He responded quickly determining what I needed for my vehicle.He was so polite and courteous when speaking. He double checked everything, explained my options, explained the process, the pricing and about the product/warranty.At the time of purchase and payment he provided me with great service. Excellent customer service. Teresa is a quick cashier got me in and out. Andreas came outside in the rain to help me change my headlight bulb. Visit was less than 10 minutes. Bulb was reasonable! All around good experience. Ill be back!

Stopped in during a very busy time .& was assisted by a gentleman with the name Abraham . As a woman i know nothing about cars & I appreciate that He was very polite & informative . While i was there i witnessed him answer all my questions, assist other employees with transactions .& offer insight on another employee/customer situation . His ability to juggle multiple customers/concerns & not display any emotions of frustration or being overwhelmed handled in a timely manner was very admirable. Abraham displayed impeccable work ethic .& should be considered a great asset to AutoZone .

Had a check engine light. Wanted a test. Had to go in store, get the tester, and di the test myself. Then took tester back in store and was given a printout of the problem.

I have been shopping there for 10 - 15 years. Good people..but I havent tried to price match there yet. LOL

Buying the parts that I need wasnt so bad. The service was quick and reliable and it got me in and out quick as it should be. Now only if they were that consistent......

Walked in yesterday and there was a decent amount of people in line with 3 registers open. Waited about 5 minutes to get up to the desk only to get passed from one register to another because one of them couldnt find a part for another customer. The same employee that couldnt find the part for the previous customer didnt know what a windshield washer nozzle was. Thanked him for the help, walked out and looked online and found the part I was looking for. Thanks for the help.

The staff was helpful, but I had called a day before to ask for a part. They told me they had it in stock and would put it aside for me. When I went the next morning they could not find it. Had to get it from somewhere else!!

I waited in line to return an item and have my check engine light code read. The employee processed the return and said I would need to move my car from the street to their parking lot, and he would meet me outside. I pulled the car into the lot and waited. After five minutes I went back inside. He was standing around and when he saw me started looking for the reader. He nodded, grabbed the reader, and started walking towards me. I turned and walked through the door and out to my care. Five minutes later I walk back in the store and there he is attending to another customer. Im sorry, but how about finishing with your first customer who has now spent almost 30 minutes here. I drive past two other auto parts stores to go here. Not anymore....

Very nice staff.. could use a few more employees, but they give their best to the customer. Wasnt able to order a part for my car, but thats not their fault. Will return again. They also come out to your car and make sure youre getting what you need..and they replace wiper blades!☺

Employees need a little more training in parts. I called with a detail description of my vehicle and what I needed (low beam halogen headlight bulb). I was quoted $13. I asked the sales person over the phone if they were sure on that price and they responded yes. When I arrived and the part was looked up again, the price was $100. I give them a three only because they did have the part.

Would give zero stars if I could. The people who work here are brain-dead. I ordered parts from here once that needed to be shipped in. Over a course of four days each day I was told theyd be in the next day and they never were. And it was always me who had to call to check on the order. And when I called it always was if I was making an order for the first time. They just literary were like durrr on the phone.

Very unprofessional staff. I spent nearly $300.00 on parts and the manager was physically hanging all over a female counter person the entire time I was in check out.. Like they were boyfriend/girlfriend sort of thing. Not only that, but he kept questioning me as to what kind of car I was ordering the parts for, even though I had the p/ns in hand to make the process faster. I told him twice that no local A/Z stores had the parts and I was special ordering them.. but of course I was wrong and he had to double check, only to find out that I was right.. Go figure.. I will not be using this location again!
