The sales associate Brian was very helpful with my Birkenstock purchase and even suggested a product that will help keep my Birkenstocks nicer for longer! I really appreciated the effort and attention. I went to the store next-door to buy Birkenstocks initially because that’s where I saw them first but I left because nobody greeted me when I got there and when I walked into journeys I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady and helped out by Brian. Thank you!!

All the sales people here are wonderful friendly and helpful! One who stood out in particular was Tyler! Super funny guy who’s helped me find not only the right shoe for me but also what size I needed! Incredibly knowledgeable about the brands/sizes/ etc. An amazing sales man hands down!

Wild went there to return a pair of shoes that I had received as a gift. After going to the counter and telling them it was a gift and I planned to buy another pair of shoes and exchange them, and the girls at the counter went ahead and did a return and not an exchange. I lost the credit I would have had. Even after asking them if they would hold the shoes I was going to exchange while I looked around the store. Terrible costumer service and would want to return after that experience. Waste of my time driving out and a waste of money and a lost of a gift.

Madline ( I think that’s how u spell it) and Lai ( I think her real name is Klaila) they gave the best costumer Service I have ever got in my life they were welcoming and super nice and gave great smiles and had a great sense of humor and encourage me to buy the shoes without being passive aggressive I came out spending money and not even being mad about it they are seriously a great asset to your organization and I will be coming back because of them!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience shopping at journey today! The workers were so nice and really gave a great experience. I had such a good time that I went to the store 2 times and bought shoes both times. LOVE LOVE LOVE great shop!

We knew what we wanted when we came in and were greeted immediately...told the girl exactly what we wanted to try and the size. She grabbed it quickly but then spent like no joke 5 minutes walking around grabbing other stuff while we watched. I thought she was helping others and had no issue with it. Then she came back and tried to sell us all the extra stuff she had spent time grabbing.(socks, cleaning kits and accessories) We politely declined because we just wanted the boots and she kept trying. It got really awkward. She was nice but after saying no more than once she still wouldn’t stop.

Sykora helped us and she was nice, helpful and greeted us immediately. We had spent time in other shoe stores that day at MOA and it was awesome to have such wonderful customer service. I was asked to provide feedback on Journeys website but couldnt figure out where to do it - so hope this suffices!

I have been looking for a pair of non-leather dressy shoes for a while and found the perfect ones here! The new manager was helpful and attentive from the beginning, will definitely come back again if I get the chance.

I had the worst costumer service ever in the mall of America location. I went in and nobody tried to help me. Then when I did get someones attention he went back and said didnt have a size 9 at all. Im a long time customer of Journeys but now I really question there hiring standard.

Horrible service. How long do I need to stand at the register with a shoe in my hand. Two people working and one other customer in the store. Generally when one makes eye contact, it’s followed up with a hello or welcome. No hello, no just one mintute, nothing. There’s only 30 other shoe stores in the mall... I’ll try one of them instead.
