A cool pair of walking shoes.

I went looking for a certain shoe she didnt have it but she offered to order it and she did. Thats more than I can say for the one in MOA they never look in the computer once to see if they could ship it to me theyre just SAD AS HELL ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TALK AND ACT LIKE THEYRE DOING SOMETHING 😒🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

Always get treated very well when we shop here. We had Madeline help us today and she was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond and was quite patient.

The Manager their Lorin is amazing! I walk in And he goes above and beyond to make me happy. He knows my style and shoe size so he will have a pair of vans or shoes ready for me to try on. All of the employees know me and go above and beyond to make my family happy. The energy they have is great and always makes me want to come back and buy more.

Terrible experience. Have been there 3 times and they never have product. Went in on 2/8 to buy some shoes. They didnt have them and had to order them...during the transaction we were asked 6 times if we wanted the matching socks or short which we said no 6 times. Wee decide to go back the next day to get the shirt....wait for it....they didnt have it. They did offer to order the shirt and charge $11.00 shipping which we said no thanks. During the shirt transaction we tried using a $5.00 off coupon on an item that retails for $28.99. The coupon states you must have a $25 purchase to use the coupon. The clerk refused to use the coupon because after they applied the coupon the item is $23.99 and therefore doesnt qualify to use the coupon. What a joke all the way around. Do yourself a favor and just buy from an online retailer. This store doesnt have product and has incompetent employees. By the way it is 2/13 and I got an email stating we will see the shoes in 3-5 days....again what a joke.

I absolutely adore Journeys, Ive been in twice now and I will most definitely be going back,, Sooner than later! They have the best athletic shoes ever!!! Come on lets all go buy new kicks!!

Hands down amazing service. Kellin was a super sales person! Very hip suggestions, knows what’s trending and popular. Got my daughter 14 eye dr martens and he didn’t hesitate to have plenty of good suggestions to add to my purchase and she loved it all. Well done ( applauses) definitely made a loyal shopper out of me.

Pretty knowledgeable staff - they told us the shoe we wanted was in stock, drove over, tried it on, and was helped efficiently.
