Nice restaurant! The food is delicious, the environment is pleasant! But I had to wait for the dish for a long time. There is attention, but with a reminder.

Always good and friendly service. Sometimes the line can be long. Got the Tiger Latte super good, a little on the sweet side (easily remedied by lowering the sweetness).

Smoothies are fruit right? Well the smoothies here arent. They are ice with some flavoring. Gave both me and my friend a headache after. Do not recommend, there are other places in the mall for a smoothie.

Line moved very quickly and once we ordered the drinks they came out way faster than anticipated. The beverages we ordered were amazing. We always stop by when we go to the mall.

I’ve never had boba in my life so this was my first time! I’m over the moon on how good it was! I’ll definitely be getting some each time I visit! Even the payment was easy and the workers were so friendly! I love this place!

I ordered a tea and it totalled $5.47. I gave her a $10. She asked me if she can keep 53 cents. NEVER in my life have I had any merchant ask to keep my money! So I said fine. So she kept ALL of my change and ignored me!!! So I paid $10 for a tea!!! Disgraceful. Never again!! Update- I contacted them as they wanted. Still Nothing! How awful and SHAMEFUL.

Very good boba place, line moves quick. No dine in even though it says so on Google, all take out. I like the workers, theyre all nice and quick with the orders. I always stop off when Im at MOA, lots of choices of flavors and boba.

Tried their taro milk tea with pearls and popping boba and it was by far the worst boba tea I have ever tried in my life. The milk tea had so many tiny particles, as though the milk tea had not been filtered. I tried to just have the pearls and popping boba instead of the milk tea since they were tasty. It was so bad that I had to discard some of it.

I ordered milk tea but it tasted like very water down sugar water

I asked for 50% sweetness and it tasted like I was just eating a spoon full of sugar. They also did not boil the pearls long enough, felt like I was chewing gum.

The guy working 5/6 evening with the bleached hair has very poor costumer service. As I was looking up at the menu to order he yelled at my 3 year old can you stop touching that in a rude manner. she was not touching food but a simple plastic sign by the fridge. I understand with covid the necessity of keeping things clean, but he had no right to be rude to a 3yr old. I was not letting my daughter touch things, I took my eyes of her 2 sec to look at the menu when he yelled at her for touching the sign. I told him to next time tell me not my 3yr old, he rolled his eyes and proceeded to take my order. Please inform this employee to address the parent not yell at a 3yr old. the drink made by the girls while he was busy texting was great though.

The line was a little long, but it didnt take too long. The staff were friendly. The bubble tea tasted like flowers and very delicious. The pearls were a nice consistency as well. I love bubble tea.

The options and combinations at ChaTime are endless!!They offer milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, lemon breeze, milk coffee, tea lattes, fresh teas and fruity qq with many toppings to choose from!!The Sparkling Hibiscus Lemon is one of my favorites and the new Violet Breeze its a must try!

Chatime is the best bubble tea place around! They have so many options, and are always adding new flavors and toppings. I have never had a tea here that wasnt amazing! Their punch card system is really nice, and they make it easy to earn free tea--especially because Tuesdays are double punch days! The tea in the photo is strawberry matcha, which is my favorite 😁

Super slow service. Always a line here but its probably one of the more consistent milk tea places in town. We always ask for 30% sugar otherwise its too sweet.

Purchased a smoothie from them. Turned around and got kicked out of the mall by cops for having a drink indoors. They should have told me their smoothies were considered contraband before I purchased it.

They have a new line of drinks and I tried the tropical breeze. I find it too sweet at their default sweetness level but they have varying levels of sweetness and can be adjusted. Their new line of drinks have a pretty gradient color!Ive also tried their coconut milk tea which is pretty good. It has a subtle coconut taste to it. The boba is soft too.

Ordered a Honeydew bubble tea with tapioca pearls and it was too sweet :( They do have options to customize your desired sweetness level but I chose not too, thinking the regular recipe shouldve been balanced out. My significant other did order an Iced Hazelnut Milk Coffee that was fantastic though! -Probably would order that one again and again.

So easy to do so many things dairy free! It was SO delicious! The sealed covers and the straw to poke through the top was so very fun for me and my kids! I love the grass wall!

The teas here are pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the bubbles are slightly undercooked, sometimes they are tender to perfection. I’ve also really liked every flavor that I’ve tried, but I could never hope to try every one. There are several bubble tea shops in the mall, and this one doesn’t really stand out a being way better or worse. May return.

I love Chatime! They are so good. I like that you are able to pick your sweetness in your drink. So often I find these drinks way too sweet. Now if they would just open a Chatime in Rochester, MN (not down town though) I would be so happy. The worker that day (do the have a special name?) Was very patient and helpful. I was with sunshin someone with celiacs and they could not be sure if drinks there were gluten free. This may be something to look into.

Just got my first oolong milk tea. Friendly service, but found a hair in the tea. Not the best experience.

Fast service despite being so busy. The tea was also fantastic. There is a large variety and you can choose the level of sweetness and how much sugar you want in it. There are a lot of sweet milky types of tea. You can also select different gummies to put at the bottom of the tea if you like. I tried the vanilla chai with no sugar and coffee jellies. It was amazing.

I absolutely love this place, especially this location! Great customer service, very friendly. Usually stop there randomly during weekdays when its less busy but sometimes during the weekends we will go. Even when super busy never waited more than 10minutes,worth the wait in line. So many delicious flavors, cant go wrong. Also love that you can pick your level of added sugar. We usually do 0% added but some people we go with add so its nice to have that option

This is the best place to get bubble tea! Time and time again the employees have patiently answered my questions on the teas! They have a solid grasp on the flavor of the teas, the sweetness, and which boba pair better with the tea. Dont forget to go on Tuesdays for double punches on the punch card! :)

Really disappointed. I wanted to simply mix two teas together. I was willing to pay the price of the more expensive. They actually refused to do it. Just told me they cant. It was clearly a wont versus and cant. Anyways weird position to take. Blamed it on being a franchise or some BS...

Sucks that I live in near the Chicagoland I am unable to go there 24/7, if it was closer to me I’d be there everyday. The teas are splendid and you won’t ever get bored of the menu since there are hundreds of combinations to choose from. They even allow you to choose how sweet you want it, very customizable. An absolute must if you are in the Mall of America!

Today my first time having their tea. The girl was very helpful in explaining how they served their tea and the types available. I also enjoyed the flavor of the tea, though personally not too fond of the pearls, the tea has an excellent flavor.

The tea is good. If you like boba this is a place to try. Its a little expensive, not a nice treat. The staff was friendly and helpful.I would not wait in a long line for this place however. It is good but not that good. Try it. Youll probably like it.I reccomend the this ice tea. But if youre not into sweetness. They have a rating system like in a restaurant. Its a good system. Again, your taste is their priority.

Oh bubble tea, you take place over my fondness for espresso. Ive tried quite a few bubble tea places in the Twin Cities, so of course I decided to try this while at the mall. Soon after, I regretted my decision.Other than the individual being able to key in my order and process my credit card, she was of no help. After realizing she didnt know what was in any of these teas, I ordered on my own - fine no big deal. She couldnt even make eye contactThe milk tea itself tasted off, perhaps still too sweet at 30%, but even so, it wasnt just the sweetness that put me off. The bobas were overcooked. I had to throw it all away. Too bad this is the bubble tea benchmark at MOA.

The trick here is getting your order right, with the taste of the tea and the available flavors on menu its a lil deceiving when you have flavor made up in your mind and the actual bubble team might taste a lil different.Overall an interesting concept.

Excellent bubble tea. We had the sakura milk tea with pearls and taro milk tea with coconut jelly. My sister accidentally ordered the sakura with 0% sugar, but the drink was sweet enough and tasted amazing. My taro drink was pretty good, but I personally preferred the sakura. The coconut jelly was amazing though. Next time, I would like to try their mango jelly and popping bubbles.

First time trying ChaTime. I got a strawberry banana smoothie and it gave me and my sis a huge headache. Super artificial and i wish their SMOOTHIES were blended with MILK instead of ice, its more of an icee.

Stopped here while visiting, the staff was friendly and the tea was good (I ordered a strawberry matcha milk tea, reg sugar w/ bobas). I came back the next day just to get more tea before leaving. The only con is that the line is pretty long; however, I was always lucky enough to get there right before the line formed, by the time I got my drink maybe 2 minutes later, there were more than 10 people in line. I will definitely stop here again if I’m ever near the mall.

Honestly, this is one of my go to places when I arrive at the MoA. I have never found any other place that can please my taste buds as much as Chatime can. The tapioca pearls are always soft and chewy and the Chai Milk Tea I always get has the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The main reason for that is you can choose how sweet you would like your drink.On top of all that, the customer experience I get from the employees is always enjoyable even when its extremely busy! They are always ready to fill you up and make sure you leave hydrated and happy. Christine has never failed me yet and her customer service is the best!

I used to like it here, but tried an oolong milk tea and it was straight water with a dash of milk. It was horrible. Ive been many times before and I loved their teas, always strong and flavorful, so I approached them immediately after to let them know that it was very watered down, wondering if they could possibly remake it because it seemed off - was accused of letting it sit for too long (they JUST handed it to me!) because it looked watered down. I left crying. I dont EVER confront restaurants when their products arent up to standard but I really felt like there was an honest mistake in my drink and just wanted a new one.

Only place I can find black tea without going downtown to U of M campus. Great prices, friendly customer service, and they are super fast at making your order even when its not busy.

I ordered an Oolong milk tea with pearl and 50% sugar and green tea ice-cream last night.Oolong Milk Tea:The drink was rather plain, not because it wasnt sweet enough but I couldnt really taste any milk nor tea flavor. It feels more like water mixed with a little bit of milk and oolong tea. The pearls were rather hard, not soft and chewy like they should be. Very disappointed!Green tea ice-cream:Not much of green tea flavor and really sweet. Not good either.
