In and out fairly quick. 3 stars because I specifically said NOT to use synthetic and they used synthetic. Never in my life have I paid $110 for a simple oil change. That’s as much as it costs for my husbands diesel.

It was fine. They changed my oil and I really like that they take a moment to vacuum, but it still felt pricey (yes, I understand synthetic costs more). The irritating part was after listening to a fellow customer brag and brag about how amazing the place is and how they never try to upcharge...one of the techs proceeded to do the whole oh you have a dirty air filter spiel. Let me pay for my $85 oil change and go.

They were less than honest about checking certain things listed as being checked and taken care of.Im hoping they did actually change the oil.🙄🙄Im being generous giving them three stars.

Went here to do an oil change.They cleaned my floors, windows, and took some stickers off (at my request) for me.Not to mention I was able to bring my own filter and oil and they used that (im picky).Theyre super nice and professional!This is now my go to place.

They were super quick. The staff was friendly and knowledgable about my car and made double sure I had the right oil to keep my warranty. They cleaned my windows and swept my floors!! I will be going back for future oil changes.

Best place in town in my opinion. Nice staff fast service and even my wife feels comfortable going by her self unlike some of the other shops in the area.

Ive been bringing my cars here for years, the staff is always nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They do suggest you replace things like air filters, light bulbs etc. But they dont pressure you into it. Nice atmosphere with complementary coffee for those early ppl!

These people are great! Very quick and friendly! While the oil change was being done a couple of other people cleaned the windows. When I thanked them they mentioned they normally clean up on the inside too but can’t right now due to Covid-19. Customer service here is exceptional! Thank you all very much! I was charged $93 to get a synthetic oil change. This place is such a scam, nobody should ever pay that much for an oil change. I can get the same service at Walmart for $50. I will never come back to this place or recommend it.

They did my oil change very well, and also in the extra mile to ask if I needed my wiper blades as well as my filters replaced as well! They also checked my tires for me to make sure there was air in them and told me I need a new tires! Little bit on the pricey side but if you dont mind spending 10 extra bucks its pretty good!

Fast and efficient service. They topped off all the fluids, checked air in tires, cleaned windows. Not long wait getting in the morning.

These guys were so awesome and super fast. They had a place to wait outside which was great during this pandemic craziness. I like the way they check over everything and let you know where your vehicle stands maintenance wise with fluids, tires, wiper blades and so much more. Definitely made a new customer here!!

The guys & gals that work here are really good, super nice, and amazingly fast. They can replace your light bulbs and wipers and batteries also. I highly recommend this place.

Speedy as hell and excellent service

Just stopped there and had my brake and turn signal lights replaced. I already had the bulbs, but could not replace the lights myself due to stripped screws in the unit. When I told them what happened, and that I had the bulbs already, they volunteered to replace the lights FOR FREE! The young lady that greeted us was very kind and eager to help us. THIS, folks, is the kind of good old fashioned customer service that most businesses are lacking nowadays. I have been going here for my oil changes for years (they did not know that at the time they offered to help me, btw) and will continue to do so. Thank you, Grease Monkey, and Merry Christmas!

I came in to look for a key that I lost (back tracking purposes, I came in earlier that week to get my oil changed) and the staff was kind enough to help me look for it. I ended up finding them somewhere else. During this exchange, the staff asked if I left some books behind as well. I saw a pile of books with a sticky note and my name on it, and though they were not my books, I really appreciate their intentionality in making sure their customers are taken care of 😁

Very disappointed, went in for a basic oil change. Willing bought a new engine air filter for 25.00 came out in the end being charged $81.00. Was told they washed my windows and vacuumed my floorboards, was also told my fluid levels were fine and tires were good. Floorboards were not vacuumed, I knew my coolant was low and purposely didnt buy antifreeze the day before knowing I was getting an oil change and they usually top those off. Not to mention my front passenger side tire has a slow leak in it and I know that my tire pressure couldnt have been at its best. Go to Meineke for a good oil change at least they wont lie to you.

Awesome place! If you are a college student, or someone who’s not quite as comfortable with cars, definitely go here. They are quick, friendly, and don’t push you to buy anything extra that isn’t necessary. Highly recommend.

Was able to get oil changed and 2 headlights replaced in about 30 minutes. Great prices, and there’s a ‘16-point inspection’ included with an oil change!

The worst customer service experiences Ive ever had...First, a different kind of oil was put in my car than what I asked for. I asked for them to replace it with the correct oil, which was done without extra cost. Awesome, that was fine.But then I was told that all of the fluid levels and filters checked out fine, but I had already asked for the cabin air filter to be replaced because I knew it was FILTHY. This means that the filter was not even checked, and the attendant lied to me. After asking a second time, they replaced the filter, which was indeed filthy.THEN, I was told that all my lights checked out and were working as well, but I had a freaking HEADLIGHT out when I came into the shop. This means that obviously none of the lights were even checked, and once again, I was lied to. I was then charged for a headlight replacement, and waited for it to be completed. After a couple of minutes, someone came and told me that the headlight couldnt be replaced because they didnt have the right kind of bulb. When I asked for a refund, I was asked to please come back later when the owner was in the shop? It was very strange.Came back into the shop later and the owner was fine and refunded the headlight but didnt apologize or do anything to salvage me as a customer.Ultimately, this was the most unprofessional, confusing, non-communicative experience Ive ever had as a customer.

The employees seem genuinely happy to work there and are always nice. I like that they dont take appointments, only walk-ins, because I tried to get an oil change twice at a place closer to my house and each time was told to schedule for another day as they had no openings. I like to drop by Grease Monkey when Im nearby and not worry about making an appointment.

I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for an oil change. Typically, Im in and out in less than 20 minutes. So, for that, this place is great.The people are friendly and genuinely care about your cars maintenance.The only thing I can pick on is the price. Its not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Quick and thorough oil changes. They have a 30 minute guarantee with a TV showing your elapsed time in the bay. The staff with check multiple points on the vehicle and give you a full update afterward. Fair prices and friendly staff.

I called with a few questions about service and pricing and the girl who answered was absolutely wonderful. I took my car in and they went above and beyond servicing what I requested and more at a great price and they did it quickly. They were all kind. I will be going back.

I have used these guys for my familys two cars over the last two years. They are always friendly, and dont use hard-sell tactics to pressure you to spend more on products and services. They offer a professional opinion and allow you to make those decisions without pressure.

After an oil change here I noticed car was leaking oil. So, I took it to the Nissan dealer and they said who ever installed the filter should have noticed the threads were coming apart on it.Also, when they install Synthetic Oil they only give 3,000 mile sticker instead of the 5,000 as recommended Nissan.

Ive always had a good experience here. I go in for oil changes and it takes no time at all. They usually send out coupons, which is nice.

I was in a time crunch and could not have my brother in law change the oil in our car as he normally does. So I went to Grease Monkey as I have received good service in the past, until now. The manager came to me and showed me a broken transmission pipe (that goes to the SEALED transmission). He said that it had rusted and broke off. One of the guys dropped their wrench and when he went to pick it up - he found the pipe. So I took it in and had it looked at. I was told that it was recently BROKEN off and that it did not rust and break apart. I was also told that it would have taken a great force to have broken this pipe. No one had been under the hood of the car since my brother in law last changed the oil and the transmission pipe was in tack.So I called back to speak to the manager and his story has changed. Now there was not a dropped wrench. They were checking the fluid in the transmission (again, it is a sealed transmission) and found that the tube was missing. The manager assured me that if they had broken it that they would have told me and made right on it. I do NOT buy it, they broke it off and they tried to say it rusted in two rather than taking responsibility for their mistake.I will NEVER be back!

Overall, good quick service. I thought 49.00 was a bit high for a very small 4 cylinder vehicle though.

I have been coming to this location for one year with three cars and the service is prompt. Pricing is fair. They always clean the interior of the car. Work is done correctly and rarely need to wait more than 20 minutes. Manager is very knowledgeable and you never feel pressured to buy additional services. Best place in Bloomington for scheduled maintanence.

They have quick service and usually no reservations. They are a bit pricey at around 40-60 per oil change, but they are worth the money.

Not a happy camper with this place. Came in and told them that I had my own oil and filter but was short and wanted to buy two QTS from them. I told the girl that I DID NOT want anything else checked on my truck cause I know whats been done that I just wanted the oild changed. So instead if giving me the two QTS I asked for the same kind that I had brought for the oil change that was in the truck on the passenger side floor. They got the extra oils that was in back of my truck that wasnt the same blend. Did not want to use that but they did anyway. And on top of that just for the oil change and nothing else (bring my own oil and filter). They charged me $42.00 for just labor. What a fkn rip off if I would have known that I would not have went there and I will never go there again. Im sorry but this place is a rip off.
