Tony and his crew are awesome. He really took his time to explain everything and was involved throughout the repair process. Very attentive to detail and beyond helpful. Definitely visit his shop for any body work.

I spoke to Tony when I arrived at advanced auto craft and he explained the damage, gave me an estimate after he accessed damage and the approximate time it would be completed which was 3 weeks.He called me on the second wk.on a friday and told me he was going on vacation and that Bryant would be working on my car and to contact him for further information.I did a follow up call on the folling Thursday and spoke to Bryant he told me he was waiting for a delivery for a part to complete the repairs and told me to call the next day at 10 am to lcheck with him if the car would be finished. I received a call on that Friday morning that my vehicle was done. I was satisfied with the work that was done and the estimated time of completion. The staff at advanced auto craft were knowledgeable and professional.

I called them up on the phone to have some repair and paint done on my front bumper. A woman answered the phone and immediately started attacking me after I asked if Brian (the contact I was given by a friend) was there. I then asked if I could bring my car by around 5 when I got out of work and she told me I could not because they close at 5 and they would be leaving. I asked if I could just drop it off at 5 to be looked at the next day and she said no, they dont do that. I do not have experience with this shops work but the customer service I received by the woman on the phone was so bad I did not want to do business with them.
