Great customer service. Glad the staff still wore masks even though a lot of companies are not requiring masks. I dont know what the requirements are for Starbucks. I felt safer with my choice to get coffee and food from this location because of it though. Thank you! The food and coffee was delicious! We enjoy the vanilla bean and white mocha, and ham and cheese croissants. Highly recommend.

Wow!! Great staff! Asked for extra inclusions and they did just that. Didnt skimp and not too much. My other beverage I forgot to ask for light ice because so many times there ends up being WAY too much ice BUT these employees gave me the PERFECT amount without asking!!! Setting the bar here at this Starbucks. Thank you so much!

I’m sure this location is fine. I’m not here to leave a bad review, just a suggestion. Would be really cool if they could update google when they experience closures encase someone is coming out of their way to come to this location.

Good...but WAY TO MUCH ICE!

I had never been to a Starbucks before and I dont drink coffee but I was meeting a person there to discuss business so I got a glass of water the girl behind the counter was very helpful and didnt charge me for the water cuz it was extremely hot out and I was really thirsty everyone there working was very kind and pleasant to the customers

I previously one starred them but theyve made great strides to improve both morale and customer service. Great job on becoming better staff and creating a more peaceful and happy environment.

Ordered an iced tea and once I got back to work I realized there was a hair in it. I called to speak with the manager and the employee on the phone stated they weren’t available and she could help me. I explained to her I ordered a tea and it has a hair in it. I asked if I could get a new one made so I could come pick it up. She told me they were just too busy and I would have to come back in and wait in line with all of the other paying customers who have ordered. I explained to her I was also busy at work and would have to make a second trip because of their mess up. And she said sorry. We can’t make it for you to pick up, you’ll have to come in and wait. Prob won’t be back.

The service was fast to make our drinks and the menu had many options and the drinks tasted very delicious

Ordered a beverage, confirmed the size twice. Wrong size given. I told the barista that I in fact ordered the larger size and she just looked at me. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, which was given without a knife. Guess I’ll eat it with my hands, no big deal but here to provide feedback, as it’s fair to provide process improvement tips.Please remind the baristas to pay attention. I don’t spend ~$12 a visit for the wrong order or lack of utensils to enjoy my order. Thanks for working through the pandemic, though! It’s appreciated. Just want to ensure there is accountability for mistakes. It’s apparent there is a need for some training refreshers.

The food and drinks are good but this is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Usually a good 20+ minutes in the drive thru. Mobile ordering helps but expect to wait 10 extra minutes.

The last month or so every time I order a drink on the mobile app there’s an excuse on why my drink takes a total of 25 min to be ready. Horrible service now. The employees look lost like they don’t know what to do or can’t find anything. Going back to making my own. Terrible service

This is literally the slowest most incompetent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. How are you going to charge me premium prices when the kids that work there can’t even keep the drinks in the actual cup?

This Starbucks is just great. I’ve been here when it’s dead slow and I’ve been here when it’s crazy busy, and their dedication to the customer is the same in each situation. I’m thoroughly impressed at their attitude and their execution of each drink. Thank you for consistently making my mornings that much better.

Had the worst experience here. Waited 25 minutes in line, and when I got to the window, they didnt even have my drink and snack ready. I waited another 10 min athe the window, was almost handed the wrong drink, and was almost late to work. A girl just wanted a coffe!

I absolutely loved this Starbucks for years but due to recent changes it is no longer my favorite location to get coffee from. I am giving a two star review because the store is no longer open on Sundays which is usually when I got out to get coffee because there was usually a short wait time. I am also giving two stars because if I am running errands during the week I get out in the morning and that’s when I’ll get coffee not at 1:30 in the afternoon because the caffeine will keep me up all night. I think that these new changes are going to cause this location to lose business because there has been an expectation that this Starbucks opens up early every single day of the week.

I had ordered ahead and then got stuck in traffic. When i showed up they remade the drinks an did not even complain.

They keep changing schedule, very bad thing to do during this pandemic. When people see this starbucks is closed, they all rush to a different one, and that one becomes very crowded. Please stop changing your schedule, you are not helping the reduction of spread of the virus by doing that.

Excellent customer service from Richie, even with a mask on I could hear a smile in his voice which to me is customer service done right, he made friendly conversation while waiting for my other drinks to finish, and both my drinks were excellent.

Yes this location gets real busy, just like most starbucks with drive thrus, but on the bright side they are really quick with making your order so even if the line is long it doesnt feel like it takes forever with most places. Only once out of hundreds of times i have been have I had one issue, and that was during the night shift a year ago. All around this is by far one of my favorite places to go for coffee, especially since i dont have to leave my car.

The current process is to tend to the drive thru first and make the online and walkin orders wait.

Every time I come into the store, I’m greeted with an upbeat “howdy, partner, how ya doing?”. Which I don’t hate or love. They’re all friendly people to an extent. My drink is always made correctly which I appreciate. I do wish they would serve hash browns though. I like the ones from the McDonald’s the best. That’s their room for improvement

Love this Starbucks. It is so convenient being inside the Price Chopper. You can either purchase a refreshing beverage to enjoy while you shop or to enjoy while you drive home after your grocery shopping expedition. A quick way to relax before you get home and have to put all.those groceries away.

I get it you guys are going to open at 1:30. Today I came at 1:30 and the sign says you closed at noon. This is annoying blue springs needs another Starbucks that’s not inside of target or price chopper.

These people work so fast! One of the busiest Starbucks around, but I dont mind waiting a couple extra minutes because I know itll be delicious! They also have a decent amount of regulars who I see in there almost everyday, which says a lot about the store. Love, love, love Starbucks.

This is ABSOLUTELY one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Everyone there is so fast and helpful, its amazing. I really feel valued, which is impressive considering just how darn busy they are! Seriously, they know what theyre doing. I love it.

NO EXTERIOR TRASH CANS!! Poor management of store. Never well staffed and run out of supplies daily, cups, straws, various food items, etc. this has been a continuous issue for a couple years. Wish there were another free standing Starbucks close.

Quick, consistent and poppin! This Starbucks is great for studying, or working or visiting with a friend. With large tables, small tables and outdoor seating, theres something comfortable for every group during every season. Use the drive through if youre just passing by or give their mobile app a try.

Was my first time there and there was no instructions on how to pick up your pre-ordered stuff, how was I supposed to know everything was in one bin they pretended like I knew what I was doing, I mean I dont want to put my hands all over other peoples stuff just to find out whats mine or not, I asked the guy that was making the orders behind the counter what everything was and how to pickup orders and his response was I cannot help you, you have to pick it up and look at it yourself Im pretty sure if youre not sure about something the person behind the counter supposed to help you to there best ability 😠!! Today was a super busy day at 7 HWy Starbucks, and they lost my order. The staff were super helpful, efficient, and cheerful despite it all and made it right. They are always great and did well under pressure

You know what? Starbucks is the McDonald’s of really good coffee. You know what they offer and they do a good job.

I am not a regular Starbucks patron so I was not sure what to order. The very nice lady who helped me was awesome in explaining what & why a drink may appeal to me. She asked a manager who likes strong coffee drinks for suggestions. I ended up ordering what he always gets, an Americano with an extra shot & added cream. Perfect...for me anyway.

I always love Starbucks, but some baristas are better than others. So far, the ones at this location have been very friendly and competent. This cafe is very cozy and clean, and its easy to get in and out. My favorites drink is still the White Chocolate Mocha
