Traveling thru from SC. Store in SC replaced battery on iPhone, but later I learned camera did not work. Came to this store and they inspected and saw that cable connection was damaged. They replaced cable quickly and camera works great. They were wonderful!

Took 5 minutes or less for the employee to change my fob battery. Super nice to talk to and made sure my key worked before I left. So easy!!

Absolute JOKE! Tell me itll be 24~48 hours before they can give me a new battery. not sure what Im suppose to drive til then.

The staff was very helpful. I brought in a dead battery that required making a new battery to replace it (connecting multiple batteries). At first, they were hesitant to do anything due to liability of installing what I wanted. But after I indicated that I could do the installation and just needed the batteries, they were able to help me out, even dipping into stock for a reserved order since it could be replenished. They talked me through ways to make the next installation better and safer and gave me some tubing to help with the installation. It was a very productive visit.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The young man behind the counter, Carter, tested my alternator and found it was bad after my car was having troubles driving and he called AAA for me and arranged to have a tow truck come pick my Maxima up and even helped me find the best service center to replace my alternator and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. He went above and beyond, thank you Carter and thank you Batteries Plus.

I LOVE my old cell phone and it made me sad that the charging port stopped working. But Tom was great. After being told by a different cell phone repair store that I should just upgrade my phone because itll cost me $250 to fix my Galaxy S6, Tom listened to what was wrong with my phone, diagnosed the problem and offered a reasonable cost to fix it. Great work - great deal! Needed a new battery for my iPhone and there were other retailers to choose from, but this location had the part I and could do the replacement in a timely manner (less than an hour). Made some other purchases while we were in the store and were repeatedly shown better priced deals than what we initially found. Drove down from MPLS to this location and It was well worth it.

So I had my significant other bring in my Trailblazer today and after she called me at her first stop after having the new battery installed and it wouldnt start back up I drove an hour from work to see what was going on and right away I noticed that the plastic shroud wasnt clipped in around the battery which isnt going to keep it from starting so I go to the battery terminals with my eight mil wrench and I could literally twist both negative and positive off with my fingers I brought my tools and it turns out I only needed them to basically tighten the battery terminals they werent tight and also I would have expected some electrical Grease and maybe they could have used a wire brush and cleaned off some of the corrosion it was caked in there odds are her battery was probably good and it was just that corrosion so not only did she let me know that she was uncomfortable the whole time because the guy complained about how much he had to take apart to put the battery in bigger heavier-set guy just an FYI I would never let him put a battery in anything for me Battery Plus just lost two customers

Would never get a phone screen replaced by these guys again. First of all, the screens used are cheap Chinese-made junk. The new screen began acting up after 5 1/2 months, and intermittently would go black. They claim to have a “nationwide” 6 month warranty, but when I called I was told it had to be evaluated at the franchise which first replaced it. Then, was given multiple answers by multiple employees as to why they couldn’t replace it. The franchise owner ultimately said they couldn’t replace it under warranty because there was a small “scratch” on the screen. Go somewhere else, this place is not worth your time or money.

6 cell battery charger wires got busted off charger for new car . I went to Battery plus for a solution and 10 minutes and only $5 later, they had cleaned the tabs and re Soldered the wires and I was on my way . They saved the day and very fast . I have bought car batteries here, tried to get a keyfob battery but the programming was shot and just yesterday they put in a new battery in my IPhone.I highly recommend this shop. Terrible experience, I called ahead to see if they had a battery for my motorcycle. They said yes. Then I ordered online to save 10%. Drove over, picked it up. I asked if it was already to go. They said yes. Drove home put it in. Motorcycle would not start. Battery was dead! Had less than 10 volts and when starter engaged. It dropped to 5 volts! I called to complain. They said someone would get back with me. No one ever did. I drove back and exchanged the battery. So far so good. But I noticed on my receipt they never gave me my core deposit back. So I called again. They said I had to come back to the store. For the refund. They couldnt do it over the phone. Not a good experience at all.

I was assisted by Tom Chase. Tom went above and beyond his service in ensuring my new key fob was programmed. Despite being 0 degrees outside, he took the time to get it done right. Additionally when he learned my current key wasnt functioning properly, he went the extra mile to fix that as well - replacing the battery and reprogramming it to my car.

Stay away.I purchased a new car battery recently, the tech installed a cheaper/smaller battery on accident, I caught it before I drove off. Had problems with the battery immediately, slow turning over. Went back the next day to have them check the battery (car almost didnt start), they said it was fine. A few days later my car wouldnt start and couldnt be jumped. I had it towed to the dealership where they proceeded to tell me the battery was not the correct battery for my car (and also checked my car to make sure it was not the problem-as a worker told me on the phone I MUST prove it was not my car causing the problem, in order to take the battery back....). I tried to bring back the old battery (one week later), and the managers REFUSED to take it back, even though it was their error, and it tested fine. If its testing fine they should take it back, as nowhere do they post a No Returns Policy. I brought it back to the St. Louis Park location, no questions asked. They are doing some bad business at the Bloomington location. Im now out $400 due to their incompetence.

Great price, especially cuz the truck takes two batteries. Was a major line in store but it was the first nice day after 5 days of -20 somethings. Polar vortex is good for business. I thought the staff were cool.

I ruined the screen on my phone. The LCD display was shot and there was a big crack on it . Verizon wanted $420 to basically replace the entire phone. CPR(cell phone repair) in Bloomington wanted $310 and said it would take two days at least to repair. Batteries Plus fixed my phone in one hour and charged about $230. Definitely go there if you need any cell phone repairs.

Ordering online is supposed to add convenience to your day. When I went to the store to pick up my order, had to have my Drivers license and credit card I used online. Then they had to do something at the register. All this took longer than if I had walked in and made an in-store purchase. And the online sale was only $10. Wont order online again.

Great service and a good price! I needed a new battery and didn’t want to replace it myself because it’s been pretty cold. I ordered it online and within a half hour I received a confirmation that it was ready to pickup.I stopped in and within 10 minutes they had replaced the battery in my car with the new one and I was on my way home!

Not a good experience. Purchased a new car battery that I had installed by a professional from the store. Didnt take long to realize that the guy who was installing it had no clue what he was doing. Very disappointing. He was also very careless when doing the job. Another associate had to check on him several times to see what he was doing. Took him 1 hour to do a 10 minute replacement. Definitely will be going somewhere else next time I need a car battery.

I bought a battery online, and was planning on picking it up in store. Upon arrival, it was evident I purchased the wrong battery. They had already charged the battery and company policy would not allow a refund. I questioned if there was anything they could possibly do so I could avoid getting charged for the wrong battery. The employee I was dealing with called their district manager and got a return approved and they sent me off with a refund and the correct battery. I couldnt thank them enough! Along with great service, this was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back.

This place has just about everything you need for batteries! However I will now drive to another location just to avoid the staff. Nobody greets you when you come in, you could be in line for 15 minutes and the guy in the back does not come out to assist. Once you do get assistance, they are quite rude.
