Great experience and great team work between the 2 Mall of America stores. They communicate to each other to get the right product size and update in sale specials. They made me feel valued as a costumer and they even remembered my name when coming back with my wife. Give a rise to the whole team because they deserve it. They are bringing more business with that attitude. (WHALBURGERS people could take a class with your crew about customer experience). Amazing job guys from Alfredo and Beth!

Went to the Level 1 Oakley store for a particular pair of Holbrooks. The person who helped me told me they did not have the style at their location but went out of their way to find it elsewhere. They said there was 1 pair left in the Level 2 location!! I met Mike at the level 2 Oakley store and he cleaned the lenses and offered a great case to go along with the glasses. Very friendly, helpful, and personable.

It was great service. At the Mall of America Oakley store. The fellas working the store were professional and helpful. I bought a new pair for myself, my wife, and another Oakley Pro face shield in case the one in my sons game helmet gets scratched or broken. He plays nearby at Concordia St Paul and without the Oakley Tinted visor, wouldn’t be able to play. Thank you again Oakley for the best product available period.

Definitely would recommend visiting the Oakley store in the mall of America it’s nice walking into a store and not have items thrown at you. It was probably one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. If you happen to visit this store ask if Shannon (employee number729159) would be able to help you she knows everything there is to know about oakleys and she will make sure you find exactly what you want and not try to push you towards what’s most expensive. She was very caring and courteous when it came to what I wanted.

I absolutely LOVE Oakley sunglasses and love the final product. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and really enjoy them. In store the service was great. Picked lenses tailored to my needs and was very helpful. But it was out of store communication that leads me to give this location a 4 star. I was told that it would take 10 days to arrive at the store and they would let me know when they are here. Ok thats normal time for a prescription pair of glasses. After 12 days I call and they tell me they are in the store and starting an inspection, but they would let me know when they are ready by calling me later that day. The next day I CALL again for them to tell me they are ready. Again, great product, customer service ok.

Took care of my broken glasses very quickly even though they didnt have to since I purchased them elsewhere. Great service.

The store was well stocked with varied styles of sunglasses. There are also various purpose sunglasses as well, such as cycling, running, motor sports, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful without hovering or being pushy to make a sale. You ate allowed to handle/try on any of the available styles. There are baskets to put the glasses in when you are finished. Staff clean the glasses before they are returned to the display. There is also clothing for sale as well as other items such as backpacks and hats. Staff wore face masks in the appropriate manner. There is safety shields at the checkout area. The store was clean and well set up for shoppers.

The gal Shannon that was working this location was AWESOME. She was overwhelmed with 12 customers at once, however she handled herself and every customer including me with ease. We ended up buying two pair because of her and the great product that Oakley puts out!

Today I went into the oakley store located at the mall of America location. I felt targeted and unsafe while shopping there. The staff told me that I could not come in with my bags and that they had to hold it for me while I shopped inside the store. The ironic part was that a few Caucasian men came in with more bags than I had and no one talked to them. I felt extremely dehumanized by being treated like a thief. I am extremely disappointed at how I was treated as a customer. I will never go to a store that stereotypes against people.

The store manager Mike was incredibly helpful! Very knowledgeable about the different lenses, and friendly. Will come back for more goggles and sunglasses.

Owner of the store is very rude. Yelled at the neighboring store for their line being in the way of their door. If people want to come in to Oakley they will, it’s not hard to say excuse me to someone in another line. Could have been dealt with much more appropriately.

Since I was near THE BIG MALL, I decided to go ahead and make a run from my hotel and get a case for my big-eyed quality polarized night drivers that I got from Amazon (no retailers carry those). And, cases for big-eyed glasses are hard to find. I came in at a quiet time and the nice young lady guided me to the case section. Store is clean and calm, yet the displays are set for loud teenagers. That trip was something I can call a recreational shopping trip to Mall of America. There is no Oakley store in my San Francisco suburbian hometown of San Rafael. That case was quite a bit expensive, but I enjoyed the trip to the store and I know the case will protect my night drivers. The bright redness of the case will make it easy to find.😎🌉🎆🌆🚘

I had a great experience at the Oakley Bloomington store this past Tuesday Nov 3rd. I made the mistake on ordering sunglasses online and were too small so went into the store to get help with finding the glasses that would fit me better. Shannon and her manager were great and educated while showing me all the options to give me the feeling I got what was best for me. I ended up getting Holbrook shades and very happy and they got me a cleaning kit to help with my troubles and I even bought a backup pair of lens being they have the special you can’t pass up so thank you Shannon and team can’t say enough about your company and service!!

I purchased a pair of Oaks 2 years ago and love them. However, over time the bows started rubbing the inside of the lenses when in the case. When I finally noticed it was too late! Big wear marks! I figured I have to shell out more $$$ for new lenses but the manager (same one I bought the original pair from) took one look at them and swapped them for a new pair! Needless to say, I was thrilled! I am an Oakley fan for life! Well done sir!!!

Do not buy Oakley!!! Just found out that since 2007, they do not warranty their frames for manufacturing defects. All they do is take your defective pair and give you a percentage (25-50%) off the purchase of a new pair. What a ripoff. I had my half jacket frames for less than a year and now the lenses fall out because the frame is loose. Junk and they don’t stand by them.

When I went in there were two employees, and for a small store that is fine, one was African American and was a very pleasant person to conversate with and seemed generally interested in helping me get a pair of Oakley’s, but the white man in the store was excessively rude and called me out for not have already owned a pair of Oakley’s and made fun of me for wearing a no name brand pair of glasses so I left the store

I love Oakley sunglasses but when buying a new pair and spending 260.00, I asked the salesmen if finding parts for them in the future would be hard. he said their very popular and best selling frame. One year later I found out that they were discontinued.

Went into the Oakley store today unfortunately didnt find what we were looking for, but had AMAZING customer service from Max! Great guy, thanks for all of your help!

The manager of the lower store has horrible customer service skills. I went in with issues to my backback I had purchased and she was extremely defensive and had a bitchy attitude from the moment I walked in. My bag tore at the bottom after a few months of use. She would not take a return, or assist me in contacting Oakley for a possible remedy. Instead I was confronted with a snide attitude and zero assistance. I do not have a problem with Oakley, the issue is strictly with the attitude of the store manager.

My girlfriend loves this store in always is happy with the glasses I get for her.
