We had just walked out of a bad experience at kay jewelers and the ladies here at helzberg didnt hesitate to turn our experience from a negative one into a positive one, absolutely went above and beyond and we will only be coming here from now on.. 5 stars

I dont like buying from chain Jewellery stores, these stores are 400% marked up and often have bad quality pieces dressed up to look better, all pieces i have bought in past, I had to take back at least once, but as anniversary present I had to go somewhere and we decided to stop here for a set, because you know I could be wrong. We bought an earrings and necklace set with the extra warranty. The main piece fell off on one ear due to some manufacturing defect in the backing, now it cannot be covered in extended warranty. So the warranty is a cover for manufacturing defects (you know those little diamonds from bottom tier of purity and clarity that no one wants fall off all the time) and that does not cover all manufacturing defects. These stores are staffed by good people who are selling defective pieces. Helzberg closed out a lot of stores, due to down in business. I wish they hurry up and close all for good instead of messing with peoples sentiments.

My Fiancé purchased my engagement ring from this location last summer and last night we went back to look at wedding bands. Yua was the one that helped him pick out the engagement ring and remembered him right away, and helped us pick the PERFECT wedding band! She is SO knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect jewelry experience!

The staff seemed nice but a little snobby, I also think that they overcharge for just a simple appraisal.

This company is a JOKE!! Talked to 3 different people that gave me 3 different prices for appraisals in one day and the short lady with black hair is less than delightful. After contacting contacting corporate and talking to a manager, being told she would be talked to by someone about her demeanor and how she was wrong to turn me down for cleanings because I didnt buy my jewelry there (she didnt even look at it)....her attitude didnt change. Id rather pay twice as much somewhere else and drive twice as far than to EVER spend another minute of my life in that store. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money somewhere else where they actually care....this company doesnt.

Great selection and wonderful staff

Ive been married 25 yrs this month, have had 17 repairs done to my rings. From day one, there was sharp edges & they wouldnt do anything about it. Its still rough! I have to switch diamonds to inside my palm if Im doing anything with my residents so I dont scratch them. I had to pay 160.00 to have prongs strengthened after having lost baguette 3x & end diamond 3x. Ive had rude staff tell me if I wasnt so rough on my rings, they would be fine. I put my ring away for 2 yrs because i was tired of paying for repairs. They only deal with one shoddy jeweler for repairs. Please dont buy from them.

Ask for Yua! She’s amazing and very knowledgeable, she truly speaks the truth about your selection. The staff is very friendly don’t listen to the reviews. Yua, helped me and my husband stay in our price range and also showed us many beautiful rings that she thinks would look great on me and she did not disappoint us. She even offered to help me size my ring such has paying for the “grip” or whatever it was. This store will be our go to jewelry store and we will always ask for Yua :)

Helped me and was absolutely amazing ❤️ She helped me get the exact ring I wanted for the range I was looking in. this is my first wedding ring and been with my husband for 10 yrs. This was a special moment for us both. Thank you sooooo much Christine, I can definitely see why u are the store manager!

This is where my husband got my wedding ring from ... they took their time helping helping him pick out the right ring for me I coulent be happier with the choice they came up with !!!

I had a $50 off of a $50 or more purchase and had decided that I didnt want to go over that amount at this time. The first time someone came to help I explained what i was looking for and he showed me where some rings were in that price range then proceeded to tell me he had to go lock something up. He then pawned me off on to someone else (my husband watched this take place) and didnt go lock anything up. Apparently it is all about the money and not the customer service. My wedding band was bought in that very store and an anniversary ring was bought at Helzberg in Reno, NV. I am also in the market for a mothers ring and possibly a grandmothers ring but I know now I will no longer be a client of Helzburg Diamonds based on this.

I stood waiting for a sales associate for 20 minutes while the three employees that were working were chatting with about their personal lives. Even the FedEx man left because no one would sign for their packages.

The manager, Christine Connolly, was very rude and unhelpful. Love the jewelry, but the manager ruined my experience. I would never shop at this location!!
