Im a sucker for adult Disney merch. I wish there was more plus size Disney merch, but I do love everything else they have! Im just borderline for their sizes, especially womens/ladies cuts which make everything so much smaller.I love the loungefly selection available! I love my new shirt! They have so much stuff from all of my favorite shows/movies, I could get lost in there forever!!

Ordered a book for my daughter for pickup. Was not given an update on the order after two weeks so I stopped in anyway. They didnt have it in their system, but it had come in with their shipment that morning, so we got lucky to be there at the right time. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a lot of neat things my kids are into (like anime).

First time at box lunch and it was amazing. Im a fan of anime and cartoons. Store was clean staff was nice. Had pickle cats which my friend freak out about and was overall a good visit

Pop culture store with a large variety of things from collectibles to clothing. Fairly well spaced given size of the store. Employees were attentive and there was a checkout kiosk outside the store to reduce people milling around by the checkout in the store.

Always a good time, lots of great finds.

The staff was nice and the prices are good i just wish they had more baby things.

Went to enter the store but there was no line or people in front of us. We were told to stand off to the side because they were at capacity. 3 women walked up as one person walked out pf the store and the employee let one of those women in while the other 2 just stood there. The employee proceeded to ask those women if they were with the young lady that she had just let inside. They answered yes and she let them in. I was with my mother and my young daughter. I was shocked and in disbelief that, that had just happened. We traveled from Chicago and we had never been at this mall before, its a shame that our visit to this store had to be a terrible and disrespectful one. I asked the employee why they were able to go in before us since they had just walked up and her response was, oh yeah hold on. No explanation given. No apology. We left.

To me the location feels very similar to hot topic. Selection was decent and facilities were clean. Prices were good. Overall I could understand why people would shop there. If changes were made I would think brighter lights and different flooring because the floors were almost too grungy, but not at all dirty.

Organized well, very clean inside store, cute and fun selection from Disney to various anime.Lots of little cute pieces such as backpacks and mugs, plushies and more. A great shop to stop at for any fan or to look for a gift for a fan of a show.

There is very little clothing for plus size people. However, they had cute decor items for teen bedrooms.

Dinosaurs in food costumes! I picked up an adorable credit card holder for a Christmas gift. They had a wonderful selection of treasures to browse and friendly employees. You pay at the kiosk outside of the store which was convenient for social distancing.

Really cool store, so many friends and office products. And if youre into animal crossing, they have that as well! Just really great stuff. However, it is pricey. I wanted to get my brother an office keychain of a stapler in jello. How awesome right! But $13, I mean, its really not terrible. Maybe if I hadnt already spent so much. I still recommended everyone check it out if they are into that kinda thing.

Cant wait to come back. Love it!

I was amazed entering this store. They have mercy from most of my favorite shows including Avatar The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra.

I love it it is were I get all my anime merch and their high quality! I wish they could take t he price down besides that so good!

If you are looking for anime, cartoons or anything similar, look no further. The store is similar to Hot Topic. They have the more niche items that you wont find anywhere else. They even change their items periodically so they always have new items in stock. No adult themes so kids can go too.

I wanted to give 4 stars because of the price of merchandise here, but they had a whole section for Legend of Korra so I couldnt resist 😅I only have pictures of the miniature backpack I bought, but Im obsessed with him and can only refer to him as Appa and not my backpack etc. My only wish is that he were a tiny bit bigger because I have a lot of stuff!

If you like anime culture, or cartoons are your thing, this is the place for you. Way better selection than anything Ive seen since going to Japan. Each little section is wonderfully organized and themed. Hot topic has nothing on this store.

Best place for nerdy EVERYTHING! They sell apparel, accessories, products for your home, you name it. Not only does it nurture your inner nerd but for every $10 you spend they donate a meal for a family through Feeding America (hence the name of the store). Great quality products. I have had a doctor who sweatshirt (its my favorite thing to wear) for 3 years and it is still in great shape! Highly recommend!

Ive always had wonderful experiences here. The staff is fantastic and always willing to help you find what youre looking for. There is a huge variety of fan stuff, think all Disney, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and tons of other TV shows and movies. If you love Disney, they have some amazing jewelry and watches, plus some phenomenal purses. There are also unique Funko Pops for collectors. There is a wide variety of clothes as well as household goods. Basically its a cool shop to browse, and definitely look out for their sales. Youll get compliments on anything you buy from here.

Wife loved the store since It had so many neat Disney items. like many other gives off Hot Topic vibe kinda feel but its also unique. I honestly never knew Boxlunch had physical stores I would always buy online for some of my Funkos that I have.

One of those places where you dont necessarily need anything, but you manage to find several things you want! Thats how it worked out for me, anyway. Although I did pick up a couple of things as small gifts for friends. Would definitely stop by again!

So many great pieces of pop culture merchandise! Its a great place to get the perfect gift for the geeks in your life, especially for fans of Harry Potter, Marvel properties, and anime. The apparel is super comfortable and fits well, and the designs are great. The staff are also fun to chat with.

It is everything I have ever wanted in a store! Products with licensed characters that look and feel well made, staff that is super nice and helpful but not overbearing or pushy, and a large degree of change in products. There was a few weeks were I was at the mall every weekend for some reason and stopped in to the store to browse. Every weekend there was something new in the store to look at. Love it!

Quirky and eclectic, items were priced a bit higher than Id like to pay for novelty wear but was fun to look around.

Its pretty good if you like video games or anime, it even has band shirts.

You cant beat clearance sales at BoxLunch! I got a $200 American Tourister Disney Carry On for $42 after tax and rounding up my purchase to donate. The staff here was super excited and friendly. The cashier even took the time to sign me up for the free rewards program, and then go into the automated e-mails it sent me and apply the $10 coupon that youre supposed to get after purchasing, to the bag I was buying then, since I mentioned I dont have a BoxLunch at home to shop at.Definitely the store to walk around in if you need to kill time, need a perfect gift, or want to treat your nerdy self to something... but youre not sure what!

This store is super cool. Its Hot Topic without it being way too cramped/crowded/dark/loud. They have some of the coolest items I have ever found, including incredible Studio Ghibli merchandise. The prices are a little higher, but they donate a meal to those in need for every $10 you spend and typically have an extensive clearance selection. They rotate their merchandise at a frequency I dont really know, so its cool to go in there and see some new stuff along with something youve wanted to buy for awhile.In summation, this is a superior Hot Topic.

So many neat pop culture things to look at, and they fit SO much into the store that it is almost overwhelming! They only had one fitting room available when I was there, which seemed like they could have used more. Staff was friendly and helpful getting down merchandise from high rack points in the store.

This store makes me claustrophobic. Maybe, at the ripe old age of 22, Im no longer trendy and hip with the times. I dont see the appeal of this store. Ironic clothes of cartoon characters, random items that make you ask why did someone even make this and what purpose does it serve?, but for the younger crowd it seems like an alright place.

Super cute gift and stationary store ... lots of cute unique items that I have only otherwise seen online. Great selection of novelty mugs, stationary, desk items.

The store overall is great, we had one employee that was pretty rude and impatient but he left us alone rather quickly. Besides some of the things I wanted were limited edition and werent in stock anymore (which they cannot control) it was a cool store for a lot of your series/movie based needs.

Always finding things I didnt know I needed

One of the few shops within mall of America with any substance at all. If you find yourself to be a fan of current pop culture or video games, you will love your time browsing this store... and if youre like me, spending more money than you should.

Lots of fun and interesting stuff, but you are going to have trouble getting much bang for your bucks.

Pricey but you can find some decent deals on clearance sometimes if you dig deep enough. Wide variety of nerd kingdoms and fandoms represented. Brightly lit and more easily navigated than Hot Topic with more mature/adult style merchandise and branding. One of my go-to shops when I trek out to MOA.

A little pricey, but a very interesting store. It reminds me a bit of hot topic except they carry a little different things. It is still mainly fandom/ movie/ TV show based. I personally liked that they had more variety than hot topic for shows I wasore interested in. They also had a large section for Disney items. It reminded my friend and I of the Disney store bit for adults, as she put it.

A lot of cool stuff, but since it was in the mall there was about a 30 percent mark up on everything.

This was a great place for vegan food. Sad they had to close.
