Really nice store great details good customer service

I feel like they could be nicer in hospitality wise, but overall it is what it is. pricing is a bit over market, but your getting something instant rather than online so its fair for them to eat too.

It’s a cool store but they gave me an attitude when I wanted to return a product on the same day because I found it for much much cheaper on the product’s OFFICIAL website.

The only high end sneaker and streetwear shop in MN that I trust. Great experience every time I shop. The owners are dope- always nice and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but recently saw a review from a would-be competing store trying to slander Third Degree Heat because they are upset with Mall of America’s non-compete clause, so I felt compelled to share my experience.

Won’t find a better sneaker and clothing store in all of MN. Can’t go wrong with the the huge collection of crazy retros they’ve got as well as the newest releases. Always heat on the shelves and some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Shout out to them for keeping me lanced!

I was going to shop here after hearing about the hype. but looking into these recent reviews and social media post, I could never support a business who tries to destroy a Black owned business for their gain and is doing NOTHING to support and uplift the community. Do better! especially since you claim to be a small owned business and should understand the struggles of starting out.

Purchased a T-shirt thinking they packed a size small in the bag. No, they packed a size medium. I didn’t realize until I got home. Went back the following day to exchange it for the correct size and they refused to even though it was the employees fault. Horrible customer service and I hope everyone is careful shopping here.Update: Then don’t sell an item pretending that it’s in a size you state was never in stock.

Blonde white lady was giving an attitude for no reason almost made me not want to purchase a pair of shoes, if you aint want customers using the step stool to look at shoes on the upper racks then don’t leave it there the hell.. almost walked away with my money but needed a new pair of shoes even my homeboy said he had a problem with her.

Best selection ever!

Drove two hours from Duluth looking to add more retros to my personal collection and stumbled upon this store. I was very surprised to see they had a lot of big boy size shoes (size 13 for me) and had a decent selection. I ended up purchasing one of my GRAILS... Air Jordan 5 OG metallics. Got them for $100 less than I would’ve on my main shoe buying app (NOT STOCK X LOL). The only reason I’m giving a rating of 4 stars and not 5 is due to getting my shoes in a replacement box and to be completely honest they didn’t even fit in the box. I couldn’t close it or put the shoes in the box correctly without smushing them. Nonetheless, I was able to buy a pair of retros for under reselling prices so I was very pleased but I wished the shoes came with the OG box and not a small replacement. Almost forgot to mention that the shoes I purchased were completely DS and that’s a main thing for me. I will come back and buy more shoes. Hopefully by then we can get original boxes and not a replacement box and if it is a replacement box I hope it fits my shoes!

Loved the store, first chance to stop in today, just moved here from NY. Had a nice selection for what my son was looking for and staff was helpful when my son had questions. We will be back.Helpful tip, you cannot try on shoes. Similar to shopping at Flight Club or Stadium Goods.Figured this might help some, like the older gentlemen today when we were shopping who had to start yelling and swearing because he or someone he was with wanted to try on a shoe.
