I took my vehicle to m & l express to get my suspension worked on. Before taking the vehicle to them i purchased a new battery. They had my vehicle for 3/4 weeks before even finding out what the problem was and i had to call them to get updates on the progress or lack their of. Because I understood that these things take time, I did not complain. When i came to get my vehicle back the car would not start due to them running the new battery down. The hood also would not close and they denied ever opening the hood. after i had already payed for my service it took them close to 3 hours to get the vehicle started. During the time they were trying to get my vehicle started the owner, Troy, came out of his office into the garage where they were trying to start my vehicle, and asked one of the employees if i had paid, and when they told him yes he went back in his office as if there was no problem. Finally hours later they got my vehicle started and i was able to take it. While i was driving the car the lugs on my passenger side front tire broke within the same day due to them not being tightened. Because the lugs broke inside the hub i had to not only replace the lugs but pay to have the hub removed and then pay to have the lugs extracted from the hub. When i called about the problem they denied ever touching my tires or jacking/ lifting the vehicle at all. After reaching out to the owner on multiple occasions and being told he wasn’t available he finally called me back. After a conversation in which he belittled my complaint by saying “ you want me to replace some $5 lugs” and spoke to me in a condescending tone the entire time, he denied responsibility and passed my complaint off on another employee. He told me he would get back to me. The owner Troy has still not reached out to me to get this problem resolved.....After The owner Troy responded to this post he reached out to me and still refused to compensate me for the damage done to my vehicle by m & l express. He instead tried to over talk me the entire conversation and offered to pay me half of the cost. I would not recommend them to anyone, however if you do decide to use their shop make sure you take photos of your vehicle all around before you take it to them.

Just got my transmission done here I normally don’t go out of my way! But I wanted to give him more than a good tip. Wanted to let everyone know because I am the type to check businesses reviews if they have a bad one most likely won’t go. So I hope that this review gives them some more clients for him. I took my car to them to check my trans to see if it need to be replaced or did I need a new one, it took them 2 weeks to even look at the car & to add 4 months to get the job completely done. I have to say one of the worst experiences dealing with a Carshop in my life I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, might I add very rude as well................

Worst repair service ever I must admit mind u the worked performed on my Jaguar XF was jus a alternator estimated time 2 hours to repair they had my car 4 days sitting in the same spot no communication between staff unaware of pricing parts and information on Cars I called for a estimate they told me a price for parts and labor never stating if parts were used but as a experienced mechanic u would know used electric parts in a foreign electric car is useless and y not make more money buy purchasing a new instead of used part spent almost 500 dollars to go pick up my car with more lights on the dash than a Christmas tree the owner left soon as I pulled up to get my car kinda suspicious then no staff member had there bosses number coincidentally finally he shows up tells me drive the car a few days for it to reset after a few days same results he called back pretty much saying tht I requested a used part which I didn’t they gave me a quote n he wasn’t going to fix my car there mechanics use YouTube and google for repair info I wouldn’t go back there if they paid my car off

I came in expecting to hear some outrageous amount for repairing my Nissan, but Steve listened to me and gave me a a reasonable rate for my repair. And most importantly it was ready when he said it would be!
