I called these guys a couple(or more) times with questions; every time they offer professional advise and have never pushed for a sale. Ive ordered multiple times and orders were always shipped quickly. Have also experienced warranty claim with them --- with top notch service.

It seems my first review was deleted, so I will leave another. Just take a look at the other 1 star reviews, one even claims poor customer service. Poor customer service is exactly what you will get. I requested a replacement item. During this request the secretary was rude. I called in response to his email and he acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about. After dealing with this the item was returned, costing $8. No sweat. They then email me that the item had be received and to call them. So I call and once again the same secretary acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about and once again he would get to it the next day. Not once seeming to understand that I was waiting for an item I had already paid for. I even asked if it would be easier for them to just refund me the money and I would just order another one off the site I purchased the first one from. The response was, if you do that we will charge you a 20% restocking fee. Ok, now I have to pay another $8 for them to send the replacement. This is where it got worse. instead of shipping it to the original address from the original order or from the return address on the returned item, they google my information with some creepy website (they sent me screen shots of all my old addresses). They then sent it to one of those addresses. As you can imagine, I didnt get the item. When I reached out the same rude secretary began to engage in internet yelling. When I questioned his practice of using all caps he claimed it was for emphasis. Which is what yelling is for, to emphasize something. So after being yelled at and accused of providing them the wrong address, they have refused to replace the item and refused to refund the money. The fact that this company is willing to go to these lengths over $29.15 should tell you all you need to know. This will make review number 9, there were 8 before this one. 4 will be 1 star. They are batting near .500. You can also see that they have now responded to other customers positive reviews years after the review. The irony is not lost in that only demonstrates their ineptness. Hopefully this review isnt mysteriously deleted. This company doesnt care about getting you the item or keeping your business. I would seek a sacrificial anode from a different company.PS. It is clear that you googled me. Without googling how would you know who my supervisors may or may not be or who I may or may not work for. Take a look folks, this is what you would be doing business with.

Went to pick up a motor for my A/C condenser. The guys were very knowledgeable and polite. Later on I even called back with a technical question and they were helpful. Highly recommended!

Greg from Airstar helped me find a rare part for an 85 year old customer of mine. We absolutely had to get heat for this lady. When me California dealer couldnt find any quick enough, Greg and his team were able to find it for me. They actually had several of them in stock! Thanks so much for your quick response and professionalism.

I ordered this through there website i put in my address on there website and clicked the box asking me if i was sure its correct and they send it to my pay pal address which i did not want them to do. Why i made sure i had the box clicked where i wanted my item to be shipped to. After calling them the first time and talking with them they offered i go to the old address which i did and there is no one there. So i called them back to work something out and they straight up said nothing they can do they admired not that i did use my new shipping address and after i got put on hold and someone else started to talk to me said i did not do that and used my old address. I got on there website and followed the steps again and all of the info, i typed in before is there and i was right i am not going insane. I used my new address. They simply do not want to work with me in any way told me i am out off luck they will not refund me my money or send new filters or do half and half nothing at all.
