It’s always a nice craft store. I was happy to find cheap blank shirts for under $5 that I could personalize at home. They have a pumpkin carving service, where you design the pumpkin and they’ll carve it for you. Also, I love the amount of Halloween decorations that have black cats because they’re my favorite part about Halloween time!

I found just what I was looking for! Baskets for some mums for my porch and paint for a decorated pumpkin for our dinner table. The baskets were a real find at 50% off regular price. Michaels has everything you could want for crafts.

They always have everything i need for my crafting. Hard to find items are easy to find here. So much to look at and great prices.

Very poor experience. I am handicapped and have to use a scooter to get around. No automatic doors and no employees even came to try a d help. Store aisles were so crowded my scooter would not fit thru many of the aisles. It is very obvious they can careless about handicapped shoppers

I love this store. They always have decent, if not GREAT, sales going on, additional coupons online that can also be used in the store and quality products. The associates working there are always very friendly and helpful, and the store is always neat and clean.

I definitely feel that if you are making it mandatory to wear a mask in your storr then the store should hand out disposable masks rather than turning you away or making you buy a pack of masks for 20 dollars.

Expensive but fun

There were alot of people there but the atmosphere is very nice and you can find all kinds of different stuff there.

Well, I find all the excellent things to decorate my outside door here and they are always well priced. Love the staff who never show anything by kindness and a cordial smile whenever they are asked to help someone! After a while they even greet a customer by name. Go in smiling and come out smiling!

Absolutely terrible, if I could give zero stars, I would! Nothing like Pat Catans.. Extremely over priced and dont even get me started on the quality! One thing I bought, and am most definitely returning, was over $50 in letter stencils, and it was only a couple packages. Then come to find out, theyre all flimsy cheap cardboard instead of plastic! You certainly cant see through it to line up your letters & there is absolutely no way that theyre reusable as the package claims.I was also looking to buy little letter blocks for a project, which thank God I didnt! For just 5 small words it wouldve been over $100!! Thats insanity! Especially when they were in horrible condition, all scraped, banged around and not to mention, an inch of dust on them! I will never go there again and I recommend to everyone....Go somewhere else!

Michaels is a great, clean craft store. Its organized in a manner that makes sense, so things are easy to find. Prices are affordable, though maybe a bit more expensive than JoAnn Fabrics. Overall, were happy customers and will be returning for all our craft needs.

What can I say...its Michaels, a massive array to meet artistic and crafting endeavors. Military members both active and inactive - ask for the Military discount. They dont advertise it but honor the request upon asking. The discount is 10%. Happy shopping,

Easy to find the things I need

Loved this place when I was a kid. Very clean now but sadly on a nice Saturday afternoon we stopped and there was not a single child playing.

There are many craft items to choose from. The sales and coupons are a great help.The employees are always friendly and eager to help.

The staff is very helpful and they have a large variety of craft supplies. I can usually find what I need and if I cant the staff often helps me find something that will work.

Always neat things

Need some buttons last minute after I had a dry cleaner destroy some buttons the day before a wedding. They had all the supplies I needed and the team members were pleasant.

I got a TON of X-mas stuff at 60% off, and the still had a large amount of things left.

Norman in framing is excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave me a lot of options and ideas with my budget in mind. I definitely recommend you see him for any custom framing needs.

They have just about everything you could possibly need for crafting, frequently offer good coupons as well as special promotions. You can sign up for the email list to receive even more discounts. I appreciate the frequency with which I receive 50% off coupons! The store is generally clean and well-organized. Also it consistently has a well stocked clearance aisle. It seems as though they are almost always offering a special class, or day, for children once a week. My child has enjoyed those very much and we will certainly continue to patronize this establishment.

I went to Michaels with a friend who was redecorating her living room. I expected a craft and hobby store with inventory like pot holder looms and paintbrushes, model airplanes, glue.....that sort of thing. Walking into the store, I instantly realized how short-sighted my expectations were!!! True- they DO carry those items I expected as well as yarns- that kind of thing BUT SO MUCH MORE!!! You will find every sort of item used for decorating including floral decor, And seasonal, every special occasion you can think of.....from pictures and wall hangings to craft and homemade items to hobby items to baking needs- and every aisle surprised me with unexpected items. I also mistakenly thought that this was a place for women with the patience and skill to make their own gifts, etc. Wrong again!!! Michaels was full of men, women and children and noone looked bored. Take the time to go there and you will be going back again and again! !! I think everyone should check this place out because they have something for everyone! !!

It is what it is...a great craft store and better when you can take advantage of their sales. I think they ran out of Christmas supplies early this year... Thats the only reason Im giving it 4 stars.
