Ryan the manager seemed very burnt out but I don’t think that gives him a pass to be rude to paying costumers. He seemed very annoyed every time I asked questions and made me feel like I needed to hurry my order and get out. He needs to work on his costumer service skills

Godiva chocolate is delicious however avoid THIS LOCATION at all cost if Ryan is working because he hates his job and he is not afraid to show you!

I hate that they changed a lot of the chocolates that I used to get I understand they got to switch out stuff but there are people that love the other chocolates they used to get you changed my hazelnut crunch which Im hurt because its not the same you keep taking really good ones away and replacing them with ones that are not good you should really try to a poll your customers to know what they like but you dont do that you do what you want to do which is unfortunate because the diver is like the best Belgian chocolate in the world you should really take heed from your customers

I really wish they would bring back the regular chocolates but they have here because when they take the good ones away then you got the best customers that go away like I used to come here religiously every single day but I cant because you took all the best chocolate that I love the way so it keeps me away cuz you dont have the same chocolate that I like I understand rotating them out and try a new and different things doesnt work for me I dont like change I like the same chocolate that I used to love and its hard to go there to get a chocolate because you switch them out and so then my favorite piece of chocolate goes away thats sad

Chocolate for the chocolate lovers in your life. Staff is usually friendly and offer up suggestions. Can get crazy busy around holidays of course. So be prepared to wait during normal times at valeniday, Christmas, etc. Best to just buy whenever you walk by and be prepared. Life is uncertain eat dessert first!

The staff here is great, the shoppers, not so much. I just had a question, and the lady in front of me couldnt for the life of her remember her Godiva email, so she could receive her piece of chocolate. God forbid you actually pay for something.

The older man working in the store was very helpful and helped me chose which chocolate to get my friend for her birthday. He also is very persuasive lol convinced me to get a membership with Godiva and I plan on using it. You get a free chocolate every month

Its a great place to get some nice chocolates. Its selection is more limited in recent years, so even at the holidays its hard to get what you want anymore. :-(

OMG! Loved the gentleman that took care of me. Friendly and helped me choose by being descriptive and gave me one sample, that was delicious.

Wonderful store very good European chocolates and truffles ❤I love going here went here with my boyfriend so many choices to choose from but the chocolate and truffles are so yummy! The service is great helpful and friendly workers.

Was a little disappointed, the Tiramisu truffle didnt taste like tiramisu at all nor did the pumpkin truffle taste like pumpkin, actually both were pretty bland.
