts located at 1776 Dixie Hwy., Boca Raton, FL 33432 last evening at 7:23 pm on March 10, 2019. I called ahead and spoke w/Nick and explained that I wanted to purchase fix a flat since I had a flat tire. He answered that it was almost closing at 7:15. They close at 8:00 pm. I arrived at 7:23pm. The first can of fix a flat was defective. I wanted him to show me how to use it and waited around for one hour. He was busy. I purchased a second can. It was defective as well. Nick confirmed this and told me to call AAA. All this after waiting for him for an hour. Another hour after they had closed AAA shows up and also confirms the fix a flat can was defective. I tried knocking on the door, but they refused to open it. I also reported through the glass that a man had pulled into the parking lot and was just sitting there and that I did not feel safe. I asked that they call Police. It was a dark BMW. All of this is on security video.Today, Monday March 11,2019. I arrived again to return the can of fix a flat. Nick lied and said it wasnt defective. The Office manager who was a woman was rude and refused to return it without a slip. I was there for two hours last night and Advanced Auto cannot return with all of your video? I later did find the receipt, but am appalled at the treatment and blatant lies from two of the employees,one was the manager ( Amac M) who actually approved the receipt and Nick who was too busy to take care of me and admitted the second can was defective as well and to call AAA.I want my credit and I promise, I will never return there.It was a horrible and condescending experience since the Office Manager said I could stand there forever. She said she will never refund me. I,myself, am an Office Manager. I would never treat a client like this,especially for an inexpensive item such as fix a flat at $ 14.97. She was willing to give me a third fix a flat. Why would I want a third can when the first two cans they sold me were defective.
Bought an Alternator in NY and a few months later it broke. I live in FL. The local Advance stated that the system isnt national and they couldnt see my purchase in NY?!! I had to call NY branch where I bought it and have them give me the part number and receipt code to tell the FL branch to honor the warrantee! Then I go to the website and see a discount code on the landing page F92 for 15% off on $30 or more, and Im not liking this company much since the service rep couldve saved me an extra $15. Not happy and will be looking elsewhere.
They have totally changed their staff there they are completely un knowledgeable when it comes to ordering your parts they have a bad tendency to order the wrong part and then they do not want to help correct the problem in any way not a good store anymore I wont be going there anymore I have now and will continue to go 2 a new auto parts store that is only about 4 minute drive away used to be called Bennett Auto Parts now it is called OReillys Auto Parts extremely friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable very clean organized store you will be pleased going there I highly recommend it and I was a customer of Advance Auto Parts the store Im referring to for 9 years I am no longer a customer of theirs and will not be

I had a battery issue and Mr. Gray the manager was very helpful, he replaced, installed the battery for me. He noticed the bolts holding the battery was strip and replaced it no question asked. I noticed all employees are nice and friendly plus know what they are doing, I believed because of Mr. Gray train them very well. I highly recommend Advance Auto parts in 1776 Dixie Hwy, BocaRaton, Fl.

Went to store to buy air filter at 9:17PM. Got there and store was closed, hours on door were scratched and writen closing time at 9PM.... Even though web closing time is at 10PM very dissapointed. Wasted my time and gas...
