The nostalgia! Makes me feel like I’m back in Trinidad. The staff were so kind and helpful (I asked a few questions…). The food selections were great. They had every item that I’ve tried to find at other grocers. Will travel for this place!

Im not sure how no one care about the stains but there are and I mean a bunch of stains on the roof, lots of missing roof titles and messy floors. But good service.

Went in to get pig tails as they were the only place in jersey I called that had them and I was pleased they were available but so unpleased but the condition of the tongs available to use. The tongs were dirty and hanging low to the floor where anything could’ve crawled on to them. When I pointed out the issue to the lady behind the counter in the back she simple told me it was the salt on the tongs (which was partially true but also had dirt attached) she made it seem it was not an issue. Asked for replacement tongs and she ignored me and got on the phone and walked away. The store had a variety of items from various Caribbean cultures which I loved and the gentleman up front made the experience a little better he entertained my sister on all the currency they had from various counties on the counter and was very sweet.

Im not fond of indian food but no doubt you can find all types of food including vegetables.

The store is a bit small but it does have a good variety of west Indian food and items.

I shop here specifically for the fresh non-GMO veggies & fruits and supplements and vitamins. Havent been disappointed yet.

It is a very nice store ! The family runs the store, and they are such a nice people.They have a wide variety of products mostly Caribbean and West Indies products. Fruits & veggies, frozen seafood, etc.A great place to visit.

Love this grocer. They have a great selection of produce, meat and fish. Exotic spices and oils for consumption and snacks. The owners are extremely nice and treat the customers well.

Its a very good place to go and pick out all kinds of herbs spices and foods that you usually cannot get at any supermarket the workers are nice and it is a nice size place to shop. They also carry some stuff that is in a supermarket such as eggs milk bread

The Indian guy in the back meat section is always helpful and making excellent recommendations. I got some fresh hassa from this place along with duck. They have a wide variety and huge selection!!!

You definitely need to try the fresh cut coconut.

Nice people, good selection of products, good prices. Loved the dal roti (wrapped in foil at checkout), which the man behind the counter offered to heat up for me.

This place has a good variety of West Indian groceries and vegetables. I bought some fish that the guy said was wild catch from South America. It tasted great!

Customer services are poor. Yelling at customers when asked a question on prices of goods.

All Caribean product can be found there, I love going there for my mangoes, breadfruit and avocados. They also carry some Gahana fish that are so good! I love me some D@D Caribean Grocery!

Excellent! They even offer pre-cut vegetables for a small fee, such a convenience.We also get frozen fish from Guyana here. We usually spend over $100 qhen buying, even on goods we can get elsewhere. We want stores like this to stay in business. American grocery stores will not provide the items

I needed fresh coconut water from the actual coconut, and I found it here...it was refreshing.

They are overpriced and selling food at Forest in one day to the next bought a couple cucumbers but time I got home they were spoiled not even five minutes after I bought them from the store also but milk that was spoiled so I guess that’s my fault for not checking but it’s also their job to check their products for a walk or go bad they have WIC or not good for consumers make people sick

Brings a sense of the Caribbean to a small shop here in Bloomfield. They have a pretty good selection of produce and poultry and delicious breads.

I absolutely love this market. It reminds me of being back home in Jamaica. Its family oriented, friendly, they show customers alot of love and attention. Ive been going for many years, they know exactly what I buy, the friuts and vegetables are always fresh and three times the size because its organic, natural food. I love the potatoes, avocadoes, tomatoes and callaloo. It taste so fresh like its out of my back yard back home!The taste is amazing! They carry so many Caribbean and spiritual items I need for work. It saves me from having to go far. I feel like one of the family with all the love they give. 💝💙💝
