Came in for a battery, the battery was too tall and melted my hood bracket but Chris was there to help me. I cant recommend interstate battery enough, their customer service is incomparable.For those wondering I got a different battery and it was all good by the end of the day 😊

Chris went beyond the call of duty!I needed a very obscure type of car battery that is very hard to find.Chris knew they didn’t have it in stockBut he went out to my car to verify what kind it actually was.What really impressed me was he brought out his battery tester to see if it really was the battery that needed replacing or if it was something completely different giving me problems. It was the battery.From what I have learned about some of the new battery technology that has been developed, Chris is a man who REALLY knows his stuff! No “snow job” needed.I wish more workers out there had the same kindness, thoughtful, and concern for their “fellow mankind”. It would make this world a better place to live in!

A Manager named Chris, worked with me from the moment, I came in the door. He was very polite and so very professional. He tested my battery, which was dead. An Interstate battery, that I had purchased in July, 2011, so I had no reservations on buying another Interstate battery. Chris really impressed with not just knowledge, but also how mechanically inclined he was. I really appreciated how honest he was too. Great experience he made my visit to Interstate today.

Ive had several interstate batteries and theyve all failed. The worst part is that they are all under warranty still but whenever I take the battery there, they claim that the battery is good. Some of these batteries dont stay at full voltage but drop down to 12v after 1 day of sitting on the shelf. Dont waste your time with these guys and just buy a decent battery elsewhere.

I had a battery power pack that I purchased at Interstate Battery awhile back, no longer would hold a charge. I returned there today to see if the battery was dead. It was and without asking the young man offered up a new one. Just a pleasant experience and they have made me a long term customer.Thank you

Needed a new battery in my 2014 Ford Escape. I called ahead of time to confirm that they could replace the battery in my car. Over the phone I was told they dont take appointments and it is first come first serve and the only type of car they dont service is BMWs. When I arrived to get my battery replaced I was told that they couldnt replace it because took to long and to come back on another day when they were less busy. I was told that it took 45 min to replace batteries on newer Escapes and they couldnt do it. I went a little after noon and they were open till 7. They essentially turned me away because it was a busy day and they could get more vehicles through and therefore make more money by taking only the quick fixes. So much for first come first serve. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

They do nothing but batteries, and they do them well. Staff were professional, knowlegeable and friendly. Waiting area has comfortable chairs, coffee and water.

On top of that, the battery I purchased came with a guaranteed warranty that blows all the other competitors out of the water. I spent most of the morning at several battery dealerships searching for two batteries with a minimum cold cranking amp of 900. I finally arrived at Bloomington’s Interstate All Battery Center and resolved my issue within minutes. My problem was that my batteries no longer started my outboard motors on my Boston Whaler. I have two Mercury Opti-Maxes and they take a large number of amps to crank the motors. Starting last fall I had to place both battery switches in the “all” position to get the motors to start. I relayed my problem and need to the two gentleman working today (Tuesday, July 3, 2018) and they explained to me what they thought would remedy the situation. It was suggested I go to a 31-MHD Commercial Battery and it should resolve my problem. Not only did it solve my problem, but it did it at the cost of what one of the other brands batteries would have been. On top of that and I regret not getting the salesman’s name but as we loaded the batteries in my truck the salesman saw my USMC sticker and asked if I was in the military. He took me back in the store and gave me 10% off saving me and additional $34.00. I will never buy a batter from another location as long as I am in this area. Many accolades to this business. Thanks!
