So. Twice I have tried to come here this week. No luck. First time was after 7pm. They dont have their current hours posted on the website. The mall closes at 7pm. Ugg.Second time I was here well before closing but they already have their gate shut. Like What??@$!!. How am I.... ?? do you guys want business.. Im so frustrated.

I was always a loyal Zales customer and was sad to see them go. I tried Kay’s to see if anything was similar. It’s not. Not only is the selection poor, but the customer service was atrocious. The man working was sitting down and staring at his cell phone the entire time. I looked around the entire store to see if he’d greet me, nope. I went to Helzburg after and made a purchase there. Will not go here again.

This is the only jewelery shop I go too. They do good work and their prices are reasonable

Bought my fiance her 925 Sterling Silver ring her almost a year ago, great experience no stress... Well we are getting my ring now as, were getting married soon and the lady at the desk kept looking at her computer and telling us they didnt sell stainless steel bands like that, I kept telling her it was silver but she insisted it was stainless steel but would not actually look at the ring itself... So, aggravated, I walked out and went over to helzberg, they quickly verified that it was stamped 925 and was in fact sterling silver, so we easily were able to order my ring and it was a smooth transaction so we will be going there now.... Honestly Kay Jewelers... Unbelievable

[!] SWAPPED or cracked my diamond and wont rectify : Brought my engagement ring to this location to have it resized one size smaller and the center diamond was either cracked or chipped or they just swapped it for an entirely different low quality diamond. They didnt even take before pictures that werent a fuzzy blur so basically told me that my diamond has a giant inclusion or crack (couldnt tell me exactly which it was) inclusions dont just appear and didnt exist prior to them sending it off to be re sized. Im just hurt, honestly, to insult my intelligence, telling me that this stone was the same one we hand picked and inspected very closely prior to purchasing. Taking the memories and meaning away like that. My poor fiancé saved a good chunk of change and for this to take place is just heartbreaking 💔

I was just in there today, to get my wifes necklace chain fixed. All I have to say is..... Beyond Excellent!They looked me up, found my info and assured me that it would be taken care of.I even picked up a Valentines/Birthday gift for my wife. Bonus!

My husband and I recently purchased a set of wedding rings for our 30 yrs anniversary from the Northtown mall location. I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get my ring resize down. After 2 weeks had pass I got a called from the sale rep (Dave) that I have to wait another 6-7 more weeks. Instead of resizing my ring down theyre going to make one from scratch. Dave told me that he will call me to pick up the original ring to wear until my ring is complete. After 3 weeks still no call from Dave. Very frustrating!!

I have been to all of the Key Jewelers in the metro throughout the years and the Blaine location is by far the best. Spoke to Richard today who was extremely warm and helpful and I was sincerely thankful for his genuine care and assistance.

I have been going here for many years. Love the jewelry I have purchased. I took out the insurance which is well worth the cost. I have always been treated well and gotten great service.

Lost customer due to capacity & unnecessarily person(fake customer) non-stop talking too much. I bet that lady didnt buy a ring. So I end up buying my engagement ring at Helzberg Jewelry with my fiance down the hall of Kay Jewelry.

I recently bought a pair of white gold hoops from this location. The sales representative helped me pick them out. A taller man with medium length hair. I went in because I wanted to start building my own jewelry collection and purchase my first piece of gold jewelry. Well, he finally convinces me to go over my budget that I walked in with to get the hoop earrings. I had them for MAYBE 2 weeks before the cheap little claps caused one to fall out of my ear and I lost an earring. $150 is too much money to spend on a product that you will only own for a short amount of time. I keep trying to review the earrings themselves on their website but it conviently never shows up when I submit my review. I have tried calling the location many times as well, and no one ever actually picks up. This is my first and only purchase I will EVER make and ANY Kays. Horrible product and customer service. One last note: I went into the location and first worked with a woman telling her I wanted something classic and something that would be a staple to my wardrobe. After many times of telling her I was NOT engaged, she still managed to sit be down in front of the ring displays and tell me exactly what I needed despite telling her 5+ times I was not interested in an engagement ring. This company and their employees dont care about quality or customer service and it really shows.

Awesome customer service they were able to get a ring sized for me in just a few days and had it ready for my wedding..i would recommend kay jewelers to anyone.

I have only had great experiences, Jesse is always so helpful and works with me to keep me happy and satisfied. I have had my ring upgraded and love it I also was able to trade a necklace in to get the open heart necklace I’ve been wanting. Always a pleasant visit when I stop in to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected.

Arrived at the store at 6:15pm and it’s closed! Online hours says it stays open until 7pm. I called several numbers and no answer.

I just want to thank Kim and Roger for the most amazing ring shopping experience ever! My girl and I had a blast! Unforunate we had to return the rings for unexpected happenings, however Kim made it easy and smooth for us! When the time is right we will be back!

Brian was great help! We went in with a very vague idea of what we were looking for and he helped us figure out what would fit us best! He spent a lot of time with us and didnt make us feel rushed or anything. It was a great experience thanks to him.

Ive purchased numerous items from the store in Northtown Mall in MN. I recently purchased this necklace, but not at this location. The service and treatment to myself was absolutely horrible! The manager(or they at least told me he was) prejudged me based off the way I looked and dressed. Needless to say I went to another location and purchased the necklace with warranty! Highly unlikely Ill ever purchase from Kay again. I really liked the place until this experience.

Super friendly staff, every single employee it top notch, courteous and knowledgeable. They always answer my tough questions, and keep all my cronometers running perfectly!

The lady who sold me the ring was personable and friendly but appeared to not care once she had sold me the ring. She stated she would put a rush on my rings to get them resized in time for me to pick them up before my trip. Once I came to pick them up, I realized that both rings I purchased had never been resized and no one there had even noticed this. Of course after I complained I was able to get a rush resizing within a day.

Got my ring fixed and 2-3 weeks later I received a ring with bent prongs. The prongs werent even and the stone didnt look center. Maybe an employee would have noticed if anyone bothered to look at it. Brought it to Helzbergs in a different mall and got it fixed for $32 in 20 minutes. Never again.

Only one nice employee the rest are just in it for the money. Ordered our ring the right size and then resized it to the wrong size. Jewelery always seems overpriced and the upgrade system seems terrible we had 1500 off in santa cash and other discounts on our 3000$ trade when we bought it so we only get 1500 for upgrade. After they ordered our ring from china and waiting 3 months it was still the wrong size. 9000$ ring and they cant get it ordered the size we need
