Love these guys! Bryan was so helpful and friendly when we had our pop up camper’s electrical stop working. He took the time to show us around our vehicle and explain it all. We understand it so much better now. I’ll be taking our SUV to them next time too! You guys rock!

Bryan has always made sure my truck is taken care of when I go in. And john is very helpful with trying to work you in as quick as needed. They always try to give the best price possible. Also make sure you understand what is going on and how much it will cost. There was once I couldnt do it all so they worked with me to figure out the best solution to get my truck moving again. I wont go anywhere else.

This is the best shop Ive ever visited. They never overcharge or perform unnecessary repairs.

Asked them to fix issue with my breaks & my check engine light was on told them that needed fixed too. Fixed my breaks charged me $800 and didnt even fix my check engine issue. I also gave the 5 star review they claim gives you 5% off purchase and didnt give me the 5% off. Tried blaming issue not getting fixed on other coworkers instead of admitting they forgot to fix it.

I was super concerned about going to a shop with the fear of being taken advantage of but, I called Zaabs and they got me in the next day and not only that but they went above and beyond making sure I understood what was going on with my car. The prices were very reasonable and they had me out before my shift at work! This is the only repair shop I’ll go to from here on out! Super thankful for Bryan and his team at Zaabs!

Wife and I live in Pontiac, IL. About 40 miles from here. We noticed our truck screeched the other day when I started it up, thought it was just the rain. When we got into Bloomington we noticed our accelerator sticking and a knocking sound. We googled mechanics near us, found this one less than a mile away and decided to go. We were a little apprehensive due to this being an emergency. We were greeted by the owner, Brian as we pulled in. He was such a kind and humble man, that I took him as a regular mechanic/employee. He brought us into the office and got to looking for the parts. He made calls around and got us squared away. We got everything fixed for a very fair price and the customer service/Mom & Pop vibe will definitely have us back again,(if we need too). Serpentine belt, tensioner pulley and labor for $170 done right, and right on the spot. Not bad at all!

Whatever you need Bryan is the guy! He is knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to you up front before he starts. He respects and treats his customers fairly. From now on, hes my auto mechanic!

Went here because my a/c in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe quit working. Come to find out my rear a/c had blown. Bryan capped it and got it working again. Only for it to blow a few days later. Took it back and he checked it again and got it all squared away for me!! Great guy and company! I will be back for sure and recommend him to everyone!!!

I had a slow leak in my tire. I had to hit the road the next day. They were nice enough to get me in and out in 30 minutes same day. I have never had better service at an auto repair business.

I was very pleased with the service. Very knowledgeable and honest. Didnt try to sell me for things the car didnt need, on the contrary, John said the car only needed brakes in the front wheels, the ones in the back were in good shape.I definitely recommend it.

They truly are the best, i’m not sure the gentleman’s name but we called him with an issue with my back trailing arm he told me to come in so he could look at it brought my car there and he had it fixed within an hour, not to mention he also touched up something else i didn’t even ask for !!!!!! no appointment, not even from out here, and he fixed my car with no problem all for $75 ! also with the best customer service ever ❤️. if you’re reading this i appreciate you from the bottom of my heart !

I was recommended to go here. I went and so Glad I did. I went to other places and was always treated different than other. ZABS took and look my car over, told me what it needed to fix the problem that had cause me to go there. He was very professional and treated me with respect and gave me a reasonable rate to fix it. I couldnt asked for a better place to go that didnt take advantage of me being a women. ZABS and bg the staff there were great. Got my car fixed and now going back to get new tires on with a even better price. Thank again. I would advise if you want good service and treated with respect go to ZABS... LINDA CALHOUN

Only a year old, we took a chance on them and they really came through and the owner was very nice and the cost was a nice surprise and reasonable. Cant recommend them enough! Hope they stay as honest and top rate as they are now.

I had a problem with my car that I took to multiple other places in town first and none of them were able to diagnose the problem. I took it to Zaab’s seeing the good reviews on google and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Brian was extremely communicative and professional. I will be going to them for all my auto maintenance needs in the future.

Was winched off the highway and taken to Zaabs today, on a cold midday. They immediately took my car in and started service while walking me through the process. They were both so helpful and nice while I waited for my car to be finished. Really great service.

We were on our way back home from a vacation in Wisconsin, heading back to Key West, Florida . Our car started running hot, so we pulled in to three different auto shops. And the last one was the one that did the magic. Bryan Saner was very professional, clean and very friendly. I would highly recommend him and his shop. For a one man crew he was amazing. Zaabs helped us with a unique situation. We had a small pet escape behind the dashboard of a UHaul truck during a move. Zaabs helped us out on the spur of the moment. They patiently took apart the dashboard and retrieved the pet. Thank you!

After a different repair shop’s service manager boldly lied to me about how an expensive repair was diagnosed, I took my car to Zaabs. The actual diagnosis and proper repair by Brian was 10% of the other shops alleged “repair”. I fully recommend Zaabs.
