Update: Lee Cole contacted me directly and was able to help get the issues resolved. I finally received the second key. My registration arrived 4 days before my tags expired. Which was hard to manage since I work full time and had only one Saturday to get an appointment for an inspection. I was able to return to Cole’s on another Saturday to have a front tag mount placed since I needed two tags for the car instead of one. The garage was able to put it on quickly but it did require another Saturday to get this done. I appreciate the efforts made to correct my issues, but wish it hadn’t taken writing a review to get a response.I can honestly say I regret dealing with Bill Cole For my most recent vehicle purchase. I have called and texted many times and have had messages sent to various staff through the reception staff. No response. I have been waiting since June for a second key to arrive by mail to their office. I know the mail can be slow, but two months - and no response from the management. I have also been waiting for my Registration to arrive so I can get my car inspected in VA. As of today, still nothing and no response from the staff in that department either. I will not shop there again and will encourage anyone I hear say they are thinking of going there to go elsewhere. Customer Service appears to be very low on their radar!

I bought a 2019 Nissan frontier a couple of weeks back and was given only one key. Went back the next day to get another key and fob remote. Was told im looking at $350 to have another made. Truly believe you spend this kind of money on a vehicle. It should come with 2 keys and 2 fob remotes. I just paid off wifes car and will be taking this into consideration when we go shopping for her another car in next year or so. Truly disappointed..

WARNING : I would advise buyers to go elsewhere. We had agreed with a price on a new vehicle and shook on the deal and began finance when they increased the payment amounts. They had already taken our trade in registration and when we disagreed to the payment increase they suddenly couldnt locate our registration for our trade in. They said they would mail it to us when it was located but we still await the delivery. Flags went up when they admitted their advertisement was just to get us in the door. We had been warned about this tactic but decided to give them a chance. WARNING!!!

The gentleman Jerry was amazing at getting us a loaner on a Saturday so I wouldn’t be stuck without a car. My only complaint is that I was called at 5pm to be told my vehicle was ready and I had to pick it up by 6pm so I wouldn’t be charged for a rental for another day, out of pocket. Therefore I had to call someone to relieve me at work and rush out there, missing hours at work. I pulled in at 5:58. I feel like they could’ve given me a longer notice or at least let me keep the car til the following morning

The Nissan service center does a wonderful job. The manager Jerry is very knowledgeable and friendly, he will make sure that your experience is the best experience every time.The service staff will never try to sell anything that is not necessary. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle for service at this location.

I had the most positive experience with Tonya Jackson at Bill Cole Automall. Upon arrival, Tonya listened to my frustrations and patiently answered my questions. We had an honest conversation about past experiences and what I was looking for in a vehicle. She took the time to let me try out a couple of vehicles that were very different from each other so that I could work through questions about what would best meet the needs of my family. She was pleasant and very easy to talk to. Tonyas helpfulness in looking up information on vehicles I was interested in and her immense knowledge base helped me become more confident in my choice.

When I bought my first there they was great. I went back and bought my second vehicle they was great. They told me I could come trade it in a year. I go back to trade it in and its a no go. We brought it in to have the front end fixed from hitting a deer and when we came back two weeks later the windshield was cracked. The big boss said it was our fault and wanted us to pay. It wasnt cracked when we brought it in. Then after a week they replaced it and had to put a new sticker onIt had a good one on it already. They told me the shock on the back was leaking and gave us a rejected sticker on It. Never again will I come here. Would not recommend it to anyone

We were passing through Bluefield on our way from Wytheville to OH when my Odyssey ran out of power. Cole Honda to the rescue! Sales consultant Josh Pike took EXCELLENT care of us and got us back on the road.

The service department is very helpful and friendly. The waiting area is clean with coffee and water available ad well as free snacks. When my car was ready the service gentleman explained my bill completely.

I went to try to get help with building my credit, sat there for 3 hours just to find out that they hadnt listened to anything I said to them and got terms that were way out of my range and offers I didnt want

I had my vehicle listed for sale. This dealership contacted me and said they would be interested in buying it. I explained to them I live an hour away from their dealership and I do not want to waste my time with any crazy low offers. They assured me that would not be the case and that it was very likely they could do better than trade in value, somewhere in between that and private party value. I go to the dealership they appraise my vehicle which is two years old and in very good condition. They then offer me 2,000-3,000 less than KBB or NADA trade in value. I understand dealerships need to make money but they do not need to rob or mislead customers and waste their time. My morning was wasted at this dealership and I was mislead and insulted. I would not recommend them.

When I bought my used Tuscan, I noticed the air condition was not up par. So had the dealership look at where I bought it and they said noting was wrong. Second oil change in, through same company that bought out the Coles where I bought this car found the problem and fix d it for me! They also told me that my battery was needing replaced so when I’m able will fix that too. Thanks for being there

Great staff here... My battery went dead in my old Civic and the guy in the service department had me back going in about 45 seconds. they always try to go above and beyond and if I am shopping for anew car this is usually where I start. My mother did have a bad experience recently though which disappointed me but overall I highly recommend.

Car still under factory warranty. Went in to get free oil change and tire rotation, told me the tires were rotated and were not .Just bought car last year and car got a rejection sticker for bad wipers. They were fine. Had to go back next day for corrections. Guess they think women are weak enough to get one over on. Not me. Wanted to charge 45.00 for wipers!!! Didnt happen. Make sure to have your husbsnd or partner to check their work. This was at Honda service dept.My car is not a Honda.

Ive bought 2 new Subarus and a few used cars from these guys over the years. I also have all my vehicles serviced there as I trust the guys know what they are doing. Everyone has always been very nice and professional. That is why I continue to go back for my Service work and refer my friends and family to them for vehicle puchases.

Overall not bad experience. I could only give 3 stars due to I had been talking to them for two days before we were going to be there and the color we had asked for was not there and we had to wait three extra hours for them to get the car there.

I told them and they could see I’m disabled I told them I needed 2 things for sure back up camera and navigation they told me it has navigation but not rear camera I ask how much it would cost me to get it installed Scott left then when he came back he said it would cost me $300 I could deal with that so the paperwork was done. Now that it’s my problem the navigation come up can’t put any address into it’s no good to me. The place they told me to take the vehicle to said $600+ so I don’t or should I say I got neither. I put a video on Facebook to show people the problem. So people don’t take any word from Scott and Ron the finance manager

I give this place one star for the worst customer service ever! I bought a 2011 Nissan Armada from these people in May 2018. The thing is, its now had to have the entire motor replaced and now its back in the shop for more work! I had to take it to First Team Auto Mall bc their service people wanted to play around til my warranty I bought with it ran out! They also lied to me when they promised me the carfax would be in my paperwork! They knew I have children and that I am Disabled and on a fixed income!!! I will never buy from Coles EVER AGAIN!!! I talked to the manager after people ignoring me for almost a month after I tried calling and leaving messages! The manager pretty much said it is my problem now!!! I should have known something was wrong with the vehicle when they kept calling me asking me how the vehicle was doing and if it I was having any problems with it!!! Thanks Scott and Zack for selling me a vehicle that was your problem and now you made mine!!! So sad.
