I recommend not doing anything that requires customer service. I placed a pickup order before 4:00, which was supposed to be ready at 6:37. I received an automated message saying it was delayed - no information on how long. They didn’t answer any of the phones at the store (after calling multiple lines), so I couldn’t figure out a timeframe.I had to go into the store, where they informed me it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Turns out that was wrong. I received an email saying my pickup was ready - two days later.I cancelled the order, since I had to purchase elsewhere to actually bake the birthday cake I needed for my daughter. Unfortunately, that took three attempts through their online service as well.I won’t make the same mistake again.

Horrible experience from the minute we pulled into the parking lot until the minute we left the store. When we got inside the store there were almost no carts. Many people I witnessed were pushing around carts that were broken and need to be replaced. Many of the shelves were picked over or completely empty- not much milk, popcorn, or beef jerkey, completely out of Chex mix. There were abandoned products everywhere, and the whole store was just dirty and messy. The electronic counter was unmanned and the self check out lines were (no exaggeration) 20 people deep in line because of course there were no real checkouts opened. Im really glad I dont live here and will never have to shop at this location ever again.

For the most part they got what you need when you need it. But sometimes you can’t find what they got that you need so you need to seek help and ask for someone to point you in the right direction.Well- after making my rounds in the store looking for what I thought would be in the Home section (Thermostat) and after making my rounds through the entire store as well as the electronics section(which was my second guess for where the thermostats would be) I went back to the electronics section and decided to ask for help.I had already rummaged through the electronics section but decided to ask the guy working the electronics counter if he knew where the thermostats would be located. Guess where he pointed me to………The home section. Feeling confident I just overlooked that section and simply missed it, I went back to the home section, and found………..NOTHING looking like a thermostat.So I walk back to the electronics section and asked the guy, are you SURE the thermostats are in the Home Section, he says yes sir, I’m positive. Having lost just a tiny bit of faith in his advice, I decided to slow down and take a better look in the electronics section. Not but 10 feet from where that gentleman stood with my head down walking in the electronics section, I look up and to my surprise, amazement and joy what do you think I walked upon……..you guessed it-a shelf full of nicely wrapped thermostats.I write this being completely sarcastic and jokingly as I have no hard feelings towards the guy. And as I wasn’t having the greatest day he could have been in the same boat as me………..but damn!!!!- He was so close but yet so far off. Hence the 4 stars. I needed the exercise anyways!!!!

I spent a solid twenty minutes trying to get a hold of the electronics department over the phone, I was redirected to customer service twice, placed on hold twice, attempted to call again a third time to give them the benefit of the doubt and I was met with an endless hold on the phone. Ive stopped by this location in person in the past and its typically decent customer service, I get my glasses from the vision center. However, Ill be completely reconsidering spending any money here if they cant spend three minutes telling me whether or not they have a simple cable in stock. Pick up your phone, if youre working with other customers pick it up and put the customer on hold after explaining the situation, youre losing long time customers with that behavior.

The absolute rudest and laziest customer service experience ever. They really cant be bothered to help you and when they do its with the worst attitude possible. These people get paid to help people and they absolutely do a terrible job at it.

Its a Walmart. Pandemics brought me here twice. The first time they appeared to have stocked sani wipes, unlike other grocery stores in the area. Nope, they have nothing, they just do terrible job updating their stock online. The second time I scheduled a pharmacy appointment for COVID booster. Dont be fooled by the list of qualifying conditions listed on the Walmart website at the time of scheduling. The young man at the pharmacy will have you know that unless you are over 65 or immunocompromised with a written note from a doctor, you are not getting anything. Nobody consulted him when they set up the website. Must be why their booking times are wide open. Oh, they have yard waste bags upfront and reasonably priced. Thats what the one star is for.

Its hard being in a place that I used to love going, I was happy to see it had some changes and found things I was looking for.

Pretty sure the staff can’t read. Most products aren’t where they’re supposed to be. Lots of homeless people self vaccinating around this property. Police set up a 24/7 camera in the parking lot, so you know it’s in a good area. Should keep taxes low

Worst experience ever they rushed us out we were missing a bag called and called no answer.. went in sat there for almost an hours and they wouldnt give me merchandise back ripped off over $25 and my daughters birthday didnt happen cause it was all her bday stuff

The checkout lanes need to be seriously re-thought. Its Sunday.....ALL LANES SHOULD BE OPEN. Whoever Runs this disaster needs to reconsider the Point Of Sale process to get people in and out the door in a timely manner. There is no excuse for the incompetence seen today when I was there at the Bloomington location in Mn. Walmart look at your competitors....they have their act together. Id suggest you do the same at this location as it was atrocious. One highlight was our cashier...Very friendly and personable and did the best he could with what he had. Walmart.....look at this....pay close attention. This is how you as a customer service company checkout should strive to be. Notice all lines here at your competitor....ARE OPEN.

Store management seems to have contempt for their customer base. They keep a bare minimum of registers open at busy times. I assume they do this because they think it prevents theft. In actuality it just punishes honest working people who simply want to make a purchase. After all we are poor and can’t afford to travel to a different store so we are forced to take it or shop somewhere we can’t afford.Considering the completely different experience I see at other stores I feel that this store poorly managed. Perhaps the store manager needs to find a new job, where they trust their paying customers, and want to provide them with the best experience possible.That would be a “smart” decision.

Not sure what all there is to say. Its Walmart. Its a store affixed to the concept of modern living itself. Cheap convenience goods and appliances built to last a few months, fair priced groceries, and numerous cheap clothing options. Between quality, quantity, and convenience, its the last 2.

It was a while ago that my mom and I had terrible experience at this location. We bought some vegetables and medicines that costed us little over 100$ total but the receipt came out nearly 300$. My mom didn’t realize it was way too much but I did. I asked the clerk to check because didn’t seem right. It turned out that the two bags of cucumbers prices were 86$ each which was supposed to be just over 3$. They put the wrong codes on those bags. If I didn’t ask them to check, we would had paid over 160$ for cucumbers. And months later after that, I waited my mom checking out far away from the cashier. I stood there watching her then one of them instead of asking if I need any help, she went to that cashier and told to watch me. If I was her, I would tell or ask that person if she or he needs anything instead of telling someone to be careful. SMD

Shelves were better supplied, but only 2 check out lanes open! There were 8 people ahead of me and 10 behind, and as many in the next lane. The self-check area had a line backed up into produce! I waited 40 minutes to get checked out!!! No social distancing, few masks. Not going back to this location.

Many shelves were empty of there items. Know matter what aisle I went down. Why ? No product ? No rmployees? Pay workers to work faster. And when they do reward them for an outstanding day.

Long check out lines. I dont use the self check out lines because they take jobs away from people and Im not being paid to work there. I was already waiting in a long line with a kid holding a bike was 2 people ahead of me. During my long wait, the kid allowed a man with a full cart to get in front of him. Then, the kids mother showed up with a full cart and joined him. I commented out loud and the woman said her son was waiting for her in line with his new bike. So, she put him in line while she continued to shop. Plus, she couldnt figure out how to use her credit card to pay and that took a lot more time. Of course disabled me had to wait a lot longer. They should have more lines open, especially during busy times. I will say, the young man cashiering was very friendly and nice. He made me feel better about having to wait so long. No self check out will ever take the place of good old fashioned customer service.

This place is the worst Walmart to go to.. half their employees are rude or don’t understand English well.. they’ll sit and argue with you like a keen because they think their right when not. The self checkout machine will take your money if you use a card but won’t let you pay.. so basically stealing money. I had to get a whole new card because of it. Like almost all Walmart’s the employees stand around doing nothing or stare you down. The parking lot is disgusting as well as the bathrooms.

Usually I would defend Walmart as a good place to shop for essentials at low prices. Not this Walmart! Prices on fresh food and dairy were way too high. Many things (in all departments) were sold out, shelves were empty. There are multiple Walmarts in the Twin Cities area, go to a different one.

Im giving 5 stars because the little lady in the entertainment dept was the absolute best! She was so polite, attentive and helpful!

Nothing on the shelves are priced right. I bought some ceramic spray and looked for price high and low, all I could see $7. Went to check out 14$ . So I left. Really dirty and it is not uncommon to see empty pop bottles shoved in random places. I go here on my way home from work if need something quick.

This was by far the worst Wal-Mart experience Ive ever had. The employees couldnt speak English, so it was hard to communicate. They gave us wrong directions 3 times. By the time the clerk who did speak English showed us the correct place, they had zero of the items we were shopping for, though the website said in store. After we checked out, I noticed our receipt wasnt checked. We were waved through. But every person of color was stopped and their receipts scrutinized. It was terrible. The pharmacy was great though. Im very angry and disappointed.

Very busy on a Monday, very diverse cultures coming together! This was a smaller store that got expanded! The staff was patient and helpful!

Dirtiest Walmart I have ever been to. Lines were long, parking lot looked like a homeless camp, and the place was crowded. I would recommend mace, a crowbar, or a handgun when visiting this area. Clerks were super nice though.

Walmart Supercenter is an awesome store because you can buy your groceries and everything else that you need all in one place. Of course its always busy in Bloomington but the best part is you can choose when you want to go when its less busy. I enjoy going to Walmart because it is very affordable and convenient.

This store is getting better. Management needs to keep a look out on the lines at the cashiers spot. Long lines, call for some help. Customer service was not what Sam Walton envisioned.

Corey at the pharmacy gave me a 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Im officially fully vaccinated. I went in to pick up a prescription and only spent another 10 minutes or so to get the vaccine.

Everything we needed. Store very crowded but happy to see mask still being worn and lines moving swiftly.. Traveling from Ohio. Store within walking distance but we drove since it is above 90. Great job WalMart 👍

I only go to Walmart when I have to and prefer to go in the morning when there are the least amount of people. I absolutely hate that there are products I can only get at Walmart forcing me to go there, otherwise I probably wouldnt go there ever. I prefer Target.

This Walmart is the worse one Ive been. The door handles to a few of their coolers are broken off shelves arent stocked as full as other Walmarts and on top of that they have a reserved desk area by the door for the Bloomington police and theres always a officer there(yesterday they had 2 lol)

Upon entering the store on several occasions I have been met with the very off-putting smell of an experiment of food storage gone wrong. Im not sure what the cause but this smell is not conducive to shopping. For a small store they still have a decent selection of merchandise.

If there was another Wal-Mart as convenient to my house as this one, I wouldnt go to this one. Ill just leave it at that.

Walmarts in minnesota look like refugee camps - I asked five different people for help finding an item the app said was in store - three told me they were new and had no idea how to help me - one told me the app is always wrong and good luck finding anything - one did not know enough english to understand my question and just smiled at me. uggggh

Good place for one stop shop. I like coming here on a Wed/Thursday because thats when a lot of the items are being restock especially the meat section.

Can typically find what I need, in stock at reasonable prices. Google tends to send false ads about businesses. Went here to buy A2 milk, sold here according to Google search, but not on shelves...

Purchased on 1/1/2021. Tasted like blue cheese. Looked at expiration date and it was 10/15/2020. Called and there was no manager on duty. Today I called again and nobody picks up the phone. Glad that Im not throwing up yet.

Dont bother going to this Walmart. It can be super busy and they only have 2 lanes open. Zero help with anything. 1 star is too good for them. 👎🏾👎🏾

I think there is only one Walmart Ive been to one time where I did not have a bad experience. This one is not that exception. The prices and variety of things are good, but the parking lot and store are crowded, young adults chase each other as if they were children, and there are never enough cashiers. Youll wait in the only open lane for over an hour, and dont be surprised if the person in front of you needs the cashier to call the manager over, which might add another 20 minutes to the wait. So, its pretty much like your typical Walmart. I try to avoid it, but sometimes its the only option.

Very convenient I find almost every thing I need grocery, camping, tools, home appliances, electronics, automotive and so much more.

Its fine. Found what I needed. It was in stock. Loose grapes was seen thru out the store and some shelves could use a wipe down. Everything else was fine. Staff is helpful.

This Walmart, like all other Walmarts has a shortage of both employees and stocked shelves.

Several shelves are always empty, or in disarray, and/or selections are limited from my experience in food/grocery and home/storage depts at this location and Burnsville. If you find an employee, they usually seem inconvenienced when asked where a certain product is. I have found items online that I can arrange for pickup at that location but if I go directly in the store it isn’t on the shelf in the listed isle number. The self checkout line often reaches back into the grocery department because there is maybe one regular checkout open out of maybe a dozen. Save yourself the hassle/frustration and stick to online ordering or go to target, cub, etc.

This place just makes my anxiety level go up and my blood boil. Always empty shelves and rud people. I will stick to Target.

Ooof yeah, its not great. Junkies hanging around the Southside of the entrances, near the bike lock up. Parking lot is a dumpster. Got asked two separate times while shopping if I could spare a dollar. Spray paint section was definitely broken into at one point and just never fixed. The staff are doing their best, but at this point there is no saving this place.

Just take the time to go to a different Walmart.. or target, cub, hyvee, dollar store, legit anything thats not here. Poorly working staff, trashed, and Ive never felt like Im going to be mugged. If youre reading this, you probably have the dignity and common sense to do better. So do better by not coming here

“Bloomington”I think this town has a lot of “Zombies” I Am sure if they film the “Walking Dead” T.V. Series here at this Walmart you wouldn’t have to change to much of anything but this is the“Hood Walmart of Minnesota” police cameras in the parking lot at the street and I have been there a lot and the police seem to be busy taking somebody to jail. But it is still okay for the most part and it’s Walmart everyone’s favorite pass time looking at everything and always buying something that probably didn’t have to be bought “Big Facts”But I love Walmart feel in love with that place when I was a child and I will go to any Walmart it’s my thing to do when I want to get away from the family and find a few new Gadgets and add to my Collection of Walmart stuff.

Pretty clean and well stocked. Also, pretty crowded. The layout is weird compared to my more familiar Walmarts but it works. Not my favorite but i found what I was looking for easy enough.

It was Wal-Mart. Sold out of what I wanted, but, I did actually find a willing, helpful employee. That is a notable improvement over my normal experiences.

And everything we were looking for customer service was very friendly and helpful we use the self-checkout which guard cells store lot faster I love to shop at Walmart

I really hate the parking there. In theory its a good idea. But they dont check the paint. Or put up one way or no entry signs. I cant speak for everyone, but myself, I cant look over my hood to see the arrow. It would be nice if signs were there so we knew. Otherwise customer service is okay, not all of them are friendly. Doesnt seem like they care that we even shop there. Others are friendly and smile.

A bit scary to walk into Walmart and find a Bloomington Police plywood kiosk with 2 fulltime officers on duty.

Sometimes Walmart is out of a lot of basic needs items. Its disheartening to see multiple aisles depleted of all their stock. I usually end up finishing my shopping at Target, or I just do all of my shopping at Target.

I use the grocery department at the super Walmart because its convenient to where I live and open 24 hours although the deli isnt open late at night. I usually can find everything on my list but if I need a particular spice or specialty item I go to Food Lion, the other local store. I notice that prices are much better at Walmart for pet food and some other things I get a lot of. I sometimes shop at Save a lot for canned vegetables or to look for low prices on condiments or snacks but usually its Walmart for everything. They have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables even some organic, breads, a bakery area, prepared foods, meats and seafood. Their store brand milk is reasonably priced. But the biggest advantage is that Walmart isnt limited to groceries which cuts down on the driving and time shopping!!!!

Crowded ! Buying a money order was a disaster now one knows what they are doing.

This place was horrible, and Im not exaggerating when I say that it was the worst Walmart I have ever been in. The employees werent helpful, there was only a register and one self-checkout despite there being lots of employees and customers there (lines literally wrapped from the register all the way to the back of the store), the layout is horrible and makes no sense (why is cosmetics right next to the food section?!!!), and the shelves werent stocked even though everything was clearly in carts left around the store (in boxes in bulk so obviously not customer carts). Not to mention there were no carts and the baskets were hidden.

Better than many of locations I have been to.
