Al really delivered! I needed my laptop serviced before a move last minute. He saved the day and I was able to pick up my device the night before the movers came. Super professional and knowledgeable. The prices are fairly reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

My fiancée dropped off his pc laptop at this place a month ago. AJ claimed he’d be able to fix the issue, assured my fiancée he would call him soon with a diagnosis and a quote, and my fiancée paid the $40 diagnostic fee (which shouldn’t even have been charged). AJ did not call or email my fiancée at all, and we only got updates when my fiancée called. AJ gave my fiancée the runaround for a month, lied about knowing how to fix the issue, then lied about having ordered the replacement parts, and then lied about having replaced the faulty component! AJ, you need to improve your skills and relevant knowledge, and you need to call and update your clients like you’re supposed to. Next time, be honest if you can’t fix something.

Fixed my husband computer and installed some bad software

Called in about a computer that was picked up earlier 3 weeks ago, not only did the guy not know the computer or the client he did even know if the machine was on his premises or not. Coincidentally the computer does not work. My question at this point is should we continue to use a service that does not seem to return any value or should we go elsewhere. I have nothing against the employees or owner just some advise. Please put in place better work order management system !!!

Went there to try to get my girlfriends mac fix, i had a browser issue (any search) could not get of it. The guy had it for over 10 days after and charged me 40 bucks up front and did nothing didnt even connect to the internet. Lazy store, save your money. Deff dont bring your mac there. Useless

My computer had a virus gave it to Compware, good as new. Price seemed reasonable.

I took my computer to AJN Computer in December 2015 because the hard drive had crashed. I had used AJN years ago when I had had problems with another computer and was a satisfied customer then. I explained the problem, and the owner (whose name I, unfortunately, cant remember) took my computer, said hed give it a thorough diagnostic and would call me when it was ready. I had been prepared to be without it for a while. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call the next day from him, advising that the computer had been riddled with viruses, hence, the crash; it was now repaired and ready to be picked up. Its now working like a charm! AJN is thorough, friendly, and the rates are very reasonable. I wont take my computer and/or devices anywhere else.
