Extensive selection of toys, many of which are high quality and/or educational. They have toys for a wide range of ages, from toddlers through... well, frankly adults! Nice selection of board games for all ages. Wide range of Legos and Playmobile. Plenty of outdoor toys too. Well worth a visit if you are in Mall of America.

Affordable prices considering the kind of toys they sell.We got 4 giant stuffed toys and many other things. One of the toys was a 4 ft unicorn and it was $100. I took a star down because i believe we should have received a discount on that since we noticed the bottom of it was very dirty from being on display. The display toys probably all should have been discounted but esp the large unicorn, and even more so since we spent over $700 overall in the store.Otherwise, employees were very nice and helped us bring stuff to the car.

As a self proclaimed toy expert - this is worth the visit! A beautiful toy store experience that is well curated and a lot of fun.

The variety of toys and games here is great, and the service is amazing, but the prices are very high. Many of the items we looked at were cheaper at other locations, but it did help us find what we were looking for so we could buy it somewhere else.I would recommend this store if you have a coupon, can afford the prices, or need an idea of what to buy someone for various occasions.

I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee. Something for every age range can be found here. I will definitely be coming back.The large Tyrannosaurus Rex was a plus!

Date of Visit: 12/13/2019 - Visited the store for the first time. Too expensive for my familys budget, but the items appeared to be of high quality (the you get what you pay for mentality). We really wanted to purchase a particular 12 stuffed animal, but it was $30 which is about $15 outside our budget on those types of toys. We did sit for a while and colored at their coloring table, which was fun. Would visit again to window shop, but unfortunately, this store will not receive any of our money as it is too expensive.

I literally stood by the manager for 5 min. at the register w/cotton candy ready to check out. She ignores me, but when a little girl comes up she immediately says Oh I can help you at this other register... She leaves the cash there in an envelope, helps the girl, walks away while Im standing at a 2nd register, doesnt even send another cashier over, and ignores me. After another employee checks me out, the manager runs away and refuses to acknowledge me in the store. This was 10 min. ago. Completely unacceptable behavior from any CSR.......***EDIT***I have been back at least twice between today and a month ago when I wrote the first review. Both times I have been warmly received and quickly helped when buying gifts for others and cotton candy for myself!! Thank you very much =D
