Excellent customer service. The woman at the counter was very friendly, and the man on the floor was extremely helpful, proactively bringing a desk to the front of the store for me and offering to help me load it to the car. Five stars all around.

LOL...This place is hilarious. But if you have anything you need to do in terms of printing, faxing, copying, etc, you are better off choosing anywhere else. One time I went there and all of their self-service computers were broken. Every single one. They have no concept of lines here. Customers just walk in, go wherever they want, ignore other people, walk all over each other. Ive seen at least two fights break out at this Staples that almost got physical. The employees dont manage crowds at all. They just walk around and do their jobs like no one else is waiting. They dont address the crowd, and they only reluctantly address someone specifically if the customer follows the employee around and demands help in an assertive way. Theyre all acting like there is someone else who will manage it all, but there never is. If I ever have to go to this Staples, I always set aside 45 minutes minimum to do anything in the self service section, and 20 minutes if I have to drop off a package. Youd be surprised how long you can wait before you get what you need to get done here. Its honestly like an episode of the Twilight Zone.

I have to say Hands down. I went in to buy some ink for my printer was looking for the combo pack.. I ran to about 5 Staples and everyone was sold out. I come to Bloomfield and the guy RON worked his magic and did something. All I know is that man is the man! I walked out of Staples HAPPY AS HELL! Thank you Ron Staples needs you in Corporate

My daughter and I just walked out. Left everything and walked out. Disorganized and frustrating is an understatement. She is so disappointed and so am I. We have to do this again at another store. Maybe Target. The worst back to school shopping experience ever.i called my aunt who lives in Bloomfield to vent and she said she never goes to this Staples. She goes to West orange. First time.and never coming back here. Deserves no stars.

I really had a good time I was quickly taken assisted and I was out but the wait in line was a little too much they barely had any people working there and some head attitude problems but got what I got done and Im good to go

The service at the print department is awful. The workers are never helpful and the line is insanely long. It took me 30 minutes to pick up an order just because there weren’t enough workers or anyone offering to assist the line. Don’t recommend this location. The printers came out fine but the service is not acceptable.

Good customer service but when got my business cards back the words on cards was too small how they didnt see it before finishing order.

Great!!! My visit here was just great.Awesome resources and personnel. Got a couple of books and marker board at a cool price though a bit high🤣. Printing and scanning service is wonderful. You have the option to print or scan your document yourself or to be assisted by an employee who knows what he/she is doing. It was excellent.

This is my favorite staples to shop at for my school needs. The staff is friendly and follow social distancing protocols. I love the school supply section, it’s always hard to decide what to get because they always have cute planners, folders and desk organizers.

This area is a hot bed for beggars they see you coming out of the store and they start with can you give me a dollar I ignore them dollar tree is sloppy you cant even walk through the aisles and the cashiers are snotty as I wanted my purchases in a reusable bag which I bought there she refused to do it and its terrible when you wait for a ride back as theres no bench to sit your legs get tired and its not good for the seniors and disabled

I went to Bloomfield Ave yesterday morning at 9:15 to beat the rush. I only wanted was two prints made. I was told it would take 15 minutes to print. Well, I waited 20 minutes and was told they are too busy and it will be done in the afternoon. Ok, I came back 3 hours later to the store and was told that it was not ready. I decided to go the next morning at 9:15 am, guess what it was not ready! People started coming and the line was getting longer. Let me reminded you only two people working multi-task and leaving me behind. I was very patient and courteous and waited for about 45 mins until it was done. Staples needs to tell staff workers not to multi-task and take care of customers individually. I go to Staples often and I expect good customer service. If Staples employees dont treat the customers the way they should then it would be best I take my business somewhere else.

Horrible experience!!!! My business cards were horrible. They didn’t use the correct pictures I uploaded. All the images were off centered. The wrong paper was used and I paid over $50.00!!! My business cards look like a preschooler was cutting the images!!!

Majority of the copy/scan machines don’t work, long line at the print & marketing counters, no sense of urgency from employees 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Just go to another location, employees don’t want to help you here anyway.

The print shop gets crowded here but the staff is helpful as long as you wait a little.

Long, long wait for cashier, 15+ minutes. At first there wasnt a single cashier but after 5 minutes, 1 cashier showed up and began.But 5 stars for salesman who had helped me earlier with my printer cartridges. Seeing me still waiting after his help came to my rescue and personally checked me out and then returned to the checkout line to help the person directly behind me as well as all waiting.

What could’ve been a challenging day at Staples turned out to be a very productive one. The staff and management was extremely helpful. They stayed calm, respectful, and professional when things became challenging. I would definitely come back if needed.

This Staples IS NOT SAFE! Do not go here during COVID-19 because the staff is not enforcing social distancing or mask wearing protocols.I came here to print 1 PAGE and was seated next to a woman with her nose exposed from her mask. Two gentleman then HOVERED over me trying to work the computer next to me with no masks at all. When I politely asked if they would put their masks on, I was given an attitude and they said do you work here?I counted at LEAST ten customers either improperly wearing masks or not wearing them at all. Do not come to this store. Im very sorry I did. Its not safe. I really hope I dont get COVID because of Staples negligence for keeping their customers safe.

Skip this Staples when you need to make copies, The copying machines NEVER WORK PROPERLY!!! Either most of them are down or if you like decoration lines in your copy, I mean I’ve tried to come back but I will definitely stay away for sure this time!! I paid for copies that I had to trash, when I asked the employee, he told me there was nothing he could do..

If it was at all possible I would give them negative five stars. Ive been waiting in the same aisle, aisle two which happens to be directly across from at least seven employees, however Ive still been here for over an hour desperately waiting with bags of baby formula in my hands. I literally have just been waiting on someone to simply unlock one of the security devices from a book bag... A BOOK BAG. Nothing more, nothing less. To make things even more wild the store is EMPTY

They need to hired more personnel in the copy departments. You stand there for hours waiting for assistance.

I ordered a card a MasterCard, and it doesn’t even work 25 dollars plus tax worth of nothing, called for some customer services waited hours on the line all for nothing, and for nothing to happen, it’s them not picking up the phone for me, terrible service, you’ll earn your five when you learn to pick up the phone for customers who need help, mainly: me.

Visited to pick up supplies off list for new school year from list provided by teachers. The woman who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable we appreciated her help when she saw us struggling around the store. Only thing was the shelves werent really restocked and we werent able to get a few items but Im sure it was due to the beginning of the school year rush.

The staff and the facility make this a great place to shop for your office and school supplies. There is ample parking out front as well. I can’t give Staples a better review simply from a price standpoint. I’ve often been shopping here only to check for the exact same item online and find it for 30-50% less!If you need something right NOW, by all means stop in. If it can wait a few days, take the time to do the price comparisons.
