Before you purchase your enterprise vehicle, DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THEM! They are crooks! I purchased my vehicle last year in August. The vehicle only has 35,000 miles when transmission quite, the warranty depart had me waiting without a rental for 5 days and when it was approved today for service they only gave me 2 day rental. Which now it’s going to take another 1 week to fix. When I purchased the vehicle it had 22,989 miles. First they lie to you and tell you the vehicles are under factory warranty, No they are not! Before buying your vehicle make sure you call the dealership of the model your purchasing give them the vin# and they will let you know if it’s still under the warranty and let you know when it will expire. I don’t want anyone going though what I’ve been going through. It’s headaches. When your buying the warranty at the sales department at enterprise they sell you an extended warranty worth almost $2,000 and it’s only good for 76,000 miles on your vehicle and if your car brakes down after the miles, than you wasted your money.

Tiffany and everyone at Enterprise car sales were nothing but helpful and supportive throughout our used car purchase. Not having the best credit history and a small downpayment prevented us from getting approved at other car dealerships previously. However, at enterprise car sales, our loan has been approved and we are now happily driving our 16 Ford Focus for a reasonable monthly payment that fits our budget. We are completely satisfied not only with the car we are now driving but with the care we received while making the purchase. We will definitely be looking to enterprise when we are ready to buy another vehicle.

I received very fast and effective help from Brittany. Car was picked up and ready for me to test drive the same day. Brittany couldn’t help me, so her colleague assisted me when I arrived to look at the car. He mentioned a few times that I had 7 days to take the car back if I wasn’t sure about it. I figured I’d go for it; the car was checking off most of my boxes. Once signing paperwork I was told my loan (I had a preapproved loan before I called about a car) couldn’t be processed, but after some back and forth they went ahead and processed it manually. Done. They couldn’t put gas in the car as someone else took the gas card, so I had to stop to pump gas on my way home. I realized they didn’t even wash it. It wasn’t filthy, but I just bought this car and dealers always give you a detailed and gased car. Went home and wasn’t quite sure if I liked the car (the car I traded in was with me for over 12 years); I messaged both the gentleman who helped with paperwork and Brittany to ask about my options. The gentleman sent a reply that wasn’t intended for me to see. While I wasn’t surprised with his annoyance in a customer changing their mind I felt the least he could do was make sure he didn’t send a message like that to the customer. Of course I received and apology message and a new detail about the 7 days to return the car with a $200 restocking fee that wasn’t mentioned the many times he mentioned I had 7 days to take the car back. Brittany took over after that and started to help find something else. Overall the experience was ok.

The whole experience was amazing. I called late Friday night and spoke to him. He was able to set me up with appointment first thing Saturday morning. I had found the exact vehicle I was looking for online and Jonathon had it ready for me when I got there. I may have made it easier knowing that it was exactly what I wanted but test driving it solidified my decision. Jonathon was able to make my purchase so easy and fast. He even washed the car himself before I took it off the lot! He was great about following up with me throughout the week after I made the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer specifically, but Enterprise as a company. Their way of dealing with with customers and how easy they make it was very impressive.

Way too long of a wait I was there at 9 a.m. didnt leave there till approximately 6 to 7 p.m. they didnt bother to come out and look for me in the parking lot I had to always go hunt them down to see what was going on with the paperwork to complete the purchase. Very quick process, everyone was very helpful. I was able to get approval before even going to the lot... which is important to me because I have challenged credit.

I had great experience with Enterprise rental and went to give Sales a try. However the customer service is lacking. I have two complaints1. I spoke with three gentleman there and while they seem friendly they are not very responsive for your needs. It was look around and you can take something off of our lot otherwise it’s just not there. I can tell you that the Avis Car Sales down the street was much more responsive in helping me locate something.2. During my time there I left a pair of prescription sunglasses. Despite numerous calls and trips into the office they could never seem to locate and return my glasses. When I spoke to a manager there he assured me he would look and return a call to me. Now more than one week later, I have not received a call from him. This not only speaks to their unresponsiveness but their integrity as well.As a note the only individual there who seemed helpful and responsive to customers desires was Tiffany Brown. She at least listened to what I was looking for and responded with options.Unfortunately with only good customer service in one out of four contacts I don’t have high hopes for this location.There are several car rental agencies with Car Sales, I recommend you explore all of your options and maybe try a different location.

The mgr Mariah was so professional and accommodated me when I had a glitch, the staff here is really friendly and professional.

I got a 2018 Impala and at first it was nice. Within a month I had emissions problems and had to leave it at my local Chevrolet dealer to get fixed. As the temperature got warmer I went to turn on the air conditioner but it didn’t work. I had to different mechanics check it out and both said the condenser is not working and up to $2500.00 to replace even though on the paperwork it was checked ok and certified. But I keep getting the run around cause I’ve had the car a few 3 months now and didn’t get an extended warranty.

I honestly had an amazing car buying experience here. Mr. Applewhite took care of me and was very kind. All the sales people seemed personable, funny, light hearted and straight to the point. Every transaction was paired with the blue book value which I really appreciated. My ONLY complaint is the breaks started squeaking a week after buying the car but not at the time of purchase so I know it’s not their fault, but yea now I have to get that fixed. Overall would recommend them 100%.

I think the highest qualifying factor of any sales experience is entirely dictated by the sales person and Tiffany Brown did a fantastic job of exemplifying what a great sales experience should be. I didn’t feel pressured nor conned throughout the process and was able to leave with a slick new ride. Tiffany’s best qualities were her knowledge, charm, upbeat demeanor and just a touch of sass to keep things interesting. Basically, you drive off the lot with a new vehicle that’s right for you and feeling like you made a new friend as well.

I came to the Bloomington office during the Covid crisis to look at the trucks available and walked away a buyer! The Enterprise staff had a Covid process in place which made me feel comfortable. They had protocols to enter the building, to wear face masks, to sign documents, etc. The staff was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Contacted this business about the purchase of a vehicle, and secured my own financing. my finance company asked for photos of the vehicle, I couldnt get photos because the vehicle was being used by an employee as a personal vehicle. This changes mileage and condition both mechanical and physical. Dont buy here. They allow employees to joy ride the product. Stay away.

I think i have been blessed with the Saleman i had AAron he was the nices a person i have meet. I went to purchase a car and it got sold be before i was able to buy it. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. We got blue book value for our trade-in plus 500.00 and because the truck we purchased had been a rental (and we saw the CARFAX), it was like brand new with very low mileage. Our sales person Rodney knew his stuff. All the paperwork was done there and we love our truck. We will NEVER buy a brand new vehicle again from a car dealership. This is the 2nd vehicle I personally purchased from Enterprise. I was very surprised with my first vehicle purchase. The condition of the vehicle was just like a new vehicle and the price was outstanding when compared to regular dealerships. This vehicle was totaled out in an accident. I contacted my prior sales person, Rodney Brewer at Enterprise and told him I need another vehicle like the one purchased prior. He was able to find me the vehicle and had it shipped to the Bloomington. I was able to forward money for the transportation without driving to the location. When the vehicle arrived I was able to pick up the vehicle and get he paper work done within a few hours. All the personnel contacted we courteous and very professional. I have told several of my relatives about my experience with Enterprise and they have also purchased vehicles from Enterprise.

This place didnt really give me that great of customer service. They were just in a hurry to make a sale. They found me a piss poor loan even though my credit score is 650 i have an APR of 22%. They lied to me about check holding and really didnt put any effort into making me happy with my purchase. Over all horrible experience.
