I could live in this store. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees. We were looking for some things to complete our wedding invitations. Top notch yall!!

Terrible customer service. Employees stood behind desk and never acknowledged or greeted us. I have been to paper sources all over the country and this one was by far the worst.

This place is so cute! The employees are very nice and the products are so cool. There are lots of craft supplies. If you are a fan of Schitts Creek, they have some funny stuff with the characters on it. Definitely come check it out on your visit to Mall of America! Love that journey for you!

Its kinda cool. Theyve got some great ideas for gifts or personalized cards. My biggest issue was the price on some of it. If you arent trying to make Lincoln sing, then go ahead. If you are all about saving your pennies, then at least go have a look inside. Great place to brainstorm.

My favorite paper store. If you are looking for beautiful wrapping paper, ribbons and bags this is your store. They have rolls of paper and single sheets(my favorite). The store also has custom invitations and greeting cards. There are fun gifts for all occasions here also.

Everything is a dollar more than youd expect, awesome selection of craft materials (no buttons surprisingly) and gift supplies. Staff are friendly and seem to know the store very well. My favorite time to go is when the holiday cards are on clearance....

Its hard to find a store that will wrap gifts anymore. I was at Macys in Mall of America and googled gift wrapping stores and Paper Source came up, conveniently located in the mall. I walked on over and had my package gift wrapped beautifully by one of the employees (terrible I dont remember her name) she did a fabulous job!

My girlfriends surprised me with a hand lettering class for my Birthday on Monday (11/12). I was SO excited, as Ive been wanting to take this class for over a year now. I am sad to say that I was highly disappointed with the class and the instructor. We were each given a pen and printed out booklet to practice creative hand lettering. The instructor sat in her seat the entire time and when someone had a question about how to complete a particular letter they were struggling with, she offered no advice and didnt get out of her seat to help you. When I sign up for any type of class, I expect the instructor to circle the room, answer questions and offer help and encouragement to the group. Instead, she sat there and practiced her own hand lettering, while we all fumbled our way through the exercises. We didnt pay $28 a person to watch the instructor fill in their own hand lettering workbook. I could have facilitated this class in my own home for free and had a better experience. I will never recommend this class to anyone. Maybe this location is an anomaly and the other Paper Sources have better instructors, but this experience was a huge let down.

Lots of cool stuff, just not for me. Seems targeted towards women and higher end paper users. Very nice products just not what I normally use.

Cute boutique store with supplies for scrapbooking and similar hobbies. A little pricey, but most things seem to be very high quality. My group of 8 were browsing for 20+ minutes but no staff asked if we needed any assistance.

Prices for some items are kind of over what I would consider reasonable. But I was very tempted by the frosted caramel popcorn with sprinkles.

Sign in store misleading.Spend $50 GET $10 Limited time. So I spent $50 and the clerk knew that because she said I needed something more for a $1 to get there. After the purchase I said where is my $10. It was a receipt for the next time you come in and you get it after you spend another $35. So you need to spend $85 really. Fine print says see associate for redemption time & details.I gave her the merchandise back and left the store. Most stores on their signs will say on your next purchase.

She wasnt very helpful when I told her what I was looking for and then stood at a nearby table just watching me. As a retail manager, I try to always make my customers feel welcome.
