Super impressed. i needed a cake in a pinch after another bakery fell through and had no idea what i wanted anymore for her cake. the decorators were so kind and i trusted them enough to give them free range and this was the result. it was a huge hit and 2 dozen cupcakes to match as well. my daughter LOVED it. everything was less than $100 and we couldn’t be happier with the results. HIGHLY recommend!

This store is clean, has a great variety of departments. If you want to cook they have it. If you dont want to cook you hit the jackpot. If you want light & refreshing they have great 🥗 bars. Deli items, Chinese, Pizza, comfort foods with all the sides 😋. So many more debts. There is a 🧀 bar that is amazing, most any kind of cheese & crackers you need. Produce is fresh & plentiful but I have to say a year ago the Bakery made my wedding cake and it was perfect! Good selection of variety and quality. There are cheaper options for nourishment but you pay for the quality and experience. Speaking of, if Chinese buffet is your thing, its always our top pick for post shopping dinners and Tony plays a huge part in that as, week after week we consistently notice his dedication and passion for the meal prep, so be sure to give it a try.

Got custom sugar cookies made here. They tasted great and were how I pictured them.

Did a grocery pick up for 630 to 7 got a text that it was delayed until 730. No big deal but I work out of town so we ask to pick them up the next day. They gave us a 10 to 1030 slot. Arrived at 10 to be told that they had not started to get our order ready. I asked how long it would be and all they could say was quite awhile. Very disappointing

This store is amazing! We come in at times but mostly use grocery pick up for our meat, their deli pizzas, and a few other items. The employees are all friendly and very helpful. They always answer the phone and if there is a problem they take care of it right away. You are all doing a great job! Thank you for the amazing customer service!!!

If you read labels and steer clear of foods that contain high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, cottonseed oil, palm oil ... the selection here is mediocre at best. Limited organic fruits/veggies. Decent selection of antibiotic free meats. Frequently carry items, only to discontinue carrying them.

Clean with a great selection of everything, super friendly staff, and phenomenal donuts in the mornings—but you gotta be quick! Otherwise they’ll sell out!

Came for vegan dessert. Very pleased with the prepped food and wahlberger joint for dinner. Even used the electric car charger.

Very clean store, highly knowledgeable staff. Great place to get buckets of chicken, pre-cooked meals, sliced cheeses and meats. Im from Florida so it was fantastic to see liquor in the store and not just in a liquor store.Only downside I have is that the floors are a shiny cement. I believe if it was white it would be more appeasing.

I shop at hy-vee sometimes mostly gas I have my savings card on me I save a lot on gas.

Great variety, amazing produce, and lots of pre- made meals to grab and go on the fly. The prices are bit higher then I would care to spend on food.

The catering folks are outstanding. There may be a disconnect between shifts or days, so if youre ordering a week ahead be sure to call early on the day of pick up! They made our party stuff in about 2 hours and were really cool.

I love that they have dispensers for pecans and cashews and other items that you can buy by the pound.

Never buying from Seafood Dept. again!!!! Kid wrapped fish, handed it to us and one end was open. Asked him to wrap again and he attached tape to paper, NOT the the seam. Got to check out and cashier want and got tape to seal package. God bless that cashier!!!!!!!!! I would say the Seafood Dept. needs more training.

Hy-Vee and Meijer and my preferred grocery stores. I love how many vegan options they have! The food is a bit pricey but they have great sales and good quality produce- so its worth the extra buck or two versus Walmarts sad little tomatoes and peppers. The employees here are mostly young people, probably college or high school aged and the ones who have rang me up have all been very pleasant and talkative. One guy at the Starbucks inside the store was really nice- I asked for him to surprise me with a drink and it was really delish.I would 100% recommend.

Love their fresh Meat Department. I bought some Potato Skins with Jalapenos, Bacon& Cheese in them last weekend. I fixed a couple on the grill & dang they were delicious. Went & got me some more today.

Was disappointed with our food. Sushi tasted old and fried chicken didnt have much flavor.

I went for the Walburgers and it was lousy. Supposed to have avocado spread on the bread and it only was like a 1/4 on my bread with raw jalapenos. I didnt order jalapeno but it was there covering the section without avocado. Nearly any bbq sauce and no walburger sauce. Onion rings were cold. Come on Market Mark, get on top of your employees. No bueno.

This store is by far the cleanest grocery in the Bloomington Normal area. I shop here when Im having large family gatherings or hosting small events with some friends and relatives because I know Hyvee will have what I am looking for - and most importantly - they will have it in stock! Hyvee has a great meat selection, similar to what youd find at local butcher shops and meat stores. They have a small produce section but I have never found it difficult to find what I am after. Their beer and wine selections are truly unique. Though small, they have a great selection of national and local beers, wines, etc. Some of which I cant find right around the corner at Bineys! Keep up the great work Hyvee! Ill continue to shop there as long as Im living in the area!

I used to love this place, not so much anymore. Boxes are always in the middle of the aisles and stockers blocking the only narrow parts of the aisles. Today my 10 year old had to start bagging, we were still trying to bag when the cashier started pushing the next persons groceries with ours. Is this place under new management or something? Getting worse and worse. So sad.

I ordered a piece of chicken Brest, the vendor gave me a chicken thigh. I brought it back, two other vendors were there. They exchanged it for me with another chicken thigh. I told them that you are giving me again the same item.They don’t believe me and insisted that it is chicken Brest, I showed them the bones. Now they are four and all of them are confused. Finally I showed them the chicken Brest myself. One of the vendors gave me the Brest but added this is spicy. I said it’s ok and took it.It wasn’t spicy.Nice people, but no training!

They advertise breakfast at 6am 7 days a week. Went there at 6:05, doors closed, lights off, asked someone in the produce area, asked worker who went to find out. She came back and said, they will be there soon. Nobody came. We waited until 6:15 and nobody came. We were very disappointed and ate at Tonys.

Was in Normal, IL for a visit and came across this awesome store when I was looking for non-alc beers. Both the grocery store and liquor store at Hy-Vee was heads and shoulders above all other corporate stores in the town. Plenty of options, clean and spacious, and easy to navigate.

Ive bought gas here a few times when Ive visited Bloomington. The location is really convenient and the price has always seemed fair.

Prices are slightly higher here, but if youre looking for something a little obscure, theres a good chance they have it. Great overall selection across the board.

Employees are so helpful and great interacting with your kids! Their meat selection is one of the best in town. Getting Chinese from here is one of favorite things to do.

Always clean, always nice staff. Produce is great and they have a wide array of items to buy. A little pricier than Meijer, but good quality.

We went in because we got coupons in the mail. Prices are better at Kroger, and we only picked up the coupon items.

This store has the best bakery. They have delicious cakes. I tried a loaf of their pumpkin bread this week, and it sincerely tasted just like my own homemade. Place was packed and with good reason! Meat dept is incredible. If youre into prepared meals and starters, almost unlimited options. They have 4 feet of just olives if thats your thing. Liquor department feels limitless. And if youre hungry when you leave, you can get a $20 Wahlburger. Ok thats not super exciting but cool all the same. Love this place!

The deli chicken was a disaster. all breading and dry. Sad, because weve had stellar word of mouth about other stores. Clean. The young people working did a nice job at customer service.

A lit has changed and been disconnected due to and since the pandemic. Like they use to have a huge selection of bulk candy and nuts that no longer exist and other sections. Other then that its all good 😙😘😍💋

The grocery store is great, though the pricier grocery store in town. The Hy-Vee gas station is really well stocked though, and there is a gas rewards program too.

Busy during the week before Thanksgiving and Christmas. Ordering online, ahead of time, for pickup is definitely a great option in place of visiting in person. Theyre usually out to your car within 5 mins after arriving with your order. They do a great job of offering replacements if something is out of stock (an option you can choose during online checkout). This is one of the only places in town that I shop at for the holidays. We have a vegan in our family and I can get, literally, everything I need for the entire crew at this one spot.

I love their hot cheetos sushi!!

Hy-Vee offers the best shopping experience above all grocery stores. Enployees are courteous and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Food selection is prime. My favorite is the fresh meat counter with well stocked take and cook preseasoned, bacon wrapped specialty meat portions with fair pricing. I can select how many I need per night for a few days of the week and present my Family with a beautiful appetizing meal throughout the week then fill in with a few hamburger/hotdog/casserole nights. Less then eating out. Taste great. Did i mention how much I love the selection at the fresh meat counter with the helpful meat cutters?

My husband and our sons recently moved here from St Louis Missouri and have never heard of Hy-Vee. We went in the first time and instantly found our new place to shop. Employee interaction with customers was one of my favorite things I noticed, (I also work customer service for 29 yrs and my kids will tell you that is my number one most important thing to get me to return to any place.) Thank you for making our experience great.

Great place to get Covid vaccine & groceries. Go on their website after midnight when they post next appointments available. They schedule your second shot at the same time on that site.

Under normal circumstances, this is a top tier grocery store for the market. Extensive selection of butcher meat, seafood, produce, cheese, etc. Their hot food selection is quite good also. There is an entire section of the store that is dedicated to alcohol sales. Prices are a little higher than other places but the selection, along with the helpful and friendly staff makes it an enjoyable experience just about every time.
