Terrible place, dont trust Noel, About a month ago I went in for a bad water pump, not only did they install the wrong part after telling me it wasnt in stock but they modified it to fit my car and I ended up coming out of another $1000 to fix it not even 4 weeks later after paying them $950. Theyll lie to get business. Dont trust Noel, he only wants good reviews but has poor mechanics skills. Do not go Here

The mechanic Noel I find him to be trustworthy, honest and very fair. He explained to me about whats going with my vehicle and got me back on the road in a timely manner. I Love that he takes care of business!!!!! Very pleased with the work he has done on my vehicle!!!

My car randomly broke down on me and I got it towed to this place. I didn’t know what was wrong with it. Being a female and not knowing much about cars it’s always scary visiting a mechanic shop. Noel was a life saver. What I liked most about him is that’s he was HONEST. It’s hard to find that now and days because everyone is so quick to tell you anything to get a quick dollar. If you are a female and know nothing about cars and need someone who will be honest and who’s not going to get over please come here and ask for NOEL. Your in good hands!!

This place is a rip off. They i’m sitting inside listening to how they are giving people different prices and not even giving you a receipt give me the price on the back of a car I took my car in to have my brakes weeks next three days my brakes go out thank God I wasn’t on the expressway I’ll take it back and they tell me it’s something else wrongI felt something was wrong with that so I have my car towed to the dealer and the dealer found out that they here disconnecting my gas line please don’t take your car you have now and may lose your life.My car could have caught on fire, I could’ve lost my life I didn’t have any breaks I had to run intobushes to stop my car

Frauds*****Fraudulent Business-Charged me for doing REAR ROTORS/Brake pads. Heres the receipt. Charged me 980.00 for front and rear didnt even put the price for each part they supposedly put on my car, on the receipt.By law they give warranties but in my case (since Im a woman) they think Im prey to be lied to. But I got my car inspected elsewhere. The warranties are only a few months anyway. Not worth it.My car was still making noise in the rear brakes, so I went to MIDAS in Beverley and Mufflers for less, as Id never go here again to get my car worked on.Both companies told me Mufflers R US didnt do my rear brake pads or Rear rotors.THIS place only did the front, and charged me for the back breaks pads and rotors. (Here is the receipt) from MIDAS, that shows they did put in REAR ROTORS and REAR Brake pads as you can see, the yellow receipt is what Mufflers R us in blue island claimed they did.If your a woman- dont go here. I called them and asked the person who picked up the phone for his name and and email so I could send him this paperwork. He didnt want to give it to me, they also refused to tell me who worked on my car.Ask for a receipt of where they bought each part. I will be reporting them to the BBB.-Bad attitude when I asked to test drive my car before paying them.- Car made a different sound by the 3rd day.First and last time I come here. My preferred mechanic was super busy so I cane here based on my parents suggestion. They live in blue island.I went to Midas, where I got a life time warranty and a lot cheaper, and finally my car no longer had issues. Money goes, but comes back again. This location will not fix your car right in regards to where they order there parts from (if they do at all) is questionable. Plus the so called mexhanics that work here are very weird and look like they all just got out of prison. Im going back up here next week because I want my money back.

Please dont take your car to this shop. I took my truck to this shop driveable and got my truck out this shop not driveable. They suppose to had put a hun bearing and control arm on my truck and its still something knocking which resulting for me to take my truck somewhere else to get it fixed! I REPEAT!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS U WANT TO ALSO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO GET IT FIXED. They did very poor job on my truck. They dont deserve ONE star!

They are fair, friendly and go out of their way to give good car consulting. Replaced my fuel pump after a crank but no start.

Brought my brakes pads for them to put them on, they said it would cost $50, this was last year in August they put them on I used my credit card they said I had to do debit, need bracks done now not even a year past. I realize that they charge me $80 dollars. When I asked for a receipt he told me they dont give receipts for work if I brought my own parts. Ladies be aware never take their word or just pay with cash. Rip offs

They only take cash. Their service is fast but this last time I was there I believe they did not finish the work. I went in for a clanging. They said it was my muffler and I still have clanging.

Did I have the word “bank of America” scrolled across my head? I went in for a wheel alignment $50 (which is high). From there they tell me, “Baby, we can’t do wheel alignment unless you fix this first...$180.00. I go back 2 hours later, “this is no good, (tire rods) Baby, we fix this to $300.00” Now a bolt is stuck, “ Baby, we have to keep overnight. “ “Give us $100 deposit, come back tomorrow”.I pulled off, within 30 minutes there’s a loud rattling sound never heard before, I go back he says it’s your water pump, I fix $300.00, I said No Way!!, he says “give me $240 I fix baby. I said back my car out of this garage, I’m done, NO!!I took my car to another shop, a bolt had been intentionally loosened near the water pump to cause the rattling noise.NEVER again will I go to Mufflers R Us, Blue Island, ILThey probably didn’t replace the tire rods either, just the $50 wheel alignment.BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I went to the Chicago Ridge location to have my a/c repaired and was told to go the Blue Island location. I was referred to this business, but I pass the Chicago Ridge location to and from work so thats why I stopped there and they have a sign that says they work on a/cs. They gave me an evelope with the address and ph# to the Blue Island location. I immediately called and advised I was at the Chicago Ridge location and they referred me to their location to have my a/c repaired and I wanted to come now. I asked if they were open and could see me when I got there as I did not want to waste the time or gas going only to be turned away. I was told yes come I can see you, so I took the ride from the Chicago Ridge location to the Blue Island location happy that I could have my air back...........ALAS ONCE I GOT THERE I WAS TOLD THEY CLOSED AT 6PM, IT WAS 6:09 AND ALL THE BAYS WERE STILL OPEN, THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLYEE THERE BUT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. I SAID BUT I CALLED AND YOU TOLD ME TO COME, HE SAID YEH-YEH BUT I CANT WE CLOSE. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY, NO EFFORT TO HAVE ME COME BACK...JUST YEH I TOLD YOU TO COME BUT OH WELL I CANT HELP YOU, BYE. SO I LEFT FEELING ANGRY FOR MY WASTED GAS AND TIME, STILL NO AIR AND HOW DISMISSIVE THE ENTIRE SITUATION WAS. VERY POOR SERVICE IN MY OPINION

Now 2:35 pm and 1 other car before me. Arrived at 10:am. Im still waiting on caliper to ARRIVE! Brakes and rotors delivered by Bumper to bumper. I have asked that they call to check the status of delivery of caliper or give me # for me to call, to no avail. Jorge. Is sickening. Alberto now says the part was ordered at 11:00 am and would not be delivered until 3pm 😔. Also jorge would not allow me in the garage to view work on by car but when the cerveche truck arrived he, Alberto and Jorge all gathered in the garage for lunch.

Poor service I thought they was fixing my muffler on my car but they gave me the wrong size muffler on my car and messed up my car at the bottom and I had to get it all done over at Midas dont trust them if they going up under your car make sure you take it someplace else to find out those mechanics dont know what theyre doing at all
