I was in your store last Monday, November 9th, looking to buy the Armani cologne. I was approached by your employee Edgar (a young man from Spain) and he immediately was at my service, after talking to him he showed me the newest Fall Winter collection, the shirts that I liked were brought to the fitting room, he was so so helpful. I really love your store but his customer service was comparable to non I have ever received... Anywhere. What a great employee !! He must really love his job there. Just had to let you know you have a very satisfied customer and I will continue to frequent the store whenever we are near. More importantly, I will always be in great hands as long as I can do business with Edgar.

I had the most amazing experience going at the Mall of America with Edgar York, the store manager! I got a lil turned around in the mall and got to the store A lil before they closed! I explained to Edgar what kind of look I was going for. Within 5 minutes, he had me set up with an outfit! He is very kind and warm even though I came in last minute! Promote this man!! While shopping at Mall Of America my husband and I stopped by Armani Exchange. We were pleasantly approached by a young man who introduced himself as Edgar. We could tell instantly that this very pleasant A/X V.I.P. had impeccable style and we knew right then that we wanted Edgar to accompany us throughout the store as our “Personal Shopper.”We VERY MUCH enjoyed conversing with Edgar as he is so positive, interesting, artistic and cultured. Edgar assisted my husband and I, presenting us some absolutely gorgeous, perfect outfits and coordinating accessories. We are thrilled with our purchases and very thankful for the magnificent customer service and the impressive experience Edgar provided. Thank you Edgar !

DO NOT APPLY FOR THE SEASONAL POSITION!!!Not only will they exclude you from contests and work uniforms making you feel uncomfortable and unwanted. They will treat you like you are temporary and unable to perform simple tasks. Dont forget to mention you ALSO will not be given any commission like other full time employees receive. All in all this company is unfair to its employees and should change their values.

I love the T-shirts here. I have both the long short sleeve pins cotton ones. Great for layering, and comfortable. Also, they are the right length to wear untucked.

Returns were not accepted within a week after the tags were cut even after providing the receipt and the tag itself.

Excellent customer service every time I visit rather I make a purchase or not.

Very bad service! One lady was being mean by judging people’s sizes, class, and “smartness”. She told costumers to shut up because she was right because she worked in such an expensive store, secretly gave the middle finger, giving people the wrong items and convince people them to buy more expensive things and other items, and Sassing everyone. They should fire here immediately!!!!
