I used to love coming here and shopping for Funko pops (I used to spend a couple hundred dollars a month on them) but every single time Ive come here in the last month theyve had a bunch of their stock out on a tacky kiosk that is always shut down and unmanned. If you ask them if you can look they just say that are short staffed and cant help you. Guess I wont be shopping here anymore.

Went for my granddaughter but bought some stuff for myself. Very nice and helpful staff. Thank you all. My granddaughter is VERY happy.

My favorite place to shop, they always have new stuff to look at and deals all the time. The staff are so nice and helpful, especially Tyler, he always makes me feel welcome and helps me out.

Interesting mix of cultural debris. Store is super crowded with merch. Staff was fine. Limited sizes. So you need to be there the day something comes out, unless you are a male with a 30 inch waste. Caters to a certain demographic, which is to say, there is a lot of really fun stuff to consider. thanks

Hot Topic is Hot Topic. If youve been to one, youve really been to them all. But this one had some of the most energetic and helpful people working there and it sort of blew me away! I also liked the idea of having the Pop! figures on a kiosk outside the store to prevent everyone from being cramped in the store to find that special figure. Great idea especially for social distancing!

This hottopic is full of super helpful and extremely friendly staff who are obviously passionate about the culture and music they sell!

The staff were so helpful and wonderful to my grandchildren and me. They were impressed with them also. Wonderful and courteous. We need more stores with this kind of staff.

Cool and friendly staff! Unique finds but clothes are a bit pricey though thats never changed from when I use to shop there as a teen. Now my tween daughter loves this store and it brings back memories. Overall, a good spot to splurge at sometimes.

I would love to give it 5 stars because the team here is fantastic and super helpful. I go to this location almost weekly if not more sometimes, but my most recent visit i felt a bit like i was doing something wrong. I was watched constantly and given some weird looks as well as asked ti keep my other belongings behind the counter. It was kind of disappointing to feel that way but aside from that Ive had great experiences with their helpful team.

I love Hot Topic but there is one guy who works at this location that is literally the worst. Constant pressuring about buying things and doesn’t ever stop talking to you. He’s rude and just hands you things and then is like “let’s get ya checked out” before you even ask to be helped/checked out. When we say we don’t want a specific item he seems to get angry and pressures us for several minutes into buying it. Pushes way too hard to the point I’ll just go to a different Hot Topic. This has happened several times.

Nice selection and variety of jewelry. Took my son to look for some unique earrings and found that they have a very nice selection. They have a deal going on. But two earrings get 2 free and the process are inexpensive. Their selection ranges from kpop earrings, to mystical earrings, to g.o.t. earrings. Very Nice. The earring in the picture is a kpop earring that my son picked out. It was about $6 for the earring. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

This store is amazing. I love the employees and the products. They have Eyeliner that will stay on for 3 days if you let it! (Not recommended) the only thing I dont like about this store, is that they do not carry shoes anymore 😕

I will write this review as if I was still 15 and had chin length blonde hair.... Love this store. Has all the essential rebellious t-shirts, patches, buttons and sweet stuff that really lets me show my uniqueness to my high school peers.38 year old me says, I feel old in here, but my 9 year old boy wanted to go in,... so here I am. He loves it by the way....The young staff was very welcoming, even though they and I both know I do not belong in there anymore. :(

I love visiting this place. They have a wide variety of clothes from all different movies and TV shows. They also sell makeup, body jewelry, hair dyes and a bunch of other stuff. A great store for teens or just the general movie buff. They have great sales and a hotcash coupon program during certain times of the year. But if you are looking for a shirt for your favorite band/movie/ TV show, this is the place to look.

One of the BEST Hot Topics in Minnesota. Awesome people working their. These guys work hard and make sure you get the stuff you need. They do a great job with new releases on Funko Pops. They make sure everyone is following the rules.

Every time I go to this hot topic the employees are so nice and helpful. Definitely the best hot topic Ive ever been to. They always have a lot to choose from. I usually go there for band things ( twenty one pilots,Melanie Martinez, and Panic! At The Disco ) and they always have mercy for those bands no matter what.

They really have their employees drown you in information as soon as you walk in the door regarding sales which is nice, but the clearly visible 3 foot signs are also a great indicator of said sales. Kind of sucks how much more they charge for plus size clothes. I get that it takes more fabric or whatever, but a large uses more fabric than a small but doesnt cost any more, so why does a 2XL cost 20% more? Lame.

I had I terrible experience! First off I walk in the store and all of the employees stared at me and my friend, I go and pick out an enamel pin and I was wearing my winter coat and my winter coat is very oversized and the pin was a little covered, this lady that worked there ( the same one that gave me and my firmed weird looks ) goes up to me and is like “ I can hold that for you and bring it up to the register “ I’m super shocked and I was like “ Um no I can hold this “ and she kept pressuring me into giving me the pin. She ended up making me give her the pin and she brought it to the front place and she totally though I was going to steal that pin! And I had to get another one because she didn’t even give me the pin!! Over all the employees were rude

Last night we went into hot topic to buy some T-shirts for gifts. KAREN was our cashier, before ringing anything up sHE asked us for a phone number (this is typical at many stores this wasnt the problem). The problem was after I said no thank you to giving a phone number she gave me and my fiance a very digusted look and said okay, I guess you dont want free coupons, we said no thans. Karen then turned to the 7 people in line BEHIND us waiting to be checked out and yells throughout the store.. raise your hand if you want free coupons. Totally embarrassing us. No one raised their hand so I said looks like they feel the same. Another cashier came over and decided to explain to us why we should get free coupons, in a rude tone. At this point we wanted to leave the t-shirts. They were extremely rude and it is not a requirement to give your phone number before buying something from a store.

Very friendly staff! Especially Bex, who seemed very happy to chat with customers.

I really wish this place would quit pressuring people into giving them their personal information out when i am just trying to buy something. This is the 2nd time i have come here and almost left when they wouldnt take no for an answer when they asked me if I am on their reward system. With how much effort they put into asking people to be on their rewards you would think they get hella commission. I used to love this place and spend hundreds. But ever since those 2 experiences where they wouldnt take no for an answer i just spend my money elsewhere. They do have great products. But Damn, dont make me feel bad because I said no to the rewards.
